Wonderful friendly staffs!! Help us with luggage transportation and made note for staffs for the next day! Very mindful! Great breakfast option for 1100yen! Also free hot n cold coffee. 7 eleven is just downstairs.. no need to bring shampoo and conditioners. Laundry facilities are convenient and u can check status on your screen from your room.

Check in was quick and easy and we checked in slightly early with no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were available in the hotel reception at all times (toothbrushes etc) with soap/shampoo/conditioner in the room. Free coffee was also available. Breakfast buffet was very basic with tea/coffee/orange juice, small salad bar, 1 egg dish/sausages/bread/rice and soup but enough to start the day. Great location for exploring Dotombori/Namba area. Lots of shopping/food/beverage options and 5 min walk to metro stations. The staff were very helpful. They responded to messages quickly and arranged a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight. Very good English communication.

Great hotel. Worth the price. Can be loud though when trying to sleep. Only 2 washing machines for the entire place so is a real pain waiting, and then waiting for the previous person to come on time to collect their washing - sometimes waited 30mins before staff then come to remove it.

Great location for the Dotonbori river!. Room was on the small size considering we had two large suitcases. Air conditioning wasnt working, and looked to be replaced with a dehumidifier. Bigger pillows would have been welcomed. Did like you could check the washing time on your laundry from the bedroom

房間很不衛生，而且都沒有打掃乾淨，上一組客戶的垃圾都還留著… 超誇張 連衛生紙用完了都沒有補，這個應該是很基本的吧，除了地點還可以之外，沒有優點了 對了，櫃檯有個中年男子服務態度很差 真的丟日本人的臉

There was no problem with our booking through Expedia. Hotel Vista is a lovely hotel with such excellent staff! Our room was clean and staff regularly removed trash and gave us new set of towels and water bottles daily. Breakfast was always a treat. We love that it is close to everything.

職員很有禮貌，亦都盡量配合房間同樓層！ 酒店位置也算方便，附近餐廳有很多！酒店樓下已有7–11，附近也有其他便利店！ 酒店房間也夠大！在心齋橋想要大的酒店比較少這間也算比較大的！兩個大行李篋打開有充足！ 附近因為有很多酒吧，所以晚上比較嘈吵，深夜兩點亦有人在叫囂！ 另外衛生問題，希望有待檢討！內很多位置也有塵埃！日用品需要在櫃檯領取，包括拖鞋！ 住了四日，每天也有入房清除垃圾！ 如果有朋友想搵房間比較大我都會推介，但係如果睡眠質素要好嘅就唔建議！

スタッフの皆さん、対応が素晴らしくて気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 ただ、部屋の清掃はやや気になるところ…まだ新しいホテルなので設備は申し分ないが、メンテナンスや清掃がその分疎かになってしまっている気がしないでもない。 ドライヤーは埃がびっしり付いていて使えなかったです（取り替えて頂くのもお手間かと思い、たまたま持参していたドライヤー使用） 加湿器は、吸水タンクが満タンになっていなかったのか朝起きた時にはお水がなくなっていて機能していませんでした。 カーテンの埃臭さも残念、、 折角受付スタッフの皆様が頑張ってくださっている分、メンテナンスや清掃でマイナス要素が出るのは勿体無いな…と思いました。 そこが改善されたら、コスパも非常に良くて素敵なホテルです。

Our room didn't have the nice view has shown on the picture, but for the price, we didn't expect that. Our room was really cute and clean, probably redone recently. We really liked the buffet for breakfast, with a ton of options, probably a highlight of the hotel. The dining room was super nice too.

Location is good but the view of the room is totally not what the picture shows in the website. Also, room is very small for four people. We are playing rush hour if there were more than 1 person sharing the path to bathroom. Zero space for luggage. Will not come back as there are better choices on the same street

The wifi in our room would sometimes be intermittent. It is also a bit odd that the full length mirror is inside the shower. Lastly, it would be better if there were free coffee either offered at the lobby to bring to the rooms, or inside the rooms where the electric kettle and coffee mugs are.

Hotel in great location. Staff friendly and helpful with looking after our bags. We liked the room and we were comfortable. However, we didn't get the best sleep due to the road noise. We stayed in a busy area but the windows could do with sound proofing. Also there's a kettle and cups but no spoons.

A nice space, very cool foyer area (we didn't have time to eat breakfast but it did look good). The toilet/shower area was slightly cramped and there was no good window view with our room, so better for a 2 night stay. The hotel was in a great location a couple of minutes walk away from Dotonbori canal.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Pro: - great area steps away from the action of Dontonburi - clean - decent breakfast Cons: - Air conditioning did not work properly our entire stay. Brought this to staff attention first night, they said it's working normally. After suffering for two nights with kids, another staff member was able to investigate the AC issue and adjusted a setting in the control room behind front desk. He also brought us a Dyson fan to use on our last night. Not sure why the first batch of staff did not take the initiative to investigate further. - Language barrier between certain staff was too difficult

大人2名、小学生2名、未就学児1名で宿泊。 トリプルルームにベッドを1台追加してくれました。 ベッドを追加したため、部屋は狭くなりましたが、お風呂・洗面・トイレが独立しており快適に過ごせました。 こども用のアニメティや遊ぶプリント？も頂き、こどもも喜んでいました。 朝食やスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 部屋まで行くためのエレベーターにはちゃんとセキュリティがかかっており、安心できました。 土曜に宿泊しましたが、0時まで外で音楽が鳴り響いてなかなか眠れませんでした。 0時でピタッと止まったので、ハロウィンシーズンだったからイベントだったのかな？

