Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

The room was amazing!! Clean and comfy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the quality of food felt like it was lacking for the price I payed.

Very clean apartment and grounds !

We like the view from the back buildings of the golf course and the mountains. The kitchen has all that is needed to prepare our own meals which really helps on the cost. The hot tub was sparkling clean and we enjoyed playing in the game room. We are frequent guests here and do recommend this hotel

Perfect for a quiet end to our vacation

Very disappointing experience. United Airlines cancelled our SFO–PSP flight, which was our final connection from the UK, meaning we had no way of making the stay. While we understand the room was non-refundable, we weren’t asking for a refund, only a date change given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t willing to help at all, which felt quite inflexible and unsympathetic. Because of this, it’s very unlikely we would consider staying here again.
