The hot tub was just a tub, no jets and it did not stay full if someone was using hot water inside. It also took a long time to fill and did not stay warm for us. The rest of the space was nice and cozy but the tub was a disappointment.

We stayed at this property at the beginning & the end of our 19 day trip to Iceland. It is perfectly located for the airport (about 10 mins drive). It's an easy 45 min drive to Reykjavik. The cabin was great - it was clean, warm & had a well equipped kitchen & also a BBQ. We cooked all our meals there during our stay. It is in a very quiet area. The hot tub is a real bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

Tolle Unterkunft und mit prima Ausstattung. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Hot Tub und die Sauna waren toll bei Haus 4. Dass das Haus aus Haupthaus und Gästehaus besteht hat uns gut gefallen. Perfekt zum Erholen! Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt.

Great little cabin, super cosy with beautiful views. Relaxing in the hot tub under the northern lights was an unreal experience. The cabin was really well stocked, making cooking easy. Small and functional - it was a nice place to relax at the end of a long trip!

Pretty cabin with all the essentials. Very close to the airport and in a very quiet area. We only stayed a very short night. We turned the heat on and the system can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper.

Nice cosey cabin, well stocked with essentials (Tea, Coffee etc).. In a nice secluded quiet area within easy reach of local towns and airport. Cabin 1 was a bit smaller than expected. Would be ideal for a short stay, but with no wardrobes or storage for clothes, living out of suitcases for a week was a bit annoying. But we were out exploring most of the time so didn't really matter. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but if doing it again we'd choose a larger cabin.

This cabin was amazing! It was clean and very tradition looking. Perfect size kitchen and the bathrooms were spacious. Beautiful views of the ocean and golf course. Swans were right outside our door in the morning and the blackout shades were perfect for sleeping with the midnight sun! Absolutely loved this cabin!

We did not stay long but this was a quiet, cozy, and warm place to stay, with the wind and waves nearby to lull us to sleep. Tea and coffee were kindly provided, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit here again—beautiful views all around.

Small space. Can’t believe they say six people could stay there. If you open the pull out bed the kitchen is inaccessible. Hard to set the spa temp so it takes a long time to get it right between scalding and cold. Not a b and b. Nothing for breakfast. Don’t stay here. As is everything in Iceland, very expensive. The local restaurants are very limited in their offerings and of course, outrageously expensive for what you get. If you have extra deep pockets don’t worry about the price. But don’t expect much space. Watch out for the low entrance door. I have a bruise on my forehead from going out. Wear a hat going in and out so you don’t cut your forehead

The property owner is very gentle and acts immediately on any request. Me and my family came way earlier then check-in time, but were welcomed without any problems. Property is clean, quiet and not far from everything. Very good place for kids who love nature. And hot tub!!!!

We ended a 14 day stay in England by decompressing at Ocean Break Cabins for 4 days. We had an amazing time in Iceland, and coming back to this cozy cabin after being out in the elements was perfect for us. The communication to the property was very prompt. The WiFi is strong, and you have choices for viewing. We loved Tommi’s Burger Joint in Keflavík, they have an amazing Chicken burger. Everything was just a great experience. Lovely cabin - very clean and comfortable and well stocked. 15 minute drive to the airport. Easy to find and instructions were perfect. Weather was terrible so we didn't use the hot tub or the outside area which was a shame.

This was a great location. Having the little kitchen and a hot tub on the deck was amazing. Taking a little stroll at night was picture perfect. It is remote though, so make sure you have a rental car and any snacks and drinks you need before you settle in for the night. I’ll stay here again, it was lovely.

What an amazing place to stay! If you find yourself in this part of Iceland, I highly recommend Ocean Break Cabins. The view is just incredible...from the ocean to the golf course to the countryside to the lighthouse in the distance. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend EOS Table for dinner if you're in this area.

We loved the cabin and it’s location, we felt very safe and cozy. We especially enjoyed walking the shoreline and relaxing. We enjoyed visiting the light house down the road; one evening we saw and heard whales while visiting the lighthouse. We were very happy with our experience at the cabin!
We loved the cabin and it’s location, we felt very safe and cozy. We especially enjoyed walking the shoreline and relaxing. We enjoyed visiting the light house down the road; one evening we saw and heard whales while visiting the lighthouse. We were very happy with our experience at the cabin!

The beauty of the property was the serene surroundings and natural beauty. In addition, the host leaves descriptive instructions for the house, hot tub, and garbage making things so easy. Actually, the online description does not give justice to the house as it says a kitchenette but there is actually a full kitchen and such nice accomodations, it was a pleasant surprise. This was our last night in Iceland and it made it very easy to drive back to the airport, just 15 minutes away while still being far enough to feel like countryside. Its really beautiful!!

Was a perfect alternative to a run of the mill airport hotel (with competitive pricing) with close proximity to the airport (15 min). Very easy to navigate with google maps. It was a wonderful way to end our vacation in Iceland.

We ended a 14 day stay in England by decompressing at Ocean Break Cabins for 4 days. We had an amazing time in Iceland, and coming back to this cozy cabin after being out in the elements was perfect for us. The communication to the property was very prompt. The WiFi is strong, and you have choices for viewing. We loved Tommi’s Burger Joint in Keflavík, they have an amazing Chicken burger. Everything was just a great experience. We did not stay long but this was a quiet, cozy, and warm place to stay, with the wind and waves nearby to lull us to sleep. Tea and coffee were kindly provided, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit here again—beautiful views all around.

Small space. Can’t believe they say six people could stay there. If you open the pull out bed the kitchen is inaccessible. Hard to set the spa temp so it takes a long time to get it right between scalding and cold. Not a b and b. Nothing for breakfast. Don’t stay here. As is everything in Iceland, very expensive. The local restaurants are very limited in their offerings and of course, outrageously expensive for what you get. If you have extra deep pockets don’t worry about the price. But don’t expect much space. Watch out for the low entrance door. I have a bruise on my forehead from going out. Wear a hat going in and out so you don’t cut your forehead

This was a great location. Having the little kitchen and a hot tub on the deck was amazing. Taking a little stroll at night was picture perfect. It is remote though, so make sure you have a rental car and any snacks and drinks you need before you settle in for the night. I’ll stay here again, it was lovely.

We stayed at this property at the beginning & the end of our 19 day trip to Iceland. It is perfectly located for the airport (about 10 mins drive). It's an easy 45 min drive to Reykjavik. The cabin was great - it was clean, warm & had a well equipped kitchen & also a BBQ. We cooked all our meals there during our stay. It is in a very quiet area. The hot tub is a real bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

Great little cabin, super cosy with beautiful views. Relaxing in the hot tub under the northern lights was an unreal experience. The cabin was really well stocked, making cooking easy. Small and functional - it was a nice place to relax at the end of a long trip!

What an amazing place to stay! If you find yourself in this part of Iceland, I highly recommend Ocean Break Cabins. The view is just incredible...from the ocean to the golf course to the countryside to the lighthouse in the distance. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend EOS Table for dinner if you're in this area.

Very warm and cosy, stunning location about 20 min drive from a big supermarket (Kronan) and five minute to smaller shop. Lovely and responsive hosts, and lovely to have a supply of tea, coffee, salt and oils in the cabin. Saw the Norther Lights twice from our cabin which was amazing!
