Location, location, location!!! Close to everything in Dewey Beach. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff! Only caution I would give is that parking can be a little tight especially if you have a larger vehicle.

The parking is by $12 daily permit only and is very limited. Spaces are tight and other cars are so close that their doors will ding your vehicle. Staff were a bit too laid back and a person had to pull the courtesy out of them to get answers…assuming someone knew the answer. Follow up review pending.

We have been coming here for years and this was the first year there was a parking fee so that was pretty disappointing. Also, while it’s not the hotels fault, the type of people that are staying here are getting worse year after year. It was 3-4 AM with the whole balcony area drunk and screaming. Bars close at 1. It woke me up because it was so loud. It just doesn’t feel like a safe or fun place to stay anymore for me to be honest.

It seems there were children in the pool under 14 without supervison, they were loud and running around the pool, i'm not sure if they were even quests. I was worried someone would get hurt

It was close to the beach as well as restaurants which was a plus for me. Did not like the proximity of the pool. Lots of kids yelling and screaming and was hard to relax if and when in room

Really good for a typical beach hotel. Close to everything. Parking is easy, although is an extra cost per day. Very close to the beach. No beach towel or chair rentals.. you have to bring or buy your own. Clean for what it is. Beds are comfy and clean.

Shower curtain liner was turning pink from mildew, you dont see it through third party apps but they now want to charge you $12 per day to park on the property youre already paying to stay at and not good at requests for any of the guests we stayed with. Walked in to inquire about checking in and im pretty sure the two desk people in the side room were either packaging weed or smoking a blunt. To each their own but kids shouldnt be walking in on that.

The team was great and we were able to check in 4 hours early, with the option to check out at 5pm (which we took advantage of!). As for the room, it looked nice at first glance, but the longer I looked, the more it became apparent that the room was dirty. For example, there were live and dead bugs in the room, there was hair on the floor, grime on the sink, stains on pillowcases, etc.. Now for the noise- I was there during the week and the volume of the live band playing at a bar across the street was shocking. At 11pm they were still playing, but the team was nice enough to offer ear plugs. All in all, it was decent spot for a quick weekend beach trip, and we loved the Dewey Beach area, but next summer we’ll opt for a hotel (vs. motel) and one that is less noisy with a higher standard of cleanliness.

Upon check in I realized we did not have any towels. I went down to the front desk to let them know and it wasn’t until my 3rd request 2 hours later that I finally got some towels. When sitting on the balcony the first morning I was watching a man who I thought may have homeless walking the grounds. He filled a garbage bag from the ice machine and dumped it in his own cooler (leaving me virtually none when I went down to get ice ) and was smoking while doing this (non smoking hotel). When I went to the front desk to complain I found out he worked there! OMG.

The overall cleanliness of the room was okay but we did not end up staying in the room because the comforter had stains on it. While I understand keeping a white comforter clean may be difficult, it was not noticed by staff or replaced.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Its in a really good area, where you have lots of places to eat and hangout. The beach is also a 2 mins walk from the hotel which is so convenient.

It was convenient to the concert venue I came for but the room stunk like mold or maybe sewage. Room 123 right by the pool might seem like a good idea but it’s not. You expect pool noise during the day but this was a favorite late night hang spot for people who were just loud.

Nice location and clean room. My only complaint is the doors leading to the conjoining rooms barely blocked any sound. I could hear the guests next door clear as day and was extremely annoying especially at night when trying to sleep.

For a beach hotel, you get what you get the sheets were uncomfortable so the next day we had them give us sheets so we changed our own sheets then it was good. We only stayed a couple of nights. There was no phone no safe but once again, it’s a beach hotel. It was a good stay.

We stayed one night and it fit our needs well. The bed was comfortable, and the shower head & water pressure were more than adequate. It's across the street from a club that features live performances so if that's not to your liking on a Saturday night, be sure to ask the front desk for complimentary ear plugs to help you sleep. We found that we did not need to use them.

There was a room mix-up upon arrival, but it was resolved so quickly that we completely forgot about it! Very kind staff who could remember our faces easily. For the cost of the hotel in comparison to others in the area, the room was very clean despite that. Will definitely consider this hotel again!

Overall stay nice, staff Wonderful, Mr.Henry and Arrianna. Wish there were shelves in the shower to sit the soap and gel on. The hanger loops are small so u cant hang clothes over the clothes hanging rack, only one area over the microwave. Sufficient towels/wash cloths should be given according to the number of guests and number of night's stay.

It was a nice place to stay near the family resort of Rehoboth Beach. We had one issue with ants in the room, but they sprayed soon after we reported them. The bed and bedding were surprisingly quite comfortable for a beach motel, I sleep well. Parking was easy, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if you wanted to walk to them.

Kirsten was amazing from the beginning of booking and straight thru the process. The front end MGR was also very helpful. The only issue we had was the noise from the room beside us, loud obnoxious and rude.

Great location, short walk to the beach at the end of the street and the bay at the other end of the street. Easy access to lots of food and shopping. Music venue right across the street. Quick drive to Rehoboth beach.

I thought the hotel was in a great location, as it was a short drive to Rehoboth but also had great spots near it, and the beach was only a 4 minute walk away. The room was a lot nicer than expected and the front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that there was construction going on directly below our room and we were woken up around 9 AM every morning with the sound of a saw. The walls were very thin and it sounded like they were running a saw directly in our room. Also, the room next to us was unoccupied but had an alarm that went off at 6 am the last two nights. Those things made me disappointed because it was anything but relaxing, and I don’t understand why we were put into a room directly above the construction and weren’t warned of it before.

Was really happy with our room. Clean, quiet, and so comfortable! Front desk staff were very nice and helpful when we had questions. The snack bar really came in handy! Great variety when hunger hit. So close to everything! If I need a room again, I'll be there!

It would have been nice to have the staff tell me at check in that the room numbers were on a piece of tape on the class different from the door room number.. putting the new room number over the number of the door would be a better way of handling the new room numbers. The internet was a little difficult to use as a different pay for site showed up from the hotel site. It is the hotel site and was still free. I wish I was filled in at check in on what to expect.. having a coffee station would be ideal when the renovations are finished. The morning clerk was sweet and made me a cup. All n all, a very nice stay

This property covers most guests needs. Mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of usb charging ports. Love the makeup wipes. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool was open although didn’t use due to weather/colder temps. I guess the vending machines will be operational by the Memorial weekend (Summer kick off). Although there are some small stores nearby to get some items such sodas, water, snacks. Would definitely stay here again.