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was located close to Dotonburi, walkable from Namba station, and was well appointed. The staff were very polite & helpful and took care of forwarding my luggage to the next hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We were originally confirmed for another hotel, but at the last minute, instinctively changed our stayl to Hotel Vista Osaka Namba. We were thrilled when we saw a 7-11 attached to the hotel building, and that the dotonbori experience was just 2 minutes away! Checking in was seamless and quick. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were modern, clean and larger than most Japanese accommodations. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very conveniently located to Dotonbori. Easy walking after a long walk venturing Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi. Was hoping to get a great view triple bed room but our view was of the side road instead. LUCIE, one of the staff working in front office / reception, was exceptional! Lucie helped us check ŵith the Willer Express bus transportation on the specific arrangement for our booking. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable Thanks again, Lucie!

Check in was quick and easy and we checked in slightly early with no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were available in the hotel reception at all times (toothbrushes etc) with soap/shampoo/conditioner in the room. Free coffee was also available. Breakfast buffet was very basic with tea/coffee/orange juice, small salad bar, 1 egg dish/sausages/bread/rice and soup but enough to start the day. Great location for exploring Dotombori/Namba area. Lots of shopping/food/beverage options and 5 min walk to metro stations. The staff were very helpful. They responded to messages quickly and arranged a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight. Very good English communication.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Pro: - great area steps away from the action of Dontonburi - clean - decent breakfast Cons: - Air conditioning did not work properly our entire stay. Brought this to staff attention first night, they said it's working normally. After suffering for two nights with kids, another staff member was able to investigate the AC issue and adjusted a setting in the control room behind front desk. He also brought us a Dyson fan to use on our last night. Not sure why the first batch of staff did not take the initiative to investigate further. - Language barrier between certain staff was too difficult

Family of four. We were crammed into one room with four beds. A bunk bed configuration would have been better since there was no room to walk. I should have inspected the room configuration better. The amenities were fine. Service was hit and miss. Morning crew seemed much more accommodating to answering questions than the evening staff. Location was great.

A great place to stay with a central location to Dotonbori. Excellent bedding and linen . A small issue with the safe was resolved in matter of minutes. The even stored out large suitcase for 3 days prior to check-in free of charge.Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first hotel we visited when we arrived in Japan. We were amazed by how nice everything in the area was. The hotel was very clean and right next to a 7-Eleven, making connivence shopping easily accessible. It’s even a few blocks away from the river in Osaka! We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Only a block away from Dontonbori street and it was right across the street from the limousine bus terminal for transport to the airport. The breakfast was included in our stay and was very good. We were also next door to a seven-11.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine and was incredibly loud. You have to know you are right upstairs from the major party district in Osaka. The area around the hotel is absolutely disgusting with drunk people stumbling home and throwing up in the street. I maybe could have handled that but the disgusting room smell and unclean in general made this an absolute dissapointment. I am so sad that I wasted my time in Osaka at this hotel. Book somewhere else. The hotel staff are lovely. I have nothing but nice things to say about them.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Osaka. Close to everything that you need for a trip to Osaka. The hotel had a great breakfast which made the longs days easier to start with two small kids. The staff where very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. It was a bit noisey at night, but we where in the party end of town so acceptable for the location.

Great spot if you want to stay in Dotonbori. Close to two different subway lines so very easy to make it around the city. Close to many things hoping a few stations. Close to touristy things that are fun and some great little restaurants if you walk further into the streets off the main tourist area.

This hotel is fairly new, still clean but the room is very small. It is close to places like Dotonbori but the major subway station is very far walk. We paid for daily breakfast but the menu is the same every single day, the only thing they changed was how the eggs were cooked and there's a server that watches you the whole time so or maybe he does not have anything to do!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel we had a standard twin but it was big enough that we could move around. They gave us a room by the elevator and I was initially worried that we would hear a lot of noise, but it was fine. The toilet, sink and shower are all separate which can make getting ready in the morning more convenient. They don’t do daily cleaning but they did come in and change the towels. It is in a good location if you want to visit Dotombori street. A bit of a walk from the metro with suitcases. We took a taxi from the Namba station, about 1300¥. Taxi to Shin Osaka for the Shinkansen was about 3400¥. You can take the metro to shin Osaka if you prefer. We took the breakfast option but I was disappointed in the selection. I know fruit is expensive in Japan but at the price they charged they could offer more than one banana cut into 4 chunks and 2 oranges cut into sections for the whole buffet. Eggs were prepared in advance and were stone cold. Frankly we would have been just as happy with 7-11 at a more reasonable price. If you like Japanese food for breakfast you might be ok, but even then it was a small selection compared to other hotel breakfasts we had in Japan.

There was no problem with our booking through Expedia. Hotel Vista is a lovely hotel with such excellent staff! Our room was clean and staff regularly removed trash and gave us new set of towels and water bottles daily. Breakfast was always a treat. We love that it is close to everything.

The hotel room is petite but very efficiency size, layout is nice, clean, shower and bath is nicely vent and separate toilet which makes getting ready easy located right next to Dontonburi main strip walk. Staffs are very nice and helpful if you need assistance.
