Nice stay as a family. Good breakfast options and the pool was available many hours during the day. The only complaint is the sliding barn door that covers either the closet or the bathroom wasn’t on the track and had to be maneuvered by hand each time we needed into the bathroom (and it didn’t lock, which was just a minor issue when traveling with kids).

The hotel is brand new, clean and probably quiet for most guests. Unfortunately, our rooms were directly above the outdoor fire pit on the patio and there were very loud guests out there until midnight drinking and being very loud. It was impossible to sleep. If you stay here, make sure you request a room as far away from the patio as possible!

It was perfect. The pool had a lift for my spouse who is handicapped. The pool was heated to a good temp. The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond even installing a shower chair after our arrival. Breakfast food was perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised that even though it's located on a major road, there was no traffic noise. Easy to get to and convenient to both GETA arena and downtown. Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, small but nice pool. The only less than great things were lack of good restaurants nearby (only a few fast food places) and pillows were uncomfortable.

I travel frequently and this was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in a long time. The staff was amazing and the room was as well. They offer free parking and breakfast. I would rate this hotel with 5 stars. Next time, I’m in KC this is the spot I choose to rest my head.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My biggest complaint is that these may have been the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, even the pillows were as hard as a rock. The water pressure was also very low but that’s less of a concern. Overall we had a great experience here.

Super clean! The staff was nice, the room layout was good, and the parking was easy. Only issue was the bathroom door. It was a barn door and it didnt lock. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This is a very nice, apparently new hotel. (smells new anyway) The rooms are clean and spacious—mine included a refrigerator and microwave, which was a great convenience. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit too firm for my taste, and the location is somewhat isolated, with just a few fast-food options across the street. That said, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Nice hotel. Seemed very clean and had a great breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The main problem is that the walls are so thin that we could hear the conversation of our neighbors, TV and kids stomping around above us late at night. The road noise from outside could also get very loud. We discovered that we had to turn the volume on the TV all the way up to just barely hear it, so I see why we could hear our neighbors ( we gave up on watching ours in our room). We did not sleep well because of the noise.

Clean room. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. Loud next door neighbors who fought verbally and physically (VERY loudly), played loud music, slammed the door from 1 am - 3 am. I called the front desk and he came up briefly, never confronted them or solved the problem and left. I barely got any sleep. I wish there would have been more of a resolve there.

Zero flexibility. Plans changed and had to cancel the reservation. Hotel would not offer any type of refund. We had booked into this hotel several times over the past few months as we have business in the area l, and will now look for a new hotel for future trips. It’s a shame, it’s a nice hotel but the lack of flexibility is a deal breaker. Zero response from the hotel.

No one around to clean up after soccer kids at breakfast, or replace food they cleaned out. Tables were messy, sticky. Pillows in room were horribly flat. Had lots of of family for a celebration and everyone complained about the pillows. Played cards in the lobby and the phone at the front desk rang constantly, no one around to answer it or take a message. Lots of people waiting at desk at times. Same at breakfast, lots of people lined up to check out, no one at the desk.

We arrived very late, during a rainstorm after traveling for 10 hours moving across the country. The staff member that checked me in, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and the room was just as nice. We were just so happy to arrive, relax, and rest.

We enjoyed this hotel. It’s under two years old. Everything was fresh and new. It’s 10 minutes from Chiefs/Royals complex. There was 1 minor glitch @ check-in but it was quickly handled. We pre paid thru Expedia but had full price held on our credit card.We definitely recommend staying here, especially if going to Chiefs/Royals.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and conveniently located by the highways. The towels and pillows were low quality. The mattress is okay. The Hamilton Inn in Lee’s Summit is more comfortable with better pillows, towels and mattress. We will be going back there in the future.
