Muy buena experiencia. No pudimos hacer el autocheking, pero la recepcionista nos ayudó. La habitación cubría claramente las expectativas, limpia y suficiente (aunque no muy grande). A nosotros que no nos importa andar, nos pareció razonablemente bien ubicado del centro (unos 45 minutos andando). Había aparcamiento (íbamos con coche) pero al ser domingo pudimos aparcar fuera, que había sitio de sobra Muy recomendable y lo volveremos a elegir sí volvemos a Varsovia

Had a very good experience, they have a luggage storage facility for the people who arrive before check-in and leave way after the check out so there is no worry about dragging or carrying your luggage around the city while sightseeing

Great value for money. Good transportation connections into town. Tram stop is a 2min walk away. Also plenty of eat outs places within short distance (and very affordable). Particularly enjoyed the eat out in infront of the tram stop serving local cuisine. Broad range of delicious food where the menu was also changed daily which was great!! A&O is popular with school kids travelling on school trips (so bear in mind when waiting on the lifts in the mornings which can take longer). Daily room housekeeping was basic. A more thorough housekeeping (changing of towels, changing beddings etc) has to be booked in advance and is at an additional levy. Facilities otherwise were always kept very clean. Staff at the reception were great, very jolly and conversant in different languages which is a big plus

Don’t get fooled by the word hostel, it’s a hotel. The location was close to trams, bakeries, and markets.

Bought breakfast for the morning. But then my flight schedule changed and was going to miss the breakfast. So wondered if I could have something like a breakfast box for me and my two kids. They guy at the reception said yes no problem but to ask the evening staff. When we arrived back at the hotel late I asked the reception again and they said no and that the guy lied and was stupid.. and that was it.. kinda understood but then I asked if I could have some chips or something from the counter for the kids (not even close to the amount that I paid for the brealfast) so they could have something before ariving at the airport and no. That I should email someone.. I would have bought something from a store before coming back to the hotel if I knew... but that was it.. no help no nothing.. not recomendable and wouldn't come back.. there are better hotels for same price nearby..

Not quite my cup of tea. Hotel lack of character. I was in bed 1 which isn't bunk bed but twin bed style so bit weird. I know heating was extremely powerful though it was way too hot in room! Before arrival I had asked the hotel how to get there MANY TIMES, all I got was junk mails in German then a sentence saying subject to availability! The lack of caring, lack of customer focused really were not what I'd expected (provided that they have almost a thousand rooms to pick)

The room was clean and the service was very friendly. You have to walk about 5 -10 minutes to be on the tram station. From there you can reach with the tram in about 10 minutes the main station of Warsaw. I was there for a short city trip in Warsaw and I was really happy with this a & O.

El hotel está muy bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario pero el desayuno no merece la pena por el precio, ni tienen ningún tipo de bollería solo pan, zumos, cafés y algún embutido. La chica que estaba de mañana fue majísima pero la chica de la tarde no era para nada amable.
