Eine sehr gute Lage und Anbindung aus dem Hotel. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ebenfalls Restaurants. Namba ist sowohl zu Fuß (15min) als auch mit der Bahn 5min schnell erreichbar. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner (gegen Geld) und der Service war auch gut. Die Zimmer hatten eine ordentliche Größe.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. También hay un family mart a la par. La atención es amable y como todos los hoteles japoneses dan pijamada, sandalias, cepillos, rasuradoras, bolsas de té y sobres de café instantáneo. También dan productos para el cuidado facial y tienen lavadora y secadora de moneda, dispensador de agua y micro en algunos pisos. También limpian la habitación a diario, si uno quiere. La estadía fue agradable.

The architecture of this hotel makes it feel like you're staying in a luxury hotel. Right next to the hotel is a long shopping street that takes to straight to Dotonbori. The staff was really friendly and spoke very good english. Amenities such as tea, coffee, lotions, toothpaste etc. were in the Lobby and you could take as much as you need.The reception is open 24/7 so i had no problems checking out early in the morning. All in all i would recommend.

Overall was a good location just off of some of the main shopping streets in Osaka and near Shinsaibashi metro. Room was clean and nice to have a bath in the room. Water refill downstairs was very helpful and a convenience store a couple doors down.

Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Staff spoke english and were able to send out luggage via yamoto on to the next leg of our trip. The location was great bc it was 8 mins to the mitosuji line that takes you around Osaka. Also it is just 15min walk to Dotonbori to get to all the food stalls and the glico man. We would definitely stay here again as there were many hidden gems around the location.

程よく快適な宿泊が出来たと思います。 <周囲の音> 色んな国籍の方が宿泊されている割には他の部屋の声は聞こえず、また、メイン通りから１本中に入っただけとは思えないほど周囲の環境音も聞こえてはきませんでしたので、ゆっくりと夜を過ごすことができます。 <室内> ベッドは固すぎず、柔らかすぎずちょうどよく、枕が2個ありました。ただ、扉のネジが完全にはずれていたり、壁によく分からないシミ、排水溝の詰まり、電球切れなど普段からもう少し点検出来ないものか、と思うところはありましたが、迅速な対応をしていただいた

The room we got was outdated and shows a lot of wear (like the closet door broken off). The walls and carpet have noticeable stains. Bathroom had poor ventilation so we found slight mold on the ceiling. As always, the photos make it look much newer than it really is. The location is prime for being close to the train station and desirable restaurants.

モデレートツインのお部屋を予約しました。写真はとても広く見えましたが、実際は思っていた広さの半分くらいでした。角部屋の写真だったから余計によく見えた気がします。部屋のスリッパも薄くペラペラでした。冷蔵庫はとても小さく、一般的な冷蔵に比べると冷えていません。500mlペットボトル4本くらい横並びできる程度です。冷凍室はありません。それが以外は、バストイレも特に変なニオイもなく、清潔で居心地が良かったです。フロントスタッフの方も、ほぼ外国の方で、日本語も上手で丁寧でした。

A pretty nice hotel. Nearby is actually a lot of places to get good food and it is around a 15 minute walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street. The breakfast is only ok because it isn't that good but was a cheap add on to the hotel. You experience varies based on your neighbors. The place has paper thing walls. During our last few days we had Indian? neighbors who just made the experience suck. They group together outside in the hallway at around 3-4 am and talked obnoxiously loud so ruined our sleep. Not to mention with the paper thin walls, I can hear them use the bath every time.

We loved the Koko hotel in Osaka!! The staff was SUPER helpful right off the bat. We arrived and I realized I left my kindle in the hotel in Kyoto. They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage. The Koko hotel held onto our luggage while we were in Okinawa and then shipped it to the international hotel in Tokyo. By the time we were ready to leave, it was exactly where it was supposed to be at the hotel. The hotel is super close to public transportation options and also only a 12 minute walk to Dontonburi. There is a 7/11 and a family mart right next to the hotel, as well as other great restaurants. It was super easy to get to the metro/train/bus lines to go to places like Nara. The hotel was comfortable, more spacious than other places we stayed at, and very nice on both the inside and outside. Also it was super affordable! For 4 nights it was only $350 USD!

Friendly staff. Room for 2 was adequate and comfortable. The hotel location is not in the congested, touristy area, which is relaxing. Lawson conveniently next hotel. Close to subway station, like a 5 minutes walk. I'll stay there again, away from the hustle/bustle area.

値段やリッチのわりには良かったと思います。 2軒隣くらいにファミマがあり、駅からも近くて便利です。スタッフは外国人が多いので、不慣れでもたつく時があります。アメニティは、コーナーから自由に取れる状態ですが、二日目は入浴剤が切れていて残念でした。

I like a good cup of coffee in the am. They offered a few pots help your self with packaged creamed. Most hotels in Japan offer the machine with different options, cappachino etc Food included with breakfast coupon was just ok. Would not go back for the breakfast option.

The corner room with twin beds was a lovely room. Bright and spacious. Then we had to change to a smaller twin bed room, called a honeymoon room which was a courtyard room. It was a very dark room. The staff were pleasant and the location was great but the breakfast was very mediocre. Not worth the price.

It was so quiet. Staff were kind and multi lingual. Unfortunately the room spray used in the lobby was overpowering and cloying. I'd like to express my hearty thanks to the staff in the cafe who had the breakfast buffet stocked with many delicious choices. Great job. Will definitely come back.
