I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are all very recently updated and absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. The gentleman who communicated with us before arrival was lovely to deal with and very responsive. The woman who served our breakfasts each morning was absolutely charming and always greeted us with a smile. There are only seven rooms but we never heard any of the other guests as the walls are thick stone and the glass double insulated. The AC was quiet and soothing, the bathrooms were gorgeous. The beds were dreamy, as were the towels and soap products. There is a very beautiful courtyard with lots of seating for lounging and breakfast, and a smaller seating area on the upper terrace. This would be a great small hotel to come with a family or friends group. The location is on a quiet street right in the heart of Queretaro, which is a beautiful historic city with tons to offer. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Once.

I love this hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is modern and super clean with luxury touches. It is so close to everything in the centro of Queretero which is amazing. We will definitely be back, but for a longer time!

What a delightful find, Casa Once!! Would stay there again without hesitation. Rosario was lovely and looked after my room, served me breakfast, helped with luggage .. she was helpful in every way. The place is immaculate! In old town Queretaro, where there are so many fine places to dine, listen to music, just wander around … a very walkable town centre. Such a nice surprise after a long haul to get there from Calgary!

We liked everything about this small boutique hotel in the Centro Historico of Queretaro. The included breakfast was very nice and there are lots of options if you like eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, beans and tortillas. Our luxury room had a Nespresso machine and a 55" flat screen TV. The King bed was large and comfortable. A very large shower in the functional bathroom. The property is centered in the midpoint between the aqueduct and the Zenea Garden. It's only 2 blocks from the Plaza De Armas. Lots of great food options within a half kilometer. I guess the only thing missing is an indoor lobby and breakfast area. There is a nice outdoor patio with awning. Service staff was very responsive and helpful.

I was called by the administrator insisting we give them a check in time since he was leaving the hotel and would leave the keys with someone else. We arrived at 11 and the woman left in charge had no idea how to check us in and made a mistake with the credit card charging us 22000 pesos instead of 2200! We stayed up with her and the administrator came back and there was no way to fix the problem with the bank. The personnel was very kind but not qualified to solve the problem. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large with very confortable beds and good ample shower, but in the case of some of the rooms, they do not have even a small window so if you plan to stay more than a night, it certainly feels too closed in!

While the property is well maintained and comfortable, it lacks permanent hospitality staff and more breakfast choices for the price. Amenity instructions were not as complete for those of us not familiar with their Sky TV controls. There was an offer to call in case of questions, but for the price a resident hospitality person is needed as with other similar proprties.

Best stay ever! The superior customer service, comfortable and beautiful room, and great location makes this place the best experience. Additionally, the staff is very honest and friendly. We forgot our cellphone and wallet after checkout, and the staff stored it safely for us while we returned to pick it up. Thank you Eduardo, Antonio, and kitchen staff. You are the best! This is now my favorite place to stay.
