the location is beautiful with a nice pool and a good breakfast, although it is a bit far from taormina, we had trouble reaching the location by public transaportation (do not trust google maps) and ended up getting uber, but the hotel does provide daily shuttle to taormina for a fee which was convinient

The location is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and so helpful, going out of their way to accommodate. We experienced equivalent hospitality across every staff, from reception to bell boy to bar lobby (Fabio and Frederica!) to espresso maker to housekeeping and the lifeguard! So sincere, they seem to love doing what they do. For ease of mobility, there are working elevators to pool areas and up to the 3rd floor of the hotel rooms. Reception was helpful to change our room to 3rd floor for my handicapped husband. After 6:00 PM, there is live music and eager lobby bar staff to make you feel comfortable with beverages and snacks. Restaurant has excellent presentation, mainly buffets with some à la carte options. One of the best options, the hotel has a partnership with a local beach club with transportation! Highly recommend this hotel experience.

Extremely friendly staff and exceptional welcome in reception, assistance with parking, assistance with finding the right building etc. Also magnificent oceanfront view from balcony in room and from the restaurant's terrace.
