All good apart from the removal of the pool bed comfort padded liners for the pool beds. Also they have started charging for couple pool loungers. Although this may sound petty given everything else was great, I wasn't able to get comfortable on the pool beds, had to go to the beach and pay for comfort in the sun

Vi hade bokat ett delux rum på 8:e våningen och hade utsikt mot stranden. Rummet motsvarade inte bilderna och beskrivningen. Rummet var mindre, soffa saknades och balkongmöblerna av plast. Fanns endast en fåtölj, hade önskat ytterligare en sittplats. Städning och byte av handdukar varje dag, mycket bra. Poolen väldigt liten och väldigt få solsängar, inte anpassad för ett så stort hotell. Utmärkt frukost, kanske t.o.m lite för mycket. Tyst rum förutom AC:n som levde om. Upplevde hotellet i alla fall lyxigt och nära till strand och precis mitt i centrum.

Up until the 1st floor I would say the hotel is a 4 star. But having a look at the swimming pool that was yellow and the smell of chlorine intense. Then looking at the bathroom with brown stains in the shower tray and around the shower area, even the finishings of the toilet weren't done properly. The shower head was blocked and water was going everywhere else but to where it should go. The small shower head holder was loose but we manage not to break it even more. Then the food at the dinner, if you really enjoy tasty food like I do, you won't like it at all. I was expecting a lot more traditional tasty food. If there is a next time, I will definitely pay just for breakfast and have the other meals elsewhere. I would classify this hotel as a 3 star. Positives: The location is great, breakfast was fine, the walls between the rooms were thick and staff was friendly.

Hyggelig personale og veldig hjelpsomme. Mye utvalg på frokost buffet og middag hver dag. Hotellet er rent, fint og ligger veldig sentralt. Eneste som kan trekke ned er bassenget som var kjempe lite og vannet var skittent, tror ikke det skiftes ofte. Hadde en fantastisk uke på hotellet.

Bra storlek på rummet och härlig utsikt från balkongen. Fantastisk frukostbuffé som absolut är värd sitt pris. Vi valde dock hotell baserat på bilderna på poolen och det var en besvikelse. Den var tydligt grön och vi kände oss tveksamma till om barnen ens borde bada i vattnet…

The hotel is well placed for the beach, shops and transport. The rooms are good and refreshed daily. The breakfast is reasonable and the pool area ok although not very big. The Wi-Fi is weak and very difficult to get connections only seems to connect on the ground and first floor levels.

We had a wonderful time as a family at this hotel . Staff were very friendly from check in until leaving. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had . Lovely surroundings and lots of choice . The pool area was very nice and we always managed to get a bed . If I were to give one negative it would be to say they should clean round the edge of the pool as it is green , a, sure it would be easy to do and would make a big difference. We loved the location of the hotel with our room overlooking the marina and an abundance of bars , restaurants and shops as soon as you walk out . Would definitely recommend .

La habitación reserve una superior y me dieron una cuádruple de minusválidos, lo cual a mi bebe no lo podía bañar en el suelo. El suelo deben fregarlo porque cuando mi bebe se puso a gatear por la habitación se puso las rodillas y las manos negras pero negras . Y por lo que cuesta una noche en ese hotel deberían limpiar mejor el suelo porque van niños y si tú reserva un tipo de habitación que te la den sino que no la pongan disponible

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy amable, la piscina es un charco pequeño, no cubre y el agua turbia, la limpieza en las habitaciones, como pasa en muchos hoteles de ésta categoría es muy justita, en nuestro caso habían restos desagradables en el cuarto de baño, no creo que haya que informar de algo así para que lo limpien, debería estar limpio sin decirlo, se nota que no ponen mucho énfasis en limpiar, ya imagino que les harán limpiar habitaciones a un ritmo que no es el adecuado para que quede todo limpio. En definitiva, es lo que hay, se de sobra que es así en muchos sitios, no sólo aquí, por desgracia nos hemos acostumbrado.

