Ottima posizione vicino alla metro. Nonostante sia in pieno centro è molto silenziosa. Manca l’aria condizionata, il materasso era da buttare ed il lampadario rimaneva leggermente acceso emettendo dei flash intermittenti. Piccoli problemi con il check in (non mi sembra corretto chiedere i documenti via whatsapp) molto comodo l’accesso col codice . Personale cordiale ma un po’ assente

Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux quartier, personnel d’accueil très agréable et situé dans un bâtiment à proximité. Parking proposé par l’établissement avec tarif préférentiel. Logement au 1er étage dans un bel immeuble, très propre et bien organisé mais seul bémol l’absence de climatisation. En effet un ventilateur est proposé mais ne permet pas de rafraîchir la pièce. Nous avons été obligé d’ouvrir la porte- fenêtre dans un quartier très festif donc temps de sommeil limité…

Excelente localização, quarto limpo, com elevador para acesso, cama confortável. As únicas críticas são em relação a não ter estacionamento, o que a descrição do local engana, e ao colocarmos esta questão para a hospedagem, foram um bocado condescendentes conosco.

Taxi driver dropped us at the nearby Arriaga Theatre, probably due to language issues. Then we walked across to the Arriaga Hotel opposite - again the wrong place - they told us to go around the corner! Tip would be to look at the address of the hotel you get given as it’s just a few metres up a paved street not far away from both those places and the road. The code to get in was the same for front door, first floor and room which was a bit weird but it worked. It is next door to a little shop (a bit like boots) and close to the river to get a 60min cruise and easy to walk to the Guggenheim which is excellent.

The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!

Great location situated in the old town, by the river and near to bars & resteraunts and buses, trams, trains and taxi's. The accommodation is a suite with no reception area, so you require an access code to enter the main street and room doors. But approx. 50 yards along the street on the right hand side (next to El Txoko stake resteraunt), their is a Casual hotel and 24 hour reception desk, situated on the buildings 3rd floor. They were very helpful and stored my bag whilst I awaited my 2pm check-in. But they also arranged to send me my access code by 12.30pm for an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a bed only and ideal location stay.

Clean, quiet, modern, no-nonsense place in the heart of the old town Bilbao. Convenient to bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We loved the quick communication by text and WhatsApp, and the very easy no-key checkin. If there are problems there is a partner hotel a few doors down with registration staff but we never needed them.

The property is located close to the center and it walkable to lots of places of interest. No parking. No AC in the room. Also, we had a cockroach crawling on the floor, which was disgusting.

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Realmente bem localizado para as atrações turísticas (dá pra fazer TUDO A PÉ), até o puppy que é mais distante. (15/20 min a pé percorrendo ruas lindas). Considero seguro, confortável e limpo. Os materiais de higiene de banho são de ótima qualidade, incluindo as toalhas e roupa de cama. A presença de microondas, chaleira, talheres, abridor de vinho, xícaras e copos fizeram diferença positiva. Apenas sugiro ter dois pratos rasos pois traz ainda mais conveniência Recomendado totalmente!!!

This is a very clean, tidy budget accommodation which I’m so pleased we booked. It’s ideal for exploring both the old and new areas of Bilbao in a lovely quiet street, close to the river. It has key pad entry which takes away the worry about keys with towels changed and bed made everyday. I would certainly recommend and hope to visit again.

Fantastic accommodation right in the heart of the old town, but it’s still nice and quiet. Accommodation had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee, fan, cleaned every day and fresh towels also. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again😀

Great location, easy check in, well equipped. Should you want a room with an actual balcony so you can sit and look outside make sure you are clear about this. We had the deluxe double with balcony ad shown in photo we thought. Sadly it was an internal balcony with windows not shown in photos.

Location is great! The room very clean and has everything you need. The communication with staff via WhatsApp was very convenient and clear and they were very helpful. The only minus in this property is the sounds of people upstairs and the ones in the rooms next to me. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear everting all day long. In the nights it’s tricky. You need earplugs if you don’t wanna hear your neighbors snoring or having s*x lol

The lack of A/C in the rooms was really bad in the hot muggy weather of early September. There was a portable A/C unit in the hallway but the cold air couldn't reach into the room. There was a fan in the room, it was poor and noisy and didn't help at all. So DON'T stay there if the weather is warm!

この施設は トラム、Ｂｕｓの停留所から至近で何処へ行くにも便利。 目的だった飲み屋へは隣接。 雨の多いこの時期 天候にかかわらず楽しめた。 良くない点は 施設からの連絡が殆どスペイン語で何か理解出来なかった。 チェックインの場所が離れた所にあり 入り口のベルさえ押せなかった。 たまたま通りかかった方が 親切にその場所まで案内してくれて 手続きが出来た。 フロントマンの対応は問題なしで その後の利用には 特に問題なし。 また 機会があったら利用したい。
この施設は トラム、Ｂｕｓの停留所から至近で何処へ行くにも便利。 目的だった飲み屋へは隣接。 雨の多いこの時期 天候にかかわらず楽しめた。 良くない点は 施設からの連絡が殆どスペイン語で何か理解出来なかった。 チェックインの場所が離れた所にあり 入り口のベルさえ押せなかった。 たまたま通りかかった方が 親切にその場所まで案内してくれて 手続きが出来た。 フロントマンの対応は問題なしで その後の利用には 特に問題なし。 また 機会があったら利用したい。

Clean, quiet, modern, no-nonsense place in the heart of the old town Bilbao. Convenient to bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We loved the quick communication by text and WhatsApp, and the very easy no-key checkin. If there are problems there is a partner hotel a few doors down with registration staff but we never needed them.

- Låg väldigt bra till med gångavstånd till det mesta man vill se. Incheckning med kod som skickas till dig. Internet bra. Kylskåp och tv på rummet. Toa/dusch hade infravärme (!) på timer - riktigt skönt om man är frusen av sig! Som vanligt på många spanska boenden, är det lyhört, men det blev tyst efter ca 22. - En väldigt bra affär precis bredvid med i stort allt man behöver och lite till. Bra priser! - Nära till metro, spårvagnar och bussar.

Taxi driver dropped us at the nearby Arriaga Theatre, probably due to language issues. Then we walked across to the Arriaga Hotel opposite - again the wrong place - they told us to go around the corner! Tip would be to look at the address of the hotel you get given as it’s just a few metres up a paved street not far away from both those places and the road. The code to get in was the same for front door, first floor and room which was a bit weird but it worked. It is next door to a little shop (a bit like boots) and close to the river to get a 60min cruise and easy to walk to the Guggenheim which is excellent.

The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!

Great location situated in the old town, by the river and near to bars & resteraunts and buses, trams, trains and taxi's. The accommodation is a suite with no reception area, so you require an access code to enter the main street and room doors. But approx. 50 yards along the street on the right hand side (next to El Txoko stake resteraunt), their is a Casual hotel and 24 hour reception desk, situated on the buildings 3rd floor. They were very helpful and stored my bag whilst I awaited my 2pm check-in. But they also arranged to send me my access code by 12.30pm for an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a bed only and ideal location stay.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, kein Ausblick, dafür sehr ruhig, was angesichts der belebten Umgebung such gut war. Sehr gute zentrale Lage wenn einem die enge Altstadt nichts ausmacht. 5 Min zu Tram, Eusketren und Metro Hst. Casco Viejo.
