En general bien, cama comoda, baño de buen tamaño, a/c que funciona bien. Los detalles son acceso a hielo en el hotel que no dan, pero el bellboy tomo la iniciativa en ofrecer ir por una bolsita en una tiendita de esquina (no sobre montejo). Lo que si es un problemon es la piscina que al no tener barandales es peligrosisimo subir y bajar al no tener de que sujetarte. La otra es que la piscina estaba puerquisima, con obvias acumulaciones de mugre sobre las escaleras, y el agua cremoso. Una lastima.

Rooms are very nice but there is no pool or restaurant

El hotel es sencillo pero está bien. En general no tiene ningún de amenidades. No hay restaurante propio, la alberca es para 6 personas. No hay sala de espera. Me llamó mucho la atención que en general nadie del personal te saluda. A mi llegada estaba atendiendo en recepción un chico que TODO EL TIEMPO estaba con sus audífonos. Lo saludé y no me respondió, solo me hizo una seña con los dedos a que aguardara porque estaba terminando de ver un video y traía audífonos. Jajaja. Espere unos minutos y llegó otra señorita que me atendió. En la habitación el sillón estaba sucio. Tenía una mancha como de mostaza. Y saqué unas Toallitas de bebé y yo lo limpié. No hay mucho que decir. El hotel puede hacer un gran esfuerzo pero si no tienen el personal adecuado, no tiene caso. No estoy seguro de regresar.

Muy bien las habitaciones y todo, lo unico que se les fue la luz en la madrugada y no cuentan con planta electrica y entonces no pudimos ni bañarnos porque el agua la suben con bomba, asi que pues cero servicios.....

Yo bien en general, un pequeño inconveniente es el estacionamiento, es muy pequeño y no hay lugar para el estacionamiento de todos los huéspedes con auto. Nos quedamos varias horas sin energía eléctrica el día que llegamos

We had booked for 8 nights but had to cancel after the first day. The pool was unsafe for use by us (or anyone) because there was no handrail to get up/down the steps to enter the pool. My husband has balance issues and I would not take the risk of him slipping and falling on these steps. Given that the temperature was 90 everyday a pool was essential to our visit.

Muy agradable, el personal muy atento y dispuesto, el estacionamiento está a una cuadra pero es de fácil acceso, en general todo muy cómodo y la ubicación excelente, únicamente la alberca se veía un poco descuidada y por eso no nos animamos a meternos, pero en general un lugar para hospedarse muy recomendable.

El unico problema es el estacionamiento que esta un poco retirado

The room was spacious and clean , with a comfortable bed , however the bathroom was terrible. It strongly stunk of sewer smells and the shower tiling was dangerously slippery. There is a coffee maker but you have to go to the front desk to ask for the coffee??

El hotel está bien situado, lo malo es que la alberca estaba sucia y en la habitación había mucha basura pequeña y en las camas varios cabellos y sábanas manchadas.

Esta en muy buena ubicación. El inconveniente fue que solo te dan una toalla por huésped aunque pidas mas toallas no las dan. No dejan repuesto de papel sanitario. Nos encontramos dos cucarachos, uno vivo y otro muerto en el baño. 😖

La ubicación es excelente, debido a su cercanía al Paseo Montejo La limpieza es excelente y muy confortable la habitación.

Viajamos en familia ocupamos dos habitaciones, sin embargo una de ellas encontramos pelos en el tocador, no había toallas de manos, jabón y shampoo, le comenté al personal y me dijeron que no había llegado lavandería, también encontramos papel y un pedazo de uña, esto me indica q no barrieron solo cambiaron las sabana, el estacionamiento nunca lo encontramos, es un hotel moderno pero deficiente en atención y limpieza!

Estoy muy bien ubicado el personal excelente. Las habitación son amplias . Esta vez me fallaron con la limpieza d ela habitación encontré aretes en la ducha y en varios lados del Piso quiere decir que no barrieron como se debe y ni limpiaron regaderas. Y eso es muy importante

El. Lugar está muy bien ubicado, la habitación me gustó mucho, es cómoda y con suficiente espacio. Yo solicité con vista a la avenida, lo cual me encantó, sólo que no consideré el ruido de la noche por los restaurantes y paso de coches. Pero los restaurantes cerca con muy buenas opciones y muy cerca para ir caminando hacia el área de la catedral. Me gustó mucho

Una habitación muy bonita, con acabados de primera. Es amplio y ordenado, además de tener una excelente ubicación.

The parking is 400 m away from the hotel. The lock couldn’t be opened so we had to wait for an hour to get it fixed when we left. There are only 2 towels in the room for two… no shower mat. The mattress is pretty comfortable. The window is small.

Rent og rigtig god beliggenhed på Paseo de Montegro. Værelse havde kun et vindue, som vendte ud mod gangen/fællesarealerne, hvor andre gæster passerede tæt forbi.

