The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby too. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

We loved the location and the setting of this Mimaru. This Mimaru has a free drink station and lobby area with tables and mats. They also had a hair straightener/curler available for rent. The rooms had ample space and was a great set up. It was close to shops and the station as well as lots of eateries. Right in Namba and a 5 minute walk to Dotonbori.

The location is super convenient. It is only 35 mins away from KIX via airport express. There are 5 shopping malls within 5 mins walk, all the little streets around the hotel area has over hundreds of restaurants. Kuromon market is also only 5 mins away by walk if you want a different foody experience. The room itself has kitchen so we did grocery shopping in Kuromon and cooked a dinner. The boardgame theme is a bonus as we are boardgame lovers. We played at the lobby, at our room, and tried their mini escape (secret) room game. The reception has staffs that can speak multi languages. I definitely recommend this property.

Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores.

Family of 5 with 3 young kids under 10yo. The rooms were very clean, spacious and we like that the bedroom was separated to the kitchen and lounge room. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds just like home. We enjoyed the games room and the game provided at check in. Hotel is walking distance to train station, Lawson, 7 Eleven and Dotontori. A lot of different restaurants around the hotel however it was hard to get seating so we would have it to take away and eat in our room. Staff are all super friendly and all can speak English which was helpful. Laundry room was clean and there is 6 washer and 6 dryer with cash to coin change machine. Washer has detergent included in it. Highly recommend this hotel for families and will definitely come back.

Fantastic place to stay with kids. Very close walking distance to Dotonbori and eateries. Plenty of entertainment at Mimaru after a long day of exploring such a board games, scavenger hunts and secret safe room activities. Rooms were spacious, modern with all the in home amenities( kitchenette). I’m fussy and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. Customer service spot on. The lovely staff even made dinner reservations at top notch eateries. Their recommendations were awesome!!

The front staff, especially Jake and Josh are very welcoming and helpful. The room is large however there was a strong pee smell coming from the bottom bunk bed. It was cleaned the following day, but had left an uneasiness of the overall the level of cleanliness.

Our stay at Mimaru Osaka Namba Station was perfect for my family. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for 4 adults and a toddler PLUS all of our suitcases lol Location was great: a lot of restaurants nearby, JR train station about a 10min walk away, and accessible to other popular parts of Osaka. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful (esp when it came to sending our suitcases to our next location). So glad we stayed here for our stay in Osaka :)

Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. My son also badly wanted a transparent umbrella (small sized, perfect for a kid) and I asked where I can purchase it from. As soon as I returned to my room, the doorbell rang and the staff brought a kid umbrella to gift it to me. 10/10 for service really. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one! I’d be looking out for Mimaru the next time we visit Japan.

We are thankful for the front desk staff. They are very helpful and polite. They speak fluent English and always help to provide information on the route planning to our destination. Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Nankai airport line - just one train take us to the airport without any transfer. We would come back to the hotel on our next visit.

We booked Mimaru Osaka Namba Station for 4 adults (the floor plan was two bedrooms and two baths) and it was the perfect size for the occasion. We were able to have the flexibility to hang around in the living room and utilize the kitchen when needed, and for Japan, the space was pretty big. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, letting us be very well rested throughout our stay. Location of the hotel is also very convenient with lots of food options, convenience stores, and attractions nearby within walking distance. The hotel's location also was within walkable distance to different subway/train lines, so it was very easy to navigate. Additionally, when checking out, we wanted to courier the luggage to our next destination, and the staff was incredibly helpful and speedy in getting the process done so we would get to our train on time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel, or any of the Mimaru hotels when we return.

The staff wasn’t as friendly as other family hotels we have been in. They charge for EVERYTHiNG. They provide no early check ins nor late check outs as part of their service. We paid for an hour early check in and paid again for a 2 hour delayed check out. The cleaning staff looked overworked and angry, and it was overall not the experience you would expect for the price we paid for 2 rooms. Even before we arrived, they were arguing we had too many people when we only had 6 people for 1 2 bedroom room and another room that had 4 beds. I would not recommend this place.

this is right in the middle of the action for Namba, and a great place if you want to be able to enjoy the safe and walkable side of the late-night dining and shopping action in the area. A bit of a long walk from the Namba JR station, but very close to the Namba square. Dining options are vitually unlimited from the front door, and more anime/cosplay shopping stores than you can shake a stick at. Very friendly/helpful staff and great overall acommodations with the dual bunk bed a plus for small kids.

I really loved the helpful staff and the fun games for my kids. The area around the hotel was a little too gritty for me. It’s an area for anime and gacha balls. If you don’t mind that, then the location is about a 12 min walk to Dotonburi and 6 min walk to a JR line.
