The parking was very easy and convenient. A problem we had with the key was addressed immediately. Very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here a couple of times.

They have done a great job with updating the building and rooms. I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working and has not worked in sometime, but it's listed in their amenities.

The place was well kept and beds extremely comfortable. Kinda noisy. Could hear traffic outside. And the hot tub is closed PERMANENTLY. They offered no compensation when I said they still advertise having one. I would have chosen Motel 6 over this but I thought they had a hot tub. Rip off for that reason.

The motor lodge was close to restaurants and had an area where you could walk around. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom, while it looked remodeled, was small. My greatest concern and reason I would not stay again is that there were stains on the sheet.

A remodeled motor court, it is fine for a quick stay. I had issues with the TV, which had only internet-based service, so no Monday night football, or any broadcast channels. The desk was too small, and the kindergarten sized chair was way to uncomfortable to work in. I dragged the too small desk over to the edge of the bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but i used some sanitary wipes to remedy that situation. No breakfast, which is o.k. by me, but feel I should include that fact as a part of this review. It's a quaint [lace to stay, but for a business traveler, not so much.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the Motolodge. There were some issues at check in but Megan was accommodating. There is only one towel in the bathrooms and one roll of toilet paper. The baseboards were dusty and the shower wasn’t very clean. The bed was comfy and there some nice touches with the remodel. Great for a short stay.

When we arrived, the door to our room was wide open, I had to double-check with the front desk that it hadn't been given to another guest. I was informed that they just forgot to close it. Next, we found dirty towels in the bathtub, and we had no hot water in the first room that they put us in. Second room had hot water, but the bathroom facilities were iron stained.

The room was very clean, so that was nice. It had all the amenities except for live TV. I prefer to just turn on the TV and watch the basic TV stations for the news, and not rely on my phone. The room was not very quiet, and it could be very loud outside at times, from the traffic, if loud trucks or motorcycles were speeding by.

I do not care for the “streaming/casting” TV setup. Not sure why there isn’t at least basic digital broadcast tv for those of us that just want to turn it on and watch what’s available. Also, my tv didn’t show up on the list when I tried to connect but every other room did. Room was clean but not the highest quality remodel. Bed was comfy. No coffee in your room and they don’t have coffee in the lobby until 7 am. Probably fine for hipsters in town for adventuring or rodeos. The front desk clerk was very friendly.

Clean (dark accent wall was a little dusty). Remodeled and newer. The bed frame is a toe getter, so watch out. The shower was very small and we aren’t big people. The floors were squeaky and the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors and the ones above walking. The good, the bed was very comfy and sheets were so soft and very nice for a hotel. Bathroom was clean and the space is decorated nicely.

The staff, particularly Thomas, were great - a very warm welcome & cheerful help with getting the room TV working. The room was very clean & comfortable. Our room wasn’t spacious, but that is what we booked for 1 night of travelling through Pendleton. If you are staying longer, you may want to book a larger room, depending on your needs, but our room was good for our needs. The Motolodge is also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants.

Very quiet despite being a “motor lodge.” Have been staying in many hotels during our transcontinental motor trip with several being more expensive. This by far has been the best. Will make the Motolodge our go to stop when in Pendleton.

Cute little updated retro motel! I would go to second floor next time since you can hear a little from above…but it’s not terrible. Safe parking…very clean…comfy bed…hot water (plus good pressure) so it hit all the marks for an overnight stay on a business trip. Also good that there’s many restaurants within walking distance! Customer service gets an A+…. The manager was very accommodating to a special request! All of the staff was very friendly!

We needed a place to overnight because of a winter storm and Motolodge was the perfect find. Staff were amazing at check-in with lots of recommendations for dinner walking distance. We were pulling a trailer and they let us take up multiple parking spots to help with easy parking and leaving in the morning. I will definitely stay here again, 10 out of 10!!

