We enjoyed our stay very much. All of the reception staff Shenell, Javier, and Jorgelis were wonderful. Diana at the bar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the resturant and our evenings at the bar! The pool was great. There is convient shopping right behind the hotel. We will be back soon!

Very close to water and to the Free Trade Zone (walking distance). The area is under a lot of construction so it's a drastic mix of old and new. Quite jarring to go from a decent shopping center to concertina (razor) wire crossing the street. It's the kind of area where the pictures look really nice, but if the photographer pans the camera in either direction, it's not so nice looking. Not unusual, but worth being aware. The staff at the hotel almost seemed disinterested in assisting (unless it's the drivers out front who stand to make tip money, then they are very interested in helping.) Odd things like chains around the door that goes into the casino next door, no type of breakfast included if you booked with expedia or that type of site, bathrooms with public style toilets with no lid, just a U seat. It's nicer than anything else I saw in Colon, but you really should be prepared that if you aren't comfortable in less than nice neighborhoods, you may be out of your comfort zone here (and it's one of the nicer areas of colon city that I saw).

We stayed at the Radisson 2000 the night before we departed on a cruise. The hotel is close to the cruise ship terminal. They provided free transportation of our luggage and a shuttle to the terminal. The restaurant had delicious dinner and breakfast. The room was wonderful and comfortable.

I recommend especially if you have personal transportation because they have great parking on site but dont have a on call taxi service. You have to walk to catch one. They do however have airport pickup service. (Highly recommend) Breakfast, Bar and Pool 10/10. Didnt get to explore the mall but it was less than 10 mins away from the hotel. Thank you all for the hospitality!!

It is an excellent Hotel with an Excellent location, very close to the Royal Caribbean Cruise port entrances. Upon arrival, We were warmly welcomed by the friendly Staff at the reception desk. Very close to the Doctor's office, supermarket, and barber shop, everything is one minute away. Also, there is free Wi-Fi, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable—great Breakfast and Dinner. We used this for a check in for our Norwegian Jewel cruise. Fantastic we did initial checkin while at the hotel, and they took our bags there!!! Still had to do quick checkin at pier, but not bad. Hotel clean, bed comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast here and both were just ok. We had had much better quality of food but it was convenient and filling.

This hotel was in a great location to catch a cruise! There is a shuttle that takes you right to the ship! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the colon free zone with tons of shopping! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

Let me start; need change all towels because rag and yellow towels, need clean shades, window rails with mold, food at restaurant terrible i had wait almost 1/2 hour an salty except for breakfast, staff need to be more friendly with tourists. We arrived at 3:30 PM and the hotel and our room was not ready. We didn't mind and went walking to the mall by the hotel. At night in our room, at around 9:30 PM a loud noise started. We turned off the AC and the problem continued on and off, but ftom 3AM on the noise, from the kitchen exhaust, didn't stop. I was not able to sleep, and in the morning i went to the lobby, I was ignored.

The attention of the reception and restaurant staff is friendly and excellent. The restaurant food is delicious, high quality and abundant. The room is spacious, clean, tidy and the view from the window is beautiful, towards the port. The facilities are very nice and it is close to walk to the marine boulevard of Colon and also the free zone.

Hotel is conveniently located to port. While the outside has been updated, the rooms have not. Our bathtub had a hole in it, shower head was only 4 1/2 feet in the air, water leaked everywhere from the tub. The sink area was not clean and had stains from cleaner being sprayed on it. I would not recommend this hotel.

upon arrival i ask the reception if I can get a room that has nice decent bed as my past experience was that the bed was always very uneven and would not allow a good nights rest and she said the beds are the same since the hotel opened!!!!!!!! i exclaimed that would be over 20 years ago if not more ???? anyways sure enought the bed condition was a expected and did not dissapoint to be crummy and had to endre 5 nights of difficult sleep and yet had to go to work everyday. after the 1st night I really wanted to move however was not going to get a refund for sure. I also like my room to be pitch dark and i took pictures of the black out curtains that was peeles and damaged. really sad as the hotel is perfect for my doing business in that area.

Very average hotel near the port, but Colon is not a nice place. It's dirty and falling down. This is no longer a Radisson but a Choice hotel, as per the receptionist. The lobby and bar area are dark and dingy. Room service food was below adequate. Note - if you are getting on a ship don't stay in Colon the night before. Drive up from Panama City etc.

The hotel served its purpose. My stay was a short one and the location was not too far from the cruise ship terminal. The hotel definitely felt older, but it was clean. As I walked around the immediate surroundings, I felt a bit uneasy. I did see a shady character or two, but I also saw police officers, which certainly made me feel better and alleviated my initial apprehension.

Its a few blocks away from one of the entries of Colon Duty Free Zone, so if you are staying there for business is the best option. On the other hand, the dining menu of the hotel is very limited, I think they could improve that.
