Luis the property manager was great. Brought us everything we needed and was super helpful and had good English too. There are many restaurants and bars all within a close walking proximity. It was super worth the price and the rooftop pool was also quite nice!

The manager of the hotel was very helpful. The people that were also staying in the that hotel weren’t managed. My sister and I decided to go to the pool, and there was men underwear laying around and trash too.

This place was exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The property manager Luis was fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was warm but the breeze on the rooftop cooled you off. Absolutely beautiful place, great value and I would definitely stay again.

I had a great time at this hotel it was central to all the amenities, very spacious and had a great food vending at the corner of the street. Loved the pool area but it could do with a toilet area with a WC and wash facilities. I would defo book again

Points positifs: hôtel très central pour se déplacer à Tulum, espace piscine sur le toit très agréable (bien que seulement deux transat disponibles contrairement à la photo), literie de qualité et gentilesse du personnel. Luis était très réactif et sympathique. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas suffit à compenser la mauvaise impression sur la chambre. La propreté était vraiment limite avec des cheveux sur le sol, une éponge de cuisine déjà utilisée et des odeurs très fortes dans la salle de bain. Les commentaires font état d'une rénovation des chambres sur 2020 ou 2021 mais on sent que l'appartement (nous avions un studio) a beaucoup été utilisé. Les photos bien que conformes au niveau de l'agencement et de la décoration sont extrêmement valorisantes et ne sont pas forcément le reflet de l'état réel du mobilier, dommage. Par ailleurs, je vous déconseille cet hôtel si vous souhaitez un séjour au calme. Situé sur la grande route (Cancún Chetumal) en plus des camions incessants, vous aurez le droit à la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h du matin ou le matin à 8h quand le magasin de peintures en face fait une campagne promotionnelle. No one there to let us in. There was a note on the door to call a number and someone would come. A very nice cleaning lady came, gave us our key, told us the code to open the huge steel gate, told us the WiFi password when she showed us the loft. No elevator so we carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Not nearly enough towels and actually no amenities at all except a pool on the roof, but more stairs and I don’t think there was a filtration system for the pool. The hotel loft room was nice. Full kitchen, dining area, living room area with big tv and a half bath. Second floor was the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Full bath. There was only us and one other person in the building. Wasn’t bad at all but could have been better.

Luis is very friendly and helpful. Communication through whatsapp is easy and almost instant reply. Air condition is good. Roof top swimming pool and sunset view are excellent. Very convenient. Laundry service at the opposite road and cheap. There was plumbing problem in the toilet downstairs but it was resolved promptly. We still have a second toilet to use. Last night of staying (Friday) was bad because of the loud music almost the whole night. Avoid the weekend and you will be fine. Address is wrong. Type the name of the hotel in google map is fine.

The internet is good. The A/C worked. The room was big, but very dark, only a small window besides the door. It felt like living in a cool box. The walls were very dirty needed a painting. The receptionist seemed to pay the mobile phone more attention than the quest.

I had a great stay. Luis was very welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of Tulum. Located near some very popular restaurants and a short bike ride to the ruins. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you Luis for an amazing trip to Tulum

The property was not what we assumed. Had to wait 30 minutes in between toilet flushes. There was no soap anywhere. Inside furniture was absolutely filthy. Car wash right beside woke us up with a super loud vacuum. The hotel host was quite nice though!

Son departamentos muy bonitos, iniciamos con un trato personalizado en recepción y whatsapp por parte de LUCIANA (chica super linda, amable y carismatica), luego acesso, limpieza y demás necesidades atendidas por ANGELA (chica muy servicial, atenta y eficiente) luego igual tienes tu clave de acceso y cuentas con todos los servicios REFRI, CAFETERA, ESTUFA, UTENSILIOS, se encuentra a 15 min caminando del centro, ADO, restaurantes, antros y tiendas, y a unos 10 min caminando del Chedrahi Selecto, restaurante Bostons, y del museo Mystika.

Carpe Diem Tulum is a 10/10! My neices and I stayed in the Family Loft..Beautiful..Full Kitchen, 2 pull out beds, and another big bed upstairs..and a really nice size shower in the bathroom upstairs. Karen will welcome you with open arms and is very accommodating. Great location..walking distance to all the restaurants..

Luis the property manager was great. Brought us everything we needed and was super helpful and had good English too. There are many restaurants and bars all within a close walking proximity. It was super worth the price and the rooftop pool was also quite nice!

The manager of the hotel was very helpful. The people that were also staying in the that hotel weren’t managed. My sister and I decided to go to the pool, and there was men underwear laying around and trash too.

This place was exactly as advertised. Excellent location. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The property manager Luis was fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was warm but the breeze on the rooftop cooled you off. Absolutely beautiful place, great value and I would definitely stay again.

Very kind staff . I got 2 reservation for my 3 night stay and she helped us out to stay at the same room at the loft for all 3 night . Absolutely recommended!

No one there to let us in. There was a note on the door to call a number and someone would come. A very nice cleaning lady came, gave us our key, told us the code to open the huge steel gate, told us the WiFi password when she showed us the loft. No elevator so we carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Not nearly enough towels and actually no amenities at all except a pool on the roof, but more stairs and I don’t think there was a filtration system for the pool. The hotel loft room was nice. Full kitchen, dining area, living room area with big tv and a half bath. Second floor was the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Full bath. There was only us and one other person in the building. Wasn’t bad at all but could have been better.

Carpe Diem Tulum is a 10/10! My neices and I stayed in the Family Loft..Beautiful..Full Kitchen, 2 pull out beds, and another big bed upstairs..and a really nice size shower in the bathroom upstairs. Karen will welcome you with open arms and is very accommodating. Great location..walking distance to all the restaurants..

Luis is very friendly and helpful. Communication through whatsapp is easy and almost instant reply. Air condition is good. Roof top swimming pool and sunset view are excellent. Very convenient. Laundry service at the opposite road and cheap. There was plumbing problem in the toilet downstairs but it was resolved promptly. We still have a second toilet to use. Last night of staying (Friday) was bad because of the loud music almost the whole night. Avoid the weekend and you will be fine. Address is wrong. Type the name of the hotel in google map is fine.

I had a great time at this hotel it was central to all the amenities, very spacious and had a great food vending at the corner of the street. Loved the pool area but it could do with a toilet area with a WC and wash facilities. I would defo book again

I had a great stay. Luis was very welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of Tulum. Located near some very popular restaurants and a short bike ride to the ruins. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you Luis for an amazing trip to Tulum

The room is spacious and the kitchen amenities are reasonable, though it feels more like renting an apartment than staying in a hotel. The bathroom is not nice: the fixtures are all rusting and heavily corroded, the sink faucet was very loose, the walls were dirty and stained, the shower water pressure is very low, and the shower runs all over the floor. Other things: the area rug by the bed was very dirty and there is also a fair bit of traffic noise from the street outside. Overall I would not stay here again

This property had everything we needed. Internet was good, the staff was kind, courteous and responsive. Rooms were cleaned on a regular basis. The location was central with easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants and obtaining access to parks. It had great security if there are concerns. The pool was lovely. A nice way to unwind at the end of the day or simply relax during stays on the property. Louis was available and very helpful with every aspect of our stay. Thank you Louis. See you next time!!
