ダイワロイネットホテル系を良く使用するのですが、MIYAVIはその中でも金沢らしい素敵なフロント､大浴場も良かったです。アクセスも良く、駅ビルが直ぐ側なので足りない物があったら買いに行けるのが嬉しいポイントです。大浴場はタオルも持って行かなくても良いのがストレスがなく素晴らしいです。お食事も美味しかったです。また北陸旅行の際には利用させて頂きます。

We loved that it was only about 6 minutes walk from Kanazawa Station, which has lots of shopping and dining options. The room was clean and perfect for two people and luggage. Bonus was there was onsen to use for free! It was clean and not busy, and lots of amenities were provided. Would definitely recommend or stay again!

ホテル内に駐車場があるということだったので、このホテルに決めましたが、行ってみると、いっぱいで使えませんでした。また３つシングルベッドのある部屋を予約しましたが、一つは簡易ベッドで、部屋内は歩くスペースもないくらいベッドでいっぱいで息苦しさを感じました。立地やスタッフ、設備は良いと思います。

A few minutes walk from Kanazawa Train station. Nice, small hotel so don't have to walk miles to the room :) Best part of the room was an LG steamer to steam/freshen clothes in 20 minutes! I forgot to ask if every room had it. Women's public bath/sento was terrific. Just the right size with one large hot bath, very serene. Restaurants across the street from hotel, train/bus/taxi stands w/in walking distance. The eki-mae has a LOT of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel; would stay again!

The people at the front desk are really unhelpful. I reported a dirty room showing pictures, but the guy at the desk said sorry and went on with his day. He could have sent a cleaner to have a look but nothing. I checked-in one hour earlier but they told me to go back, ok maybe the room was not ready which I don't think since I found it dirty. I left my suitcases and went for a walk. I went back, checked in and my suitcases were not given to me. I thought they would be in the room, of course not. I called them, they couldn't find them, once found I had to go and fetch them myself from the concierge. They could have sent them up, right? But no, they do not do customer service in this place. Shame as it could be a better hotel, maybe they all need to be trained on how to treat customers. Disappointing!

If this special price is available next time, I will definitely choose this hotel first. The room was excellent and great value for money. Both the hairdryer and curling iron were high-end, and even the hairdryers in the large public bath were Dyson. The hotel is close to the station, the room was spacious, and the bathroom, bathtub, sink, and toilet were all in separate rooms.

Modern, clean and well equipped hotel with comfy beds and Japanese style bath. Service was excellent. Room had good air con, mini fridge, kettle, free tea and coffee, plenty of sockets and even a LG clothes steamer cabinet which I wasn't expecting. Only downside was the window was frosted glass and couldn't be opened so hard to judge the weather before heading out but everything else was perfect.

チェックインをはじめ、ホテルの施設や清潔さ等全てが良かったです。しかし、翌日の朝食はあるスタッフの対応に非常に不満です。当日9:15に家族とレストランに行った際、こちらのミスで朝食券を1枚しか持って来ていませんでした。「朝食は10時までです！急いでください。」と明らかにイライラしている口調で言われ、夫と子どもを席へ案内せず、私がほかの朝食券を持って来るまで入り口に待たせました。私たちの入場時間は9:20頃でしたが、最終入場の9:30を過ぎていないのに、もう一回「朝食は10時までです」と言われ、非常に不愉快です。食事中、そのスタッフさんもずっとお皿や食べ物の片付けをやっていて全く落ち着いて食事ができませんでした。仕事をテキパキをされているのが素晴らしいですが、もう少しお客さんの気持ちに寄り添って欲しかったです。今までこんなにされたことがなく、ホテルの他のスタッフからのおもてなしの対応が全て無駄になってしまったことに非常に残念です。

Very convenient to the train station. Onsen and amenities were nice. Staff were not really able to help with securing a booking for dinner. The bed was not big enough for 2 people especially as one side was pushed hard against the wall. Unable to get up during the night without climbing over the other person in the bed. Floor space not big enough to open one bag let alone 2. Very clean and quiet hotel.

We had a great time staying at this hotel (parents + 3,5-year old). Everything was fresh, new and spotless. Onsen with my kid was super enjoyable. Everything was just very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Wish it would be served a bit longer (ended at 9:30 on weekdays, 10 on weekends). A bit of an admin hassle with having to purchase handwritten tickets for breakfast at the reception before being able to enter the restaurant which was just 1 meter away... Unnecessarily complicated in today's digital age, I think, and surprising. But otherwise we had a great stay at this hotel, which ended up being the cheapest of our entire trip!
