Really beautiful guest house we loved our stay. Great location really near the tram stop for town/station with local restaurants/bar/cafe and supermarket. If booking the room on the top floor its quite a few steep stairs and no lift, also some head height restrictions. Room was gorgeous though - bed, shower and facilities very good. Minimal wardrobe space though. It's quite "self service" as you might expect so you have to find your way around a bit. The cleaning lady was super helpful letting us know about washing facilities. There was also a bit of a lack of communication when I sent a few queries with a potentially late arrival, no issue just didn't hear back.

This property is beautiful and a wonderfully relaxing space. A few instructions in various languages (English for us) would have been helpful for the coffee machines, the egg cooker, etc. The bed was a little soft for us but the room was gorgeous and I would stay again. Merci

Good clean room and good location but hot water rain out during showering, poor communication through messages on Expedia - no answers to my questions - had to phone. Misleading re parking which is hard to find in Bordeaux - the site suggests there is easy access near to the accommodation. There is none