Están remodeladas las habitaciones, al menos donde me quedé estuvo muy cómoda, agradable y espaciosa. Es un hotel práctico para quedarse de manera cómoda un par de noches.

The room was great. Air conditioning was awesome! Beds, shower fantastic. All very modern & upscale. Only complaint has to do with their “systems”, when asked for extra pillows, staff stated can’t give without checking w manager. Then next day were told the extra pillows had to be requisitioned from a warehouse. The loud noises coming off the street kept me awake a couple nights.

Beautiful, spacious room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, but had issues with shower not draining, and the toilet tank taking its time to refill. The pool also had issues draining. It has nice windows but due to privacy one has to pull down shades so there is actually very little natural light. Overall is an ok place yo stay very convenient to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops

Staff not friendly at all, hard to talk to, always on their cellular. We walked in this evening after dinner, said, "hello" and had no acknowledget or answer.

Un hotel bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad y al inicio de Paseo Montejo. Por ubicación es muy recomendado. El servicio del personal no es muy bueno, atienden a tus solicitudes de no muy buena gana. No me hicieron limpieza un dia, no tenian toallas.

Todo bien, solo no nos permitieron ampliar el check out como si lo hacen otros Hoteles. Falta más entrenamiento a los chicos de recepción.

El hotel muy bien, aunque la actitud del personal en recepción estuvo nefasta, nada amables y parece que están haciendo el gran favor de atender.

Me encantó la ubicación, además el cuarto muy amplio y lo que mas me gustó muy iluminado . Gracias

Excelente servicio

The Hotel Plaza by Kavia located on the Paseo de Montejo was an ideal location for our group. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Italian restaurant and the cafe next door were excellent. The elevator makes it convenient not to have to walk up flights of stairs. However, the hotel is not geared for the disabled or persons with mobility restrictions. I took my 96 year old Dad and my Mom and they loved the room. However, access on the wheelchair ramp is difficult as it is quite steep and requires strength. A railing would have been helpful for him as he could hold on while walking into the entrance. The bathroom tiles were slippery so we had to buy him a portable shower grab bar and a shower mat so he could be safe. We also bought a soap dish so that used soap would not be placed directly on the counter by the sink. We also had to ask for floor towels for stepping out of the shower and hand towels. The beds, while extremely comfortable, were too high for him so we also had to buy a step stool to help him get into bed. Notwithstanding the above, the rooms were spacious, cool, very comfortable and the staff were very helpful in procuring a wheelchair that he could use temporarily when he needed to leave the room. Joel, especially, was a gem and he unhesitatingly maneuvered the wheelchair out of and into the hotel whenever we had to go out. Joel made our stay a wonderful and special one as this is probably one of the last trips my Dad will make. Thank you, Joel!!

I chose this hotel because of location and my late arrival.On Hotels.com this hotel advertises a 24/7 front desk however after booking I received numerous email stating that if I was to arrive after 6 pm to contact the property beforehand. This proved impossible for me and for the help desk at Hotels.com. Eventually ( on the scheduled morning of check-in) I received a message saying someone would be there to welcome me. This mix up offered me hours of worry and consternation that were not necessary if the hotel services had been described correctly on Hotels.com

El servicio de los recepcionistas súper mal. Hubo una noche que no pudimos dormir por el ruido de la alarma de incendio del cuarto, que evidentemente, no provocamos. Y jamás nos hicieron caso, mi esposo dio seguimiento 3 veces y la gente es muy apática. A la señorita en turno dijo que así pasaba, casí que era normal. Que horror. Va uno a descansar y terminas sin poder dormir. Obvio no lo recomendaría ni me volvería a quedar.

La ubicación es excelente, debido a su cercanía al Paseo Montejo La limpieza es excelente y muy confortable la habitación.

Nice, clean, spacious hotel. Right on Montejo avenue. Walkable distace to restaurants, museums, downtown. Courteous staff. Just perfect for our 5 days stay.

Entry level looks bad but room, bed was very nice. Breakfast was almost half the cost of the room.,discouraging and disappointing for that reason we see kipper breakfast.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The beds a very comfortable. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant with homemade pasta and a coffee shop downstairs. The location is very good. All in all it’s a great value!

We were given a room with a private patio! Hotel is close but not directly in the center. Everything one needs is walkable. Good coffee shop at ground floor for when being adventurous with breakfast isn’t in the cards.

Cute hotel, lovely staff in the best neighborhood. Added bonus of being next door to both a coffee house and fantastic Italian restaurant. I will definitely return soon.

El Hotel es como una plaza donde no tienen control de acceso, me fueron a tocar a la una de la mañana que por un agua que había pedido, al otro día me dijeron que les habían informado que había un huésped más. Mal control del lugar. Si reservas con desayuno te aumenta 500 pesos y tienen solo unos paquetes, pero en la misma cafetería te gastas 300 pesos y pides lo que quieras.
