All staff interactions from reception in the evening and morning, room service and cleaning staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair for accommodation and room service. I would stay there again next time needing to stay over in Toowoomba. I travel a lot for my job so I feel I am very qualified to rate motel rooms and I give this nightcap a 9/10.

The property was great but when I checked out the reception (when I asked what their price would have been in comparison to Wotif they said for one person it would be $157 so if I had booked direct it would have been $65 per night cheaper.
