A localização é maravilhosa, bem perto da Namba Station (com facil acesso ao aeroporto, estação de shincansen e pontos turísticos mais distantes) e, para quem gosta de andar, dá para fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente (Dotombori e Shinsecai). Quarto com bom espaço, limpo e oferecem boas amenidades. Tem microondas disponível no sexto andar e tem maquinas de lavar e secar de moedas no sétimo andar (a maquina já tem sabão incluído). Mas a melhor parte da hospedagem foi atendimento. Funcionários muito simpáticos e que se esforçam pra valer para fazer da nossa hospedagem a melhor possível.

We stayed at a family superior room with a futon bed for the child. The receptionist was very helpful to find us a quiet room on a higher floor (north building east facing room) and we were able to check in early (around 12noon). The hotel and facilities are relatively dated but the location is excellent, about 5 min walk from Exit 5 of Namba Metro station, with lots of dining options around and Namba Park across the road. We have 2 x 110cm wide beds for the adults and the beds are super comfy as we prefer firm mattresses. The room itself is small. We had to fold up the futon bed during the day so that we can access the fridge, kettle and the suitcase shelf. Room cleaning is done every 3 days but we get fresh towels and bottles of water each day. The hotel offers all sorts of amenities including beauty face masks. We used the washing machine and dryer once during our stay. They are okay and only on level 6 for the whole north building. The dryer only runs 15 minutes for 100yen (as opposed to 30 minutes for 100 yen at most other hotels) so we did end up spending more on the dryer.

난바역 5번출구에서 나와 걸으면 금방 도착합니다. 한국어 가능한 직원은 뵙지 못하였지만 쉽게 쉽게 말해주셔서 이해 가능했습니다. 예약에 문제가 있어서 방 크기는 그대로, 더블침대에서 트윈침대 두개 붙이는걸로 바뀌었는데 대신 해피아워 무료 티켓을 주셨는데 밖에서 돌아다니느라 해피아워 시간을 계속 놓쳐 한번도 사용을 못한게 너무 아쉽습니다. 혹시 리뷰 보신다면 일부러 이용 안한게 아니라 자꾸 시간을 놓쳐서 이용을 못한거에요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 1층에 입욕제로 피로를 풀 수 있고 1층과 6층 자판기, 전자레인지, 얼음머신으로 호텔에서 나갈 필요없이 모든것을 해결할 수 있어서 완전 호캉스 하는 기분 이었습니다. 또한 아침 일찍 체크아웃을 할 수 있어 출국에 문제 없었습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 객실 컨디션도 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 유튜브 연결하여 한국 예능 볼 수 있어 좋았어요 그리고 1층에서 항상 좋은 냄새가 나는데 무슨 향인가요? 호텔 들어올때마다 향이 너무 좋았습니다. 오사카에 또 온다면 반드시 또 예약할거에요 덕분에 첫 여행이 너무 만족 스러웠습니다. 또 뵙고 싶습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at HIYORI HOTEL OSAKA NAMBA STATION and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The location is excellent – close to everything, including public transportation, shopping areas, and many dining options. It made getting around the city extremely convenient. One of the unique and fun touches was the daily complimentary popsicles and the self-service amenities bar, where you can pick up fresh shower products each day. These thoughtful extras really enhanced our experience. Although the room was a bit small, everything else was truly excellent. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka. The location is incredible for being across the street from Namba station and the adjoined shopping Mega centers Namba Nankai/Namba parks. Dotonburi was a short 10min walk from the front door, and nearly any other attractions you may want to visit are about 30mins away but train, all available at the station 5mins away. The staff were wonderful, everyone was cheerful and helpful. We spoke pretty broken japanese, but the staff we interacted with all had enough english abilities to bridge the gap, and even without Japanese skills there are enough english menus/directions to get by (although highly recommend learning some basic phrases as this is appreciated by everyone you will interact with). The room and property were in excellent condition and had great amenities available. The room had great toiletries complimentary in the room, all which were solid quality. The onsite Laundry was very nice to keep packing light, and we loved the complimentary popsicles in the lobby. Special shoutout to the apple cider vinegar water that was in the lobby too, it tasted great and helped keep my tummy in good eating shape. We loved our stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka, and if we are lucky enough to be in Osaka again we will absolutely stay here!

장점은 리모델링했는지 너무 깨끗하고 모두 다 새거로 돼있었고 실리콘 마감 부분도 곰팡이 하나 없이 깨끗했습니다. 다음에 다시 이용 하려고합니다. 단점은 첫날은 두 명으로 트윈룸 예약했고 트윈룸도 너무 좁았는데 다음날 한명이 더 합류해서 세명 방으로 예약해서 방을 옮겼는데 방이 커지겠지했더니 방 크기가 트윈룸에서 탁자빼고 그 자리에 바닥에 요 이불을 깔아준 크기로 너무 좁아서.... 가방 펼 수 있는 공간도없어서 침대위에서 정리하고했습니다. 너무 불편했습니다.

The hotel rooms are made for 2 people not 3. Basic room, with amenities, standard size for 2 persons. 3 things i did not like about the hotel: 1. the size, they just threw a small mattress on the floor and call it a 3 person room. It is not certain. 2. They turn off the A/C while you're out, so when you get to the room it's hot. 3. The pillows and comforter, the pillows are unconfortable and you just have the comforter to use. The location is great, the breakfast buffet is a must and the service is good.

Spacious rooms! Modern touch with traditional Japanese feel. Customer service was excellent. Allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored the area, even though we had checked out earlier, free of cost! Also when we picked our luggage back up, they we kind enough to help us track down a taxi, while helping us with our luggage. Definitely coming back to this place!

Fire alarm rang in the middle of the night so we evacuated. There was no staff to be found. 45 minutes later we were allowed back into our room. There was no explanation or apology. Other than that, I liked the room and location. Not sure if I would return again.

Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants and transportation. Namba station is close by. Staff are pleasant and professional. We arrived early before check-in time and left our luggage in the lobby before coming back later in the day to check in properly. Room was clean and spacious considering hotels in Japan are a bit smaller on average. Liked the bathroom set up, water pressure was good and toilet was clean. Would stay again.

Situation across the road for Namba station, this hotel is very convenient. Whilst the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well thought out, super clean and very comfortable. Staff are lovely and accommodating. The area it self has many restaurants and dining options and only a short walk to more popular area. Really enjoyed a stay here and would book again when returning to Osaka.

Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I can’t even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasn’t bad. The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower.