Hotel toilets were not cleaned. Tissue everywhere. I slipped on a massive puddlenof water in the toilet. Hurt my back so wss in pain for my last 3 days. Complained to the Bar Host and Receptionist. Neither of them cleaned it. Both said there was only 2 members of staff on. I had to keep telling gents not to use the toiler.

Bruseren virkede ikke optimalt. Vandet kom og gik og den store bruse hoved virkede ikke. Der var ikke særlig godt rengjort efter hver rengørings besøg. Der var meget snavset på gulve og toilettet efter rengørings besøg. Fjernsynet virkede ikke, og aircondition tændte sporadisk flere gange om natten. Alt i alt, et okay hotel, uden det på nogen måde var imponerende. Eneste grund til jeg ikke klagede var, at jeg ikke brugte ret meget tid på hotellet. Ikke et sted jeg kommer tilbage til.

Excellent loacation, comfy beds and superb (!) breakfast buffet. Vert friendly staff. Nice, but very basic room (booked "deluxe" but I presume, deluxe room just means that you have a sea view). A couple of minus points: a strong scent after cleaning . Noise i.e. loud music in public areas. Thin sound insulation between rooms is not good. Mostly it was quiet, though. Very reasonable value for money, but if you are sensitive to strong scents and / or noise, think twice.

I had an excellent stay at the Leonardo hotel. It was worth paying for a seaview and the location was very central.The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't realise that my bedroom door didn't automatically lock and the cleaner opened my door without knocking, when I had just got out of the shower. However this didn't spoil my holiday the mainly positive experience of staying at the Leonardo. I managed to see the funny side of my situation.

Entoalett som lät som ett landande flygplan. Vid spolning. Innebar att vi väckte varandra vid användning på natten. Minus. Duschen var dåligt gjord. På grund av ristande fall på botten stannade vatten kvar på golvet. Vidare fanns början till mögel på utsidans botten.

This hotel was excellent. It had a fantastic location with an abundance of restaurants nearby. The beach was in front of us and the train and bus station very close. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a wonderful balcony with amazing views. We booked spa treatments and because there was a mix up with the timings they gave us complimentary use of the spa and treatment. Absolutely delighted with the place.

The Leonardo is in a fab location, just across from the beach and within easy walk of bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from Fish Alley. Only a 5 minute taxi from the station (recommend getting train from Malaga airport, very easy and 3 euros per person). The lobby is beautiful and staff very helpful. Check in was quick and easy and there are plenty of lifts so no waiting around. Room was great, very clean, enough room with nice balcony. Only suggestion would be is to have drawers under the tables in the room to provide a little more storage space. Breakfast was really good with loads of choice and we went at different times each day and never found it crowded with lots of tables and a big area for the buffet. Pool area was a bit small but nice shaded area with tables for food and drinks and service was very good. The pool area where the sun beds are, is completely in the shade in the morning, then completely in the sun in the afternoons. Had a great time and would stay there again. If you have limited mobility the hotel can arrange hire of a mobility scooter for you, this really helped one of our friends make the most of his trip.

Surely reception staff and very unhelpful. Pool bar closed earlier than advertised and couldn't get towels or drinks from an extremely rude bar person. No information in the room on any of the hotels amenities or policies. Very limited bathroom toiletries and hospitality tray had just one tea bag and just two coffee pods. Good points, location and Superior sea view room was large and comfortable with good air con, powerful shower and international TV. Unfortunately the good points aren't enough to outway the bad. Would not stay again and in no way 4 star in terms of facilities or standards!

The Leonardo is in a fab location, just across from the beach and within easy walk of bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from Fish Alley. Goed en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima. Indien je gebruik maakte van het diner voor € 15,00 kreeg je een buffet met o.a. vlees en vis wat vers werd klaar gemaakt, uitstekend! Maar er was meer keus ! Ook een mogelijkheid om een drankje te nemen in de bar, met prima prijzen. Dit hotel was voor onze reis eind februari/ begin maart een prima keus. Mooi uitzicht van uit hotel op het strand, haven en de kust!
