Service was great. The room was nice and clean, I loved the carpet. Lighting options in the room were good and the shower had good temperature controls and had good pressure. Coffee was a bit of a faff to make but tasted lovely. The gym is small but beautiful and very functional although I couldn't work out how to use the treadmill. Location wasn't super great for me but this is subjective for everyone and more importantly, there is a tram stop right outside. I would like to visit again for longer.

Great hotel and also brand new (opened Jan 2023), for the price is felt very luxurious. They do a kitchenette style format for cold water, drinks, etc. which may not be for everyone. But the location is great, 5min walk from the hotel and you're in the thick of Bordeaux.

Mon séjour à l’Hôtel FirstName Bordeaux a été globalement satisfaisant, bien que certains aspects méritent d’être améliorés. Il s’agit d’un établissement correct, avec quelques touches d’originalité dans la décoration et le concept, mais qui reste assez basique au regard du prix demandé par nuit. La chambre était confortable et fonctionnelle, sans pour autant se démarquer particulièrement. Un inconvénient notable était l’absence de minibar. Certes, une kitchenette était mise à disposition sur l’un des étages, mais cela ne remplace pas le confort d’avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, notamment pour les séjours plus longs ou en période estivale. Un autre point perfectible concerne la salle de bain. Bien que propre, elle manquait clairement d’espace, ce qui la rendait peu pratique à utiliser. De plus, la paroi de la douche présentait des traces visibles de rouille, un détail qui dénote dans un établissement de cette gamme. En somme, l’expérience a été positive, mais l’hôtel a encore une belle marge de progression pour justifier pleinement son tarif.

The rooms smell of glue and other chemicals, giving guests headache and breathing problems. (this is what earns them "unclean bc the air is not. The beds are like laying on concrete (made to last, without any consideration for guest comfort). The staff is non-responsive. Expedia tried calling twice with no answer & I let the phone ring for 10 mins without answer. After checking out (the same day), front desk promised a call back from the manager, but manager never called. Terrible experience, toxic/unhealthy/unsafe rooms, beyond uncomfortable beds. my advice is to stay away.

Everything about our experience was exceptional. My partner stayed here with a baby for 5 nights while I was working and she felt safe and very well taken care of. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The shower could have been a little cleaner but that’s just nitpicking.

Well located near the tram line to airport and walking distance to town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However the hotel was undergoing renovation on our floor and several things did not work well like the air con! Also, floor was marked from previous guests.

We were initially underwhelmed. The room seemed tiny and not well laid out. We missed having a small frig in room. We weren't too sure about the neighborhood. But we came to appreciate this as a very good hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. And staff took care of refrigerating medication that needed to be kept cool with no problems. It's a great location for exploring the city. And the underground parking on site is a huge plus.

Teeny tiny room but in the heart of everything. Amazing staff and super clean. I just wish the room was about 30 square feet bigger so you could get out of the bed on the side vs the foot of the bed.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. It started with amazing and friendly stafff at check-in, during the stay and checking out. We had to leave super early to the train station so they had us check out the night before to save time and helped us reserve a taxi to the train station. When we were leaving, they had the coffee in to-go cup ready for us too! So nice of him to do that. We have been to many places and the staff at this hotel by far is one of the best. It is also super close to the town center and ample parking on the street or the hotel garage. We loved how there is a little kitchenette that has snacks, tea bags, drinks and refillable water. We will def come back and stay here next time we are in Bordeaux! Thank you FirstName hotel!!!

Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. Rooms are very spacious, staff are extremely nice and helpful and the restaurant and bar was great. It’s such a pop culture hotel but you cannot tell from the outside. What a hidden gem. Great ambience!

The service was amazing. The staff was excellent - they even helped make my reservations since I was having a difficult time with the language translations. It was a very pleasant and satisfactory stay. The lady at the bar who served coffee every morning was just fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. I couldnt have asked for better.

Only two people serving in the restaurant. I was rejected by the staff to have dinner with available tables. My two kids went to bed without eating that night. I asked them at what time the restaurant closes and they said at 10:30 pm; however, they told me several times that they were unable to get any food orders. I complained in reception and they just told me that they will let the managers know, but no one followed up with me. I would not visit this hotel again and wouldn’t recommended to anyone.

Location of this hotel is okay only because it is near a train stop and next to a mall. However the surrounding area did not feel safe especially at night because there were a lot of drunk and rowdy characters right near the hotel entrance.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with the A tram stop virtually right outside, it’s a short walk into the centre with other tram stops to get about the city. The hotel is very modern and looks great. The local amenities are superb with lots of food options nearby. We really loved staying here and are thinking of coming back for a family holiday.

Smart n’ fancy Hyatt property in Bourdeaux city centre. Large rooms, modern furniture, fancy details. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities include two gyms, parking, free furnished kitchenettes at each floor, rooftop and indoor cocktail bar. Breakfast is quite expensive for south european standards. Neighbourhood is under heavy renovation, so will improve soon.

The outside of the hotel is not pleasant,but once you enter it is amazing. The living wall is great and sych a good idea, the eco items on the room are a great feature and well thought out. Our room faced the fromt but we heard nothing from the trams or nearby bars. The kitchenettes on each floor are a great idea and very handy and useful. The only issue we had on two mornings was the lack of staff in cleaning tables, hot drinks and replenishing items. Poor lady was rushed off her fault doing everything.

Amazing hotel in the center of Bordeaux. This hotel is new and you can see it inside. The decoration very warm. The rooms are large and very confortable. The bed clothes very soft. The restaurant in the hotel is incredible. It's better to stay at the hotel and eat in this restaurant. The food is really very good.

Overall a great place - right next to the tram stop and 10 minutes walk to Bordeaux centre. Breakfast entirely forgettable so eat elsewhere. Service really friendly. Bar expensive so drink elsewhere!
