Room 6 was very new and clean. However, 1. They warned us beforehand that there was no wi-fi, but they didn't mention that there is ZERO reception in the area at all. We had no internet the whole time we were there which makes it very hard to make plans, look at maps etc. Even the adjoining pub/bistro doesn't have wi-fi! The inconvenience is just too much. 2. The area outside the back door isn't enclosed. Upon arrival I noticed the shadow of someone standing at the back door. I opened the door and it was a man using our back patio as a smoking area. Why he didn't use his own back patio is anyone's guess. Maybe he didn't like the smell of the smoke coming into the room like it came into ours. 3. The front door is clear frosted glass, and the lights in the car park shine right through, nice and bright, all night long. Bring a black garbage bag to tape over the door, or wear a thick blindfold. The location to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary was very convenient but I just could not recommend this place. Very disappointing for the $150/night.

We stayed in a family room with connecting doors, very convenient for a family of 5! Lots of parking!!! All in all it was a very pleasant stay in the motel!

This hotel/motel is a very large combination of hotel, motel, and gaming. The motel part is new and many more units are almost ready. The only drawback was there was no internet at all at the hotel was waiting on it being connected due to how new it was. We didn't eat at the hotel as there was not a lot of menu choices and the prices were very high. However our room had a lovely private partitioned patio area with outdoor seating which was much appreciated as we had a beautiful day. all in all we would definitely stay here again

Stayed here many, many times, and is usually above par. But this time was terrible. No batteries in remote for heater or tv, and bar staff had no idea where to find some, so middle of winter, cold room, no heater. Dirty sock on the floor, sheet on bed wasn’t clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the fan in the shower didn’t work, so cold room full of condensation. Will definitely hitting management up for a refund

The stay was functional and for 5 nights. While we knew there was there was no wifi in the room, we didnt understand that there was virtually no free wifi in the Brighton area. Not 21st Century stuff and frustrating. Shower was good and room was attended to well. Didnt like the light coming through the front door all night.

Reception was closed and there was no clear indication that check in was done from other side. To get a taxi was also a challenge from the hotel to the airport..the room even didn’t have a phone, in order to have a chat with one of the hotel staffs regarding taxi, you had to walk all the way to the tab area..no smooth check in and check out !!!

Very clean and modern, comfortable large bed. What I didn't like was the aircon was noisy and smelt funny. The entrance door was frosted glass so the outside lights shone in. I had to hang a blanket up on the door to block the light as it was annoying. You couldn't open the windows to let in airflow so you have to rely on the aircon. There was no hairdryer from what I could see. There is nothing in the area decent to eat. It was ok for us as it was one night stop.
