Our recent return stay at The Langham, Gold Coast was nothing short of exceptional. A very special thank you to Taylor Trost, who truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay so special. Taylor’s professionalism, care and attention to detail were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the effort put into making our celebration feel personal and memorable genuinely meant a lot to us. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. The entire experience — from the beautiful room to the impeccable service throughout the hotel — was first class. Our anniversary was made unforgettable thanks to Taylor and the wonderful team. We can’t wait to return again soon.

Best breakfast buffet in Australia It’s seriously so good they have everything

Beautiful room extremely comfortable, the best part of the experience with a magic sea view and enclosed balcony. Good location opposite the beach and close to a light rail station. Very nice breakfast. Cathy at breakfast is outstanding. Dinner menu limited but the steak was excellent
