Koi Resort & Spa Hoi An

I think this resort is the best place I have ever stayed at. The facilities are great. The room was large and wonderful probably the biggest bed I have seen. Breakfast was varied and excellent. The restaurant also was amazing. Everything about the place was fantastic but the overriding memory for me will be the staff. Simply the nicest people. They are a credit to the resort

The hotel itself is quite beautiful but the staff speak very little English the bathroom was not cleaned during my entire stay ( 6 nights ) and when I mentioned it to reception at check out she laughed about it The toilet would not flush properly for hours leaving a terrible smell and not being able to use the toilet I had to ask for the soap to be topped up twice The plumbing was terrible every time a toilet was flushed or a tap turned on you would hear it in your room The food in the restaurant was disgusting … the garlic bread had an entire garlic on top making it not edible I ordered vodka pasta and was given vodka pasta with duck The only positive thing I can say is that the transport into the ancient town was safe and reliable.

Very pleasant hotel, if a little rough around the edges. There as refurbishment work happening whilst we were there so good to see some rooms getting a face lift. The staff are excellent, so incredibly helpful and the breakfast was really good.

Great services (spa/breakfast and kayak). The rooms were good too
