五分鐘步程到JR鶴橋、近鐵鶴橋站，去奈良，日本橋，難波都方便，坐的士去上本町站近鐵百貨旁的利木津機場巴士只要一千日元了。房間寬敞，浴室,廁所分開好方便,玄關還有及頂大鞋櫃，而且有門分隔睡眠區，早睡的人不會被搔擾。大露台可晾衣服。但廚房沒用具只有一個水煲。
