The hotel is situated perfectly between most things in the city. You can walk to dining options that are only 50 metres away to 100's of restaurants within a 15 minute walk. You are less than a 20 minute stroll to the Guggenheim and a 15 min stroll to the Old Town. Parking was really easy and good value. The staff were really helpful. It's a budget hotel so the room fittings are basic but everything works and is clean. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room but you had to walk to a hot/cold water fountain near the lift. That was the only downside of the place.

A very clean hotel, with helpfull staff ... well positioned near the center ... WITH underground car parking available. HOWEVER, we did experience lots of problems in registering our car with the hotel, which must be done in advance,,, where there was no mention anywhere on the website of their contact e-mail address for doing so!!! (it is not listed on the booking form!, or the possibility for reserving car space while booking!) We had a 5th floor room, where we heard no sounds from the street and that was greatly appreciated! A fridge is also available in the rooms.

Nice vibe, good price close to train station area. Breakfast was nice and started at 6, which helped with out early exit. Staff were helpful and lobby bar/snack bar was friendly. Weirdly the floors in the room crackled and popped as we walked. Foam mattress works ok and room was nice and quiet.

La primera habitación que nos asignaron estaba hedionada a tabaco, pero nos la cambiaron. El aseo de las habitaciones no es a diario como se publicita. La aislación de los ruidos con las otras habitaciones es mala, cuando otras habitaciones cierran las puertas, hasta vibran las paredes. La ultima noche nos depertaron niños corriendo, gritando por el pasillo, no hay orden o reglas al parecer. En el baño nos tocaron toallas rotas y algunas manchadas

Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Gehminuten ist eine Metrostation erreichbar, aber ganz viel ist auch zu Fuß super erreichbar in 15-25 Minuten. Das Zimmer war teilweise recht staubig, sodass did Fußsohlen voller Schmutz und Staub waren – das war etwas ärgerlich.

Bare bones- decent bed, good air conditioning for hot days, good breakfast & quick check-in. Beyond that , it’s bare bones- no room amenities like a box of tissues, a notepad, no fridge, no kettle, no extra coffee, no bathroom amenities like a shower cap/bar of soap, shower gel was running very low, no safe to store valuables. It’s literally a place to sleep.

スタッフは感じよく、立地も良かった。ツインルームがダブルベッドになっていたが、フロントに言ったらエキストラベッドを用意してくれた。冷蔵庫はないが特に問題なし。無料の水があって良かった。 The staff was pleasant and the location was good. "The twin room had a double bed, but when I went to the front desk, they prepared an extra bed for me." There is no refrigerator, but there is no problem. I\'m glad there\'s free water.

Well located, Guggenhein was within a walkable distance and a lot o place to shop and or eat - drink something, just around the corner there was a couple of good restaurants to eat, some staff members were very helpful BUT others were not at all "kind of rude - careless". Place was clean and everything in general OK.

Un hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, à 15 minutes à pied de tout: Grande Via, école de langue, bus pour l'aéroport, musées, Casco viejo. Une machine à eau fraiche et eau chaude présente devant les ascenseurs, permet de préparer son thé, remplir sa bouteille. Le ménage est impeccable et le personnel d'une grande amabilité. Seul bémol, la qualité des fruits et des vienoiseries servis lors du petit déjeuner. Du coup je n'y suis pas retournée malgré le prix bien avantageux. C'est néanmoins un hôtel dans lequel je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.
