Beautiful room with attached bathroom. Property is new, so very clean and fresh. Breakfast was always good. The view from the property was wonderful and an area for sitting outside.

Nice view of the Lake in the distance. There are a washer and dryer for use if needed and a full kitchen with a fridge with dedicated shelves for each room (A, B and C) and the bathroom had a hairdryer. Outdoor seating as well for a nice breakfast on the patio in the summertime. Entrance is separate around the back for private comings and goings. Other lodgers were there and everyone was friendly and respectful of the common kitchen space. breakfast was out by 8:30am every day. Host also was able to accommodate me bringing my bike and let me store it in the garage. She was always available by text so I could let her know when I needed to get it out. Netflix was on the TV for movies etc… There was a welcome note with a bottle of wine when I arrived. I travelled alone and felt safe there.

This B&B was better than a 5 star hotel. Outside, on the modern patio furniture. We were able to admire the great view of the large lake and the city of Kelowna. Inside, the lower level unit was new and spacious with a sparkling kitchen and dining area. . Our bedroom was luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite washroom was spotless. The air conditioning was quiet and the temperature was perfect. The host was wonderful and quickly replied to our messages. She was welcoming and even provided us with a take away breakfast because we had to leave by 6:30 am the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back soon.

New well kept & clean property. Large kitchen area in center with suites surrounding it. Tasty morning breakfast. Great patio with Seating & table outside with a lake view in the distance. Paved driveway to park on and a set of outside stairs to lower suites. (Probably not good for those with mobility issues). Lower level is a walkout out so very good light. Owner very responsive. Close drive to Kelowna & other attractions.

What an amazing property! We were very lucky and had the apartment all to ourselves. It was a bliss! Amazing views, amazing room and bathroom, great kitchen and well equipped, the veranda with the view just took my breath away. Plus Elisabeta went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. This is a brand new house, everything nicely appointed. Excellent and generous self-serve breakfast. Access to kitchen at all times. Fabulous view and outside seating. This property would not work for someone with mobility issues due to an outside flight of stairs used to access the rooms and kitchen. Immaculately clean.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room and shared kitchen space were immaculate. The host provided a beautiful breakfast for us and the views overlooking the city from the deck were spectacular. Definitely recommend this place!

Booked and checked in late due to a last minute flight change. Property manager texted me all of the check in instructions, super easy. Nice new home in West Kelowna, lots of parking. The space is brand new and SO CLEAN! Had a really comfy sleep. Woke up the next morning to an awesome breakfast spread, ate on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Great location if you're checking out the West K wineries, a bit far from downtown if you're wanting to spend more time there. But would definitely stay again!

We stayed one night at this quiet property and really enjoyed the amazing view from the quiet, comfortable patio. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen welcoming. There are 3 separate rooms with a shared kitchen/common space so it would be especially welcoming for a group.

This property is immaculate; the host quickly attended to a problem we had with the TV remote; the breakfast was wonderful. It would be nice to have spent more time talking with the host; had we not had a problem with the remote we may not have seen her at all. But overall, the experience was wonderful.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by our hostess. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and decorated in a cheerful manner. The morning breakfast was serviced in a communal kitchen area. Unfortunately it could have been warmer. I used the microwave to bring it back up to temperature. The one area of confusion was the laundry service, there was none. I asked for it and with reluctance we did get our bed made and fresh towels provided. The suite was conveniently located close to all the important sites in Kelowna that we wanting see which made the stay relaxing.

Very clean and organized bnb. Breakfast was excellent. View was very pleasant. Elisabeta was a very good host and very knowledgeable about her business. Very simple contactless checkin. She has figured out all the details of running a very efficient bnb. The shared kitchen, common area was convenient and well appointed. We found no issue in sharing it with the other guests. Would stay again as it is good value and a nice space !

This place was wonderful! It’s very clean, comfortable and offers a beautiful view from the back patio. There was a delicious breakfast served every morning that catered to different dietary restrictions and preferences. The host, Elisabeta, was very accommodating and kind. She went the extra mile for any special requests, which was much appreciated. We highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Kelowna! We will definitely be coming back.

Newer property. Host/owner on site and very attentive to detail. Room is well furnished and comfortable. Easy access to roads and the numerous vineyards in the area. Host was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and vineyards to visit along with information and instructions on best route to use. Would stay here again. Very clean and quiet

The woman who takes care of this B&B is very abrasive. She would be happy if never contacted directly by anyone staying in her BNB. We froze the one night that we stayed. I had booked 2 nights but we went elsewhere for our second night even after paying for 2 nights. There is nothing around that you can walk to. The view is amazing. The place was very clean, almost sterile and modern.

This property is immaculate; the host quickly attended to a problem we had with the TV remote; the breakfast was wonderful. It would be nice to have spent more time talking with the host; had we not had a problem with the remote we may not have seen her at all. But overall, the experience was wonderful.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by our hostess. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and decorated in a cheerful manner. The morning breakfast was serviced in a communal kitchen area. Unfortunately it could have been warmer. I used the microwave to bring it back up to temperature. The one area of confusion was the laundry service, there was none. I asked for it and with reluctance we did get our bed made and fresh towels provided. The suite was conveniently located close to all the important sites in Kelowna that we wanting see which made the stay relaxing.

This place was wonderful! It’s very clean, comfortable and offers a beautiful view from the back patio. There was a delicious breakfast served every morning that catered to different dietary restrictions and preferences. The host, Elisabeta, was very accommodating and kind. She went the extra mile for any special requests, which was much appreciated. We highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Kelowna! We will definitely be coming back.

Owner was lovely. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants around area. Quiet neighbourhood. Very professionally run Really appreciated packed breakfast when we had to leave early one morning.

This is a brand new house, everything nicely appointed. Excellent and generous self-serve breakfast. Access to kitchen at all times. Fabulous view and outside seating. This property would not work for someone with mobility issues due to an outside flight of stairs used to access the rooms and kitchen. Immaculately clean.

Booked and checked in late due to a last minute flight change. Property manager texted me all of the check in instructions, super easy. Nice new home in West Kelowna, lots of parking. The space is brand new and SO CLEAN! Had a really comfy sleep. Woke up the next morning to an awesome breakfast spread, ate on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Great location if you're checking out the West K wineries, a bit far from downtown if you're wanting to spend more time there. But would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very delicious and very well prepared. We hope that it will be safe with the wildfire in the area as this is truly one of Kelowna’s hidden gems. We definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Beautiful and clean suite. We enjoyed sitting on the patio which had a view of the water. Our host packed us a breakfast because we had to leave early and it was wonderful. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place. We would stay here again.