Check in was fabulous. We were in town for a wedding and arrived well before check in. We stopped hoping for maybe just an hour early check in but they allowed us on our room when we checked. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and a fun little pool/sauna area even tho we didn’t take advantage.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Teally a friendly smile goes such a long way. Hotel staff with a smile seems to be a rarity these days. I could tell they would go out of their way to meet any needs we might have. We really appreciated a clean affordable place to stay for a comfortable nights rest on our way to Portland from Boise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was great with a clean, cool, minimal aesthetic and convenient location. Dog friendly so a great option if traveling w the hound. A good stopping place if traveling through Pendleton and need a place to spend the night. We will use this hotel regularly during ski season road trips. Definitely recommended.

We had told them we had animals and they charged me the wrong amount anyways. Now they keep charging my card we got to start one night in this hotel before the manager decided to kick us out even though we had resolved the issue he had in the first place we didn't use the bed because the sheets smelled now he trying to charge my card for that claiming it was my dogs. The manager was very rude the 4 time in a row he came pounding at my door then called the cops due to me telling him to leave us alone.

Room was clean, reasonably furnished and the front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, promptly addressed the very minor issues that arose. My one issue is that the office did not open until 8 a.m. in the morning - would have loved a cup of coffee - but had to leave before office opened. I will stay there again when I travel to Pendleton.

Motolodge is a cute motor lodge near downtown Pendleton. The location is awesome for visiting different bars/restaurants. The service from Chelsea at the front desk was great. The walls do not block out noise but even with that we would stay here again.

Perfect location to walk to all the wonderful places in Pendleton! The Hamley’s western store, the Flying X Speakeasy, Cimmiyotti’s, all only a block away. Great spot, good coffee, great front desk staff!

I love the Motolodge! It was our last stop on an epic drive across the country in a 15 foot truck. We had stayed in big name big box hotels along the way and it was refreshing to stay at the Motolodge where the staff were super friendly and helped with an unusual request for freezer space! The beds were really comfortable and it was great to back the truck up right to the room door. The motel is located within walking distance of downtown too. I would definitely stay at the Motolodge again.

Clean, updated older motel. Very comfy bed, friendly informative staff. So nice to have fresh, good quality coffee available at front desk instead of the usual insipid make your own stuff! Nice touch!

A remodeled motor court, it is fine for a quick stay. I had issues with the TV, which had only internet-based service, so no Monday night football, or any broadcast channels. The desk was too small, and the kindergarten sized chair was way to uncomfortable to work in. I dragged the too small desk over to the edge of the bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but i used some sanitary wipes to remedy that situation. No breakfast, which is o.k. by me, but feel I should include that fact as a part of this review. It's a quaint [lace to stay, but for a business traveler, not so much.

Room was nicely updated. Friendly staff. If you want a microwave you can ask for one. No coffee maker in room but nice coffee available in the lobby. The room was not noise proof and the upstairs guests could easily be heard walking around due to squeaky floors.

Good parking ... really awesome little hotel for Pendleton. Nicely remodeled ~ modern. Very nice staff. My only irritation was no coffee making or microwave in room to heat water to make my own with press coffee maker or tea in evening... if I'd known i would have brought my own electric kettle. They had coffee/tea in lobby but after a long day it would have been nice to have in room. And we left too early to get morning coffee. 🙄😏 all and all a very nice place.

Room was clean, reasonably furnished and the front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, promptly addressed the very minor issues that arose. My one issue is that the office did not open until 8 a.m. in the morning - would have loved a cup of coffee - but had to leave before office opened. I will stay there again when I travel to Pendleton.

What a great little find. The rooms were exceptionally clean and roomy. The staff were attentive. Within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in town

Sheets and towels were clean, but the shower was not. In general the bathroom needed to be cleaned, walls wiped (splatters and hair), shower floor scrubbed, shower curtain washed (pink edges). The rooms were not as updated as the branding suggested. Very old windows than needed cleaning and the door did not seal all the way.
