Nice and clean place with lovely staff, the only weakness of this place is the size of the gym and pool, which makes it like a bustling sports facility when we wanted to try it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices—eggs, home fries, yogurt, toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, and even gluten-free bread. Just wow! Everything was delicious! I honestly can’t say anything bad about it. The lady behind the breakfast counter was extremely helpful and made sure everything was always well stocked and that everyone was happy. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I loved that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day, and both the adults and kids especially enjoyed the hot chocolate after a cold evening! We stayed here last year and came back again because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you for another wonderful stay—we will definitely be back again!

Reasonable price and nice clean building. The staff were great but there wasn’t enough parking for all the guests. Many of the guests were rude or inconsiderate to the property but that’s not the property or staffs fault.

I stayed at this hotel with my elderly parents and loved the breakfast and overall atmosphere. However, the indoor pool was very small, and although parents were present, many did not care that their children ignored the posted rules, jumped in dangerously close to others, and entered without showering, leaving debris in the water. We could not enjoy the pool for a proper exercise swim. I told the front desk, and the staff member initially just said, “Oh, okay.” After I asked if she would do anything, she said she 'would check and follow up'..... If you want a relaxing and quiet stay, this may not the place for you.

Will definitely go back whenever I can. Staff was AWESOME! All amenities including room, pool, and gym was super clean. The included breakfast is out of this world; the menu offers everything you can possibly think of!

Room was spectacular! Disappointed pool was closed on our first day. Good variety for breakfast. Woild recommend 👌

Very clean salt water pool. Great stay

Overall it’s good. The property is fairly new (2023), clean and nice. It’s close to Huntsville downtown and serves breakfast. It has a pool and gym, the water was a bit cold and there wasn’t enough towels.

Limited parking but otherwise great stay.

I had to change rooms over 4 times when checking in and it was crazy how many rooms were unclean with dog hair, weird stains, dirty, pink slime in the bathrooms and unwashed surfaces. Beds werent very comfortable. Tons of construction around the property that started fairly early in the morning and very uneven terain to drive on coming up to the hotel. Did not receive a discount for having to change rooms several times due to their error and actually got upcharged for changing to a different type of room that was smaller than my original room... very bizarre visit and will not be taking the chance again due to cleanliness issues and lack of accomodation for their issues

Hotel room was filthy. Dog food on the floor, black hair all over side of the tub, someone’s long curly hair in the bed and in the bath tub, toothpaste on the mirror…. Reported to front desk who did have housekeeping reclean the room (unsure why they didn’t just change our room?) but was a bit irritating to have to leave after checking in so it could be cleaned

Always clean breakfast is excellent

The room was filthy. Dust on the furniture and dresser handles. Kitchen counter had stains on it and two light bulbs were burnt. Mentioned it to the front desk but didn’t offer compensation. Never experienced this on previous stays at this hotel. Not sure if they are understaffed

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt "at home" here. Our room was well-equipped with everything! The complimentary breakfast had plenty of selection. I liked the little extras like water to fill our water bottles as we headed out for hikes, the beach and sight-seeing. There are also meeting rooms. The lobby was perfectly set up for breakfast, computer use, lounging, etc. The pool was very clean but a little small for adults. Mainly used by kids. I realize that it is a busy place yet the staff are always ready to please. That being said, we saw a few things that could be improved upon. The office chair in our room was stained and dirty on the seat. I put a towel on it before using. Also the separation curtain had a brown stain on it and black greasy finger/hand marks. The shower was extremely nice but the glass sliding door was stiff and noisy to close (maintenance). The sofa bed had a large (water?) Stain on the seat. Aside from these imperfections, our overall experience was great.

Horrible stay. I have stayed here 5-7 times for work and this time was likely my last. Garbages were full, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, desk needed to be cleaned before working on it, and shower was gross as seen in pics. Hair covered the shower and drain and overall dirty. Based on this I didn’t trust the bed and slept on the couch. Completely unacceptable.

Everything was good and clean including breakfast but the comforters were pretty small for 2 people.

The hotel is modern and beautiful inside. The property has construction all around so it’s not the nicest looking when you drive up. Our room is very nice and large, but the bathroom is quite dirty, particularly the floor and counter. It’s too close to major roads as well so it’s very noisy. The radiator rattles a lot, making it difficult to sleep.

Overall very happy with our stay. But the pillows on the bed were not supportive. The shower door makes a lot of noise when moving

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice accommodations. Internet did not work. Breakfast was busy and slow. Just your basic breakfast. We had to wait a long time for items to be restocked at the breakfast bar. A little frustrating.

This is a new facility, everything is bright and shiny; the location is superb: right off the highway and close to Walmart and Loblaws - you can get just about everything you need for the road. The room has a "full" kitchen (full size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher) but without a cook stove - it\'s good for microwave food, cold food meals, which you can get from Loblaws/Walmart. The room we stayed in is very spacious with two comfortable queen beds and a curtain divided living area with two sofas and a "coffee table"/ottoman. There is a lack of dining table however; the ottoman with orange colored fabric is less than ideal to serve as a dining surface. The other thing that the interior designers lost touch with practicality is the choice of the light green cushion color for the only chair in the room: staining anyone? There is an oval shaped table on wheels which could serve as dining table, but if so, where would everyone sit on? The sofa and the ottoman is too low and there is only one chair in the room. Despite some "interesting" choices made by the room designers, this is still an excellent place to stay considering the new condition of the facility, its location and the reasonable price.

