Everything about this property was excellent. From Ale meeting us at arrival , to the cleanliness of the room. The pool area was great. Walking distance to so many things, quiet safe area. Will be back again

Muy bonito lugar, todo muy tranquilo, seguro, el acceso es por código, es muy privado, te sientes como en casa, el departamento limpio y bonito, las instalaciones como la alberca y el área de jardín bonitas y muy tranquilas, me encantó que todo está cerca, en auto casi todo te queda entre 10 y 15 minutos.

Muy agradable el departamento, relativamente cerca de todo y con alberca y terraza muy agradables para pasar el rato

Todo muy bien, solo a lampiscina no le.da.elmsol y el agua está más bien fría.

The shower had good water pressure and the bed was confortable. Good wifi and the pool area is very peaceful with lots of shade from large trees

It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day. Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet.

Me encantó el lugar, tranquilo y seguro, fácil acceso a playas, antros, restaurantes. Me hospedé 1 semana, y en mi siguiente visita a huatulco volvería a hospedarme aquí. El lugar cuenta con entrada principal en la cual accedes por códigos que te brindan al realizar el check in, después nos recibe un hermoso jardín, con dos árboles preciosos, justo entrando se encuentra una pequeña alberca la cual está muy agradable para nadar, cuenta con camastros y sillas para sentar, un asador, parrilla, terraza, todo esto en el lobby del hotel, después te recibe una estancia en la cual se cuentan con varios libros ideales para pasar una tarde si eres amante de la lectura, el mayor contenido de estos libros está en inglés. Después se encuentran los departamentos a los cuales puedes acceder con los códigos que te enviaron. Mi estancia fue muy agradable, el departamento muy cómodo y confortable, baño completo con toallas para ducharte, y para salir a la alberca. Un hermoso baño con agua caliente y fría. Una cama Queen Size con almohadas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado en la habitación. Tienes en el departamento muy completo con un sillón y una gran televisión para poder ver películas y entretenimiento. Un escritorio amplio ideal si vienes con equipo de cómputo como en mi caso, te será muy útil. El departamento cuenta con cocina integral, la cual brinda refrigerador, parrilla, lavaplatos, vajilla, sartenes, y todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. Así como también una barra desayunadora.

I like that the place is very clean. I like that it’s not noisy inside and outside. I didn’t like that the tv didn’t have local channels and also the swimming pool is nice but kind of small.

Place has a stove top, fridge, etc. You can cook there if you like. Enjoyed the pool area to relax.

Muy buen lugar para viajes cortos. La limpieza del cuarto puede ser mejor. Sólo hacen el aseo una vez a la semana...

Instalaciones muy nuevas y limpias

Está muy bonita... Muy tranquila.. La sra de la limpieza no hizo el aseo durante nuestra visita...

El lugar está bien para una estancia corta, es céntrico y accesible. Lo único malo es que la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad que era incómodo y faltaba limpieza en el cuarto y en general en todas las areas comunes. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero se siente seguro por la noche.

Excelente comunicación y todo muy limpio totalmente como se ve en las fotos, me gustó mucho

We really like it at Rooms Huatulco. It’s the second year for us. It’s a small property and you get to know everyone by socializing around the pool. We like being able to cook some meals. The house keeping is excellent. One gal does it all. It’s central enough to walk many places or take a quick trip to the beaches in a taxi.

Rooms Huatulco is an excellent property to stay, our room was clean, with AC, and all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for quick cooking if need it. The location is very convenient, the first day we paid taxis most of them charged _$35 pesos about 2 dlls per trip to all areas around like the mercado and some beaches around including Santa Cruz Marina, a very recommended place to stay.

Its a pretty far walk to santa cruz and downtown but if your into walking its not so bad. Eventhough some of the reviews mentioned the water treatment plant nearby, i did not smell anything and i hardly noticed it was there. I did not here any sounds coming from other rooms exept for maybe a crying cat outside. The one thing i found that needs improvement is the bed is not comfortable. It was way too firm.

Quiet clean comfortable spacious and great communication

Nicely located property nearby two local convenience stores. Apartment was great having air conditioning both in the living room and room. Clean place that was great to stay at. Only wish they provided Netflix access and had a TV inside the bedroom.

Todo me pareció excelente, el lugar, la ubicación bastante bien, limpio el lugar, con electrodomésticos bastante completos para realizar comidas, etc.

El ruido de la lavadora constante llega a ser molesto pues está toda la noche y no ayuda descanso Hubo filtración de agua con las lluvias en la sala y en una de las recámaras

Los cuartos son muy ampios, cómodos y bien equipados. El sitio es tranquilo y el área de la alberca muy agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The staff Cici was exceptional. A language barrier as my spanish is poor. Great service for information.

Excellent communication. Pour le reste, la localisation n'est pas bonne : ni près des plages ni près du centre. Moyen de locomotion indispensable. Logement du rdc sans vue sur l'extérieur. C'est neuf et propre mais on a pas vraiment aimé. Pas d'eau, pas de café et un wifi moyen.

El lugar está cerca de una plaza y es una zona tranquila! Tuvimos excelente comunicación con el hospedaje y fueron bastante atentos ya que era cumpleaños de mi pareja.

La amabilidad y facilidad en el check in fue excelente. Un ambiente tranquilo y placentero, la ubicación es relativamente centrica.

I like the location despite it being across from the filtration plant. I do wish they would supply water for what they charge and they should have installed a hood fan for cooking. If you like to cook as I do and are staying long term, your room gets smoked out and holds the odor because there is no ventilation. Otherwise I like the neighborhood and this hotel a lot!

This was a wonderful experience! We loved the property. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The cleaning lady was a delight, the owner and host could not have been more helpful. Air conditioning was excellent. We found the location to be ideal, 10 minute walk from a big supermarket, 15-20 minutes to the main beach. 10 minute walk to the. Enter of town. We felt safe and secure during all of our 10 day stay!

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedó en este lugar, es un lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo, y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, además de un lugar bonito para relajarse. El centro de bahías queda a 20 min caminado.
