The staff were great and very courteous, and our suite was fine however, we took one of the excursion tours and we’re very disappointed.

The hotel is located perfectly along the river and close to all the action in the ancient town and night market. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed pleasantly with a view of the river. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special during our visit. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely stay here again.
