Hotel muito confortável e com boa localização, próxima ao aeroporto. Na hora de fazer a reserva, tivemos, pela imagem no mapa, a impressão de que a estação de metrô Suanzes estaria bem próxima, porque eram apenas duas quadras, mas as quadras são enormes! (a distância real é de cerca de 800m, ou 14 minutos de caminhada). A recepção foi muito amável e prestativa e guardou nossas malas após o check-out para fazermos passeios. O hotel oferece café da manhã, mas não utilizamos. No geral, uma estadia muito boa e um bom custo/benefício. O único inconveniente que achamos foi que não disponibilizam a utilização do forno de micro-ondas para os hóspedes.

La entrada al Parquing estaba mal señalizada y dos dias he tenido que ir sobre la acera , por que había 2 vehiculos estacionados en la entrada o salida de acceso al parquing. Creo que deberia estar mejor indicada la entrada y salida , mejor señalizada y la persona de recepcion , no permitir aparcar a ningun vehiculo en esta zona.

Room was very clean with two large double beds Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was very good, fresh and regular replenished. Staff were all friendly. Metro is about 10 min walk away and very good system to get about. Only negative is there should be a bottle of water in the room.

Muy mala experiencia, ropa de cama apestaba como que no la cambian, cada que se va el usuario, para mi que vuelven a poner las mismas sábanas, pude dormir 2 horas porque me picaba todo el cuerpo, cuarto frío frío, tuve q llamar a las 2am a que me pusieran la calefacción, terrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo para lo que me cobraron

First of all clean rooms. Nice staff, and very polite reception and most important thing that they knew english! Very safe place. Little bit far from city center but not any big deal. Near to subway and very pleasure resturants nearby. We enjoyed staying there and we will back for sure.👍❤️

First of all, this hotel is not central at all. I booked because it stated it was close to plaza mayor however it is in the business district, so if you are traveling to experience Madrid, you will need to take a taxi or Uber and spend between $15-$30 just to get there. The price will fluctuate depending on the time of day and traffic. The air conditioner was not working. The check out time on the reservation said 2pm, but it was at 12pm and we were not advised until that noon. Eco friendly because only one pillow. It was noisy and I could hear the cars from the street. Great water pressure and temperature with dove shampoo and body wash

DWO was a wonderful base for our holiday in Madrid. We appreciated having a lovely, comfortable, clean hotel, with very well appointed rooms and a kind staff without spending a fortune. The metro station was ten walking minutes away, and we didn’t mind at all, especially since walking is the only way to fully enjoy the city anyway

The hotel staff was ver helpful Javi o Javier helped us book taxi pick up early in the morning and he also helped us when our luggage's were delivered to the hotel after the airline lost our luggage's. Overall the location was great easy to get to restaurants and attractions the streets were quiet so we were able to sleep well

Tuvimos un problemilla con la cafetera del la habitación,la chica de recepción no invitó a los cafés en la cafetería del hotel,y al día siguiente vino el chico de mantenimiento y no la arreglo y aparte de arreglarla,le regaló a mi hija un sobre de nesquik y botellita de le y un zumo pequeño,un fenómeno,detallazo,gente muy agradable,muchas gracias de verdad,recomendable,cuando volvamos a Madrid repetiremos seguro

Na hora de fazer a reserva, tivemos, pela imagem no mapa, a impressão de que a estação de metrô Suanzes estaria bem próxima, porque eram apenas duas quadras, mas as quadras são enormes! (a distância real é de cerca de 800m, ou 14 minutos de caminhada). A recepção foi muito amável e prestativa e guardou nossas malas após o check-out para fazermos passeios. O hotel oferece café da manhã, mas não utilizamos. No geral, uma estadia muito boa e um bom custo/benefício. O único inconveniente que achamos foi que não disponibilizam a utilização do forno de micro-ondas para os hóspedes.

First of all, this hotel is not central at all. I booked because it stated it was close to plaza mayor however it is in the business district, so if you are traveling to experience Madrid, you will need to take a taxi or Uber and spend between $15-$30 just to get there. The price will fluctuate depending on the time of day and traffic. The air conditioner was not working. The check out time on the reservation said 2pm, but it was at 12pm and we were not advised until that noon. Eco friendly because only one pillow. It was noisy and I could hear the cars from the street. Great water pressure and temperature with dove shampoo and body wash

Eu e meu namorado estávamos procurando um lugar mais em conta, mas ainda próximo do metrô, para nossos dias finais em Madri. Escolhemos esse pela proximidade a uma estação de metrô, e também a proximidade ao aeroporto. No final das contas nos surpreendemos e ficamos com vontade de ter ficado toda a estadia em Madri. Apesar de em outro hotel termos conseguido visitar a maioria dos pontos turísticos a pé, o DWO Colours nos custou muito menos, mesmo incluindo o café da manhã. Usando metrô, em 15 minutos você está nos principais pontos como Gran Vía, Callao e Puerta del Sol. O quarto é super amplo, banheiro também muito espaçoso, funcionários simpáticos, e o café da manhã um espetáculo a parte. Cheio de frutas, diferentes tipos de frios, pães, cereais e sucos. Um banquete como nós brasileiros estamos acostumados! Super recomendo e voltaria.

Está muy alejado del centro pero con estación de metro muy cerca y paradas de autobús cercanas. Sólo hemos utilizado el hotel para descansar. Todo muy limpio y muy tranquilo.

객실도 넉넉했지만 욕실이 크고 편했어요. 침대가 편해서 3일간 잘잤네요. 늦은시간 공항도착이라 가까운 호텔로 예약, 택시로10분정도~(22유로) 좋았는데,,제일 가까운suanzes전철역까지는 도보10분넘는 거리여서 한참 걸은듯..조식 좋았고, 객실에 창문이 오픈되는 점도 좋았어요

First of all clean rooms. Nice staff, and very polite reception and most important thing that they knew english! Very safe place. Little bit far from city center but not any big deal. Near to subway and very pleasure resturants nearby. We enjoyed staying there and we will back for sure.👍❤️

Room is very comfortable, shower is leaking all over the floor. The biggest disappointment with this hotel was the breakfast we paid for. There was nothing to eat. Lots of bread and cold cuts, plain cereal, yogurt and fruits. Eggs were gone in seconds, people were arguing over it. I recomnded the hotel, just don’t waste money on breakfast

Room was very clean with two large double beds Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was very good, fresh and regular replenished. Staff were all friendly. Metro is about 10 min walk away and very good system to get about. Only negative is there should be a bottle of water in the room.