This beautiful hotel was the perfect place for us to stay for a dance competition for a number of days in May 2024. The hotel was fresh, modern and clean. The room was large and had a kitchenette with a full size fridge making mealtime away from home a breeze. The staff were lovely aside from one female staff member at breakfast who was very unkind!! The situation was unfavourable enough for me to take off a star however aside from that I would absolutely stay again.

When we checked in the hotel was over booked so instead of the 2 queen beds and a sofa bed we only got 1 queen and a sofa bed, they claimed it was an upgrade as it was a one bedroom accessible suite. They had no other rooms to move us two qith two queen beds, so I had a pull out couch to sleep on. Also, the lady in charge of the breakfast bar was one of the rudist hotel staff members I have ever met, not only to me and my family but to other guests as well. Stuck her nose in conversations we were having amongst our group. Other than that, the price quality of the hotel, the gym, pool and location was really good. Wish they comp'd us for thier error in over booking. But no dice.

Although I asked twice to have my room cleaned they emptied garbage, made only one bed and put new towels on the used ones without removing them

Great location. Lovely staff. Clean and very comfortable.

The receptionist said I could not check in until 4:00. Had no place to work from all day. She said she would call be as a room got cleaned and became available. No one called. I came in and saw her driving off for the day! The room was ready and she didn’t bother calling me. The sheets were all worn out and gross to sleep in. I asked for new sheets and they just brought the sheets in and left them on the table for me to make the bed. The next day asked for cleaning. They came in and fixed the beds and left all the dirty towels on the floor and didn’t clean the room.

We had three rooms booked for a wedding. We asked for 30 min earlier check-in. We were asked to call back 4 times. No ability to accommodate. Not impressed with lack of customer service

Big disappointment after I enjoyed other Home2 locations. Upon arrival, there were so many items missing in the room, we had to go and request for them one by one. Obvious they didn’t check the room before check-in. Items like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, plates, cups and tissue paper were missing, those are very basic items. The fridge door were placed on the wrong side as well, so we had to open the doors in a narrow gap between the main door and the fridge! We booked for a week, they supposed to have house keep every other day, however, they said they were short of staff and only came once. Even when I requested to just take away the dirty towels and refill, they were not willing to do so at first, and not unapologetic at all. Then comes the breakfast time, I have no expectation of the food, but the time of the breakfast was ridiculous, 630 am to 930 am!!! other Home2 I’ve been to offer 830 to 1100. How would one get up, especially for young kids, at 630 for breakfast? Why did they do that? To lower the food cost? Since there are a couple good spots nearby, no one cares? Then why include breakfast at the first place? Last but not least, the swimming pool closing staff was quite unfriendly. The closing time is 11pm, he came by at 10:40 and get everyone out. I asked if should leave in 10 min since those were young kids, we needed to give them leeway, he said no, we needed to go “now”, since he had sparkle cleaning powder and go home, which only took him one minute!

Driveway is stone, not paved and terrible for your vehicle. It’s a construction zone. Great view overlooking a Wendys.

As a newer hotel, the rooms and property are absolutely spotless. Amenities are really nice for a hotel in this price range, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's located a bit outside of any tourist area, and the only things within walking distance are a few fast-food chains, some grocery stores, and a Walmart. Not a big deal, but you'll need to drive to get to any of the local sights.

Very enjoyable stay. Been here many times. Friendly staff. Always clean. Great breakfast. And we will be back . The road into the hotel is very very bumpy and rough. Big potholes. Lots of parking for E cars but Very Very limited for us who need handicapped parking.

This hotel is new and well made. Our room was large and accommodating. The hallways were bright and clean. The only down side was the unpaved road leading to the hotel.

The way the hit breakfast items (eggs, bacon, sausage ect) were stored made it awkward to access them easily. I understand there is not a lot of space, but the little warming cabinet was not the nicest to use.

Overall experience at this hotel. The room is clean. Location is convenience. Price is fair. The only downside is not much options at breakfast and they don’t refill the bacon 1 hour prior closing time at 9am, which is not enough food when people start coming around 8am… not sure if they will be any difference on the weekends as we stayed during weekdays.

Not fresh . Lack of variety

They were supposed to call me when the room was ready but no call was received. The room was nice but there was a large stain on the divider sheet and the AC was very noisy. Otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was subpar at best , dry meat, hard hash browns and eggs that were incredibly stale and gross. The toaster caught fire. And very crowded and very little to no servers or staff in the area.

Need to add more to the breakfast options. Also add another waffle maker. Only have one amd I waited 20 mins

Positiv: Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Man hat die Möglichkeit, die eigene Wäsche zu waschen. Hervorragende Parkplatzauswahl. Pool und Fitnessraum vorhanden. Negativ: Zimmer ringhörig. Frühstücksbuffet schlecht platziert bzw. organisiert. Teilweise Wartezeiten bis zu einer halben Stunde am Buffet. Das macht keine Freude. Viel Abfall durch abgepackte Einzelportionen.
