Central, clean hotel in Heidelberg. Not too much noise from the road at night and just a small walk from old town of Heidelberg. Rooms have A/C that works and isn’t noisy. Parking is first come, first served but if you manage to get a spot, it is very easy to reach the hotel. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was comfortable. It was conveniently located in the same building complex as SCheck market which is very handy for buying drinks, breakfast, fruit etc. It was also locate across the street from the tram, train and bus station and only 2 stops away from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops from Stadt Bismarckplatz. We rented 2 rooms for 2 and 3 occupancy. The third bed was a pull out single sofa bed. The hotel did not provide daily room service but provided fresh towels and replenishment of coffee when requested. Overall, it was a good location and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are great - very clean but the air con is practically non-existent! We were there in temperatures around 30 degrees centigrade and could really have done with a cooling breeze rather than an asthmatic wheeze!

The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location for bus / tram stops. 2 stops away from Bismarkplatz and 5 away from the castle. Parking was €20 per day but the Premier Inn don't have many spaces so it is first come first served. No draught beer available in the bar but prices reasonable for a city and the 50% off Happy Hour between 5 and 7pm is great! One member of staff in particular was very helpful and friendly - Poala (hope I have spelled in correctly!). Breakfast was €17.90 per person with kids eating free but you had to be quick to get the bacon as it soon disappeared when there are 100+ guests and a tray of bacon had about 12 rashers!

I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. The central location of the hotel was appealing. The room and the bathroom was clean and modern. I appreciated use of the in-room safe. I did not have the breakfast (additional fee) but you need to sign up for this the night before. The person who checked in me did not tell me that I had to request cleaning the evening before. As a result, garbage was not collected in my room until a different staff person told me the correct protocol. The cord for the hair dryer was not along enough to extend over the toilet - I could be better planned. Like other germanic hotels, they do not provide conditioner, just body wash/shampoo. Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner. The body wash smelled strongly of eucalyptus, which I don't like, but other guests might like that aroma. All together, I had a good experience and would return.
