We stayed here one night in the one bedroom suite with my girlfriend and adult son to visit family in the area. The one bedroom suite was perfect. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son and the private bedroom was nice. The full kitchen had the essentials along with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and mini stovetop. And a large table to eat at. The bathroom was nice and roomy. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower. The room was clean and perfect for our needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The trash and smoking area near the disabled parking that I needed to use was often full or overflowing. Needs to be emptied more frequently. Luggage carts weren't always available when needed.

This place was disgusting. So dirty! I don’t know how they got 9/10 stars. The reviews must be doctored. The shower and bathroom were filthy. Black mold everywhere and the shower and floors were filled with someone else’s hair everywhere. So gross.

We go to check in and they tell us they do not have a room for us because they overbooked and that they have a room for us at the Holiday Inn Express. When we used the bathroom before we left, it smelled like piss and there was liquids all over the floor. Assuming someone did a 360.

It was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable only issue was the fan and a c would cut off every ten minutes and you would be hot and uncomfortable. Then it would kick on again 15 minutes later and then back off. Hardly any sleep

I only stayed one night. The location is close to a busy area, but it's tucked back a bit, so it's not too noisy with road & people noise. The gentleman that assisted me at check in was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, though, the recliner should be replaced. It's stained and worn. I love the full size fridge that allowed me to have left overs from Jerry's Pizza for breakfast. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed. It was too firm for my liking. I only stayed one night, so I slept "ok", however, if I were staying longer I would have had back pain. I stayed in a room with one double bed. I didn't use their pantry or laundry service. I imagine these are wonderful for those staying for a longer period of time. Additionally, there is a gas station across the street and a number of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store within a couple minute drive.

Saturday night on 2/22 at 7:00 p.m. we smelt cigarette smoke coming from the air vents above our bed. Spoke with the front desk staff and could not move rooms due to hotel being full. Front manager told us that we should not have to pay for the room that night due to this. In the morning, the manager said there was a misunderstanding and would still charge us for the room. I thought this was terrible as my family had to smell cigarette smoke all night and got nothing compensated for this. The night manager would not even come to the room to verify the smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is not accommodating to them. I would like to be compensated and not have to pay for the room on 2/22.

WE stayed here instead of stopping in LeMars while we had a wedding in Hinton to attend. Easy to get to, good access to shopping and dining as well s easy to get back to Hinton for the wedding. WE were allowed to check in early so I could press our dress clothes.

Our room had a kitchenette, which might have been nice but wasn’t useful for our 1-night stay. It was pretty nice, but for the price, most places like this serve hot breakfast, not just coffee. Maybe I didn’t read the reviews carefully enough.
