Super clean with very friendly staff. Only thing that was disappointing was the gym equipment was pretty much useless as almost every piece was broken and very few machines to begin with. Despite that I’d stay here again because of the staff and location.

I really enjoyed my stay at Season Five and it's definitely a hotel I'd strongly consider returning to in future. The hotel is modern and kept pristine and clean. The room itself was huge and much more spacious than I was expecting. The only small negative was that I was given a room at the back of the hotel which overlooked a derelict area (not a lovely view!) and didn't get any light apart from early morning. The swimming pool was really fantastic and I loved floating around at the end of the afternoon enjoying the sunset. Thank you for having me!

部屋も広くて、屋上のプールもゆったりしています。フロントの方々やレストランの方、部屋の掃除の方も感じが良かったです。昨年も1週間泊まりました。今年は2週間でしたが、期待を裏切らないホテルです。来年も滞在しますもで、よろしくお願いいたします。本当にありがとうございました。毎日、ハードロックカフェのTシャツを着ていました爺さんです。

Gute Lage für Partypeople. 200 m zur nächsten Bar, 250 m zur nächsten Disko, wenige Gehminuten zur Soi 6. Heißt im Umkehrschluss: Familien mit Kindern oder Rentner, die um 21:00 zu Bett gehen wollen, sind hier falsch. Etwa ab Mitternacht kommen die ersten Gäste zurück ins Hotel. Die Mentalität der Gäste unterscheidet sich je nach Herkunftsland. Während ein Japaner sich auch nach 3 Maß noch zu benehmen weiß, brüllt ein Chinese bereits nach einem Kölsch das Haus zusammen. Leider steigen dort mehr Chinesen als Japaner ab. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool und ein Fitness Studio.

歯ブラシはありませんまた、チェックイン時はシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープもなかったので、セブンで購入しました。そうしたら翌々日に何故かシャンプーとボディーソープが置かれてました。忘れたのかな〜？まーその他は問題ありません。ビーチも歩いて行けるし、ソンテウも乗りやすくロケーションはいいです。

とても便利で金額も安くて良かったのですが、シャワーが飛び散って浴びづらく、排水溝の臭いが少しある。布団がちょっと湿気てる感じでした。この値段では仕方ないのかなと… でもスタッフの対応は良かったです。

Beauty facility. The design of the shower is terrible. No curtains and the 1/4 glass door doesnt block water from ending on floor. Water around tub funnels onto bathroom floor. Area in front of toilet becomes full of water.

The Deluxe room (316) was very spacious. However, I didn't like the shower design. The floor gets very wet. Also, the sliding bathroom door is a poor design. I almost broke my finger while trying to close the door. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte einen Transfer nach Koh Chang gebucht der sich verspätet hat und die Dame an der Rezeption hat gleich nachgefragt und angerufen wo er den bleibt. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung und der Balkon ist recht groß. Mit der Zimmerreinigung war ich zufrieden. Leider ist die Dusche eine echte Katastrophe. Das Wasser läuft im halben Bad herum nach dem Duschen. Das Bett war sehr hart.

Booked 3 rooms. Having checked in but gone up to the room with two cleaning staff sitting inside and another room was not yet available, needed to wait for 30mins to clean up!!!!! It’s really ridiculous that the staff at check in counter did not inform us during check in!!!!!

Douchewater lekte op de grond. Wc makkelijk verstopt. Geen strijkijzer aanwezig in het hotel. Geen hulp met koffers bij binnenkomst. Je hoort heel erg de muziek van een club/bar in de nacht. Personeel was wel aardig, kamers waren relatief schoon en de ligging was dichtbij het strand.

This hotel is fairly new, it is beautiful, clean and I have no complaints about any thing.....except for Club IMPACT!!!!! A disco BLASTING MUSIC until 0400. Located about 100 meters away. I felt like I was inside the club. While in my room. Dont end up in the Hospital, its only 50 meters away.

フロントの男性は、非常に気が利いていました。挨拶もきちんとしてくれます。朝食は、野菜、果物、卵料理他美味しかったです。部屋も広いです。部屋のバスを使うと、周りをたどって便器の方まで水が着ます。排水口が便器の後ろにあるのでそのように造っています。バスの下の部分に排水溝を造れば問題なかったですが。気になったのは、それぐらいです。また、来年もこのホテル利用します。
