Dieses Hotel ist sehr city nah gelegen. Der Pool ist prima an heißen Tagen um Siesta zu machen. Das Frühstück ist nicht so üppig. Man bestellt etwas von der Karte. Uns wäre ein Buffet lieber gewesen. Ansonsten ein sehr sauberer Hotel und an der Rezeption kommt man ohne Probleme mit englisch weiter.

El hotel muy lindo y limpio, la camarista Sofía dejaba la habitación muy limpia y ordenada, nos encantó y la atención en recepción fue muy agradable, olía muy rico. Se paga estacionamiento 200 por noche, pero se entiende porque la ubicación es muy céntrica y si viene especificado antes de reservar y casi todos los hoteles en el centro cobran estacionamiento a parte y algunos ni tienen estacionamiento.

Perfect location. Large & comfortable bedrooms with everything you need. The front desk is very helpful. Parking garage is also a plus and not very common in downtown. The perfect place to visit Merida.

The hotel has beautiful architecture with gorgeous views of the garden area. The staff takes great care of the property, and the plants everywhere in the hallways and patio area are gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm and cleaned every morning. I will be back!

Super helpful hotel staff and front desk. Spacious and tastefully appointed sleeping room. Good reliable internet service. Wonderful pool and courtyard space. All in all an excellent choice and just across the street from Santa Lucia Plaza with a half dozen terrific restaurants.

We just spent 8 nights here. It is very well located, right across from the square and about four blocks from plaza grande. The rooms are big, the pool was great, and the staff were wonderful!

The property is well located with restaurants, shops and in the downtown area. The rooms are large and spacious but I had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned. The shower is awful with a trickle of water barely coming out. The swimming pool looked dirty. The staff member that checked us in when we arrived was great. He was the staff member doing the grave night shift.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The room was massive and spotless, the common area was peaceful. I had a desk in my room so I was able to work. The fragrance they spray in the lobby is delightful. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Merida.

Es un hotel limpio, pero podrían mejorar la limpieza en la regadera del baño. El aroma en el lobby es delicioso, si pudieran replicar ese aroma en habitaciones estaría de lujo. El pago de estacionamiento es adicional y no le dan acceso a tu auto hasta que no pagues (aunque estés obstruyendo la vía pública), incluso no nos abrieron el estacionamiento a pesar de ya tener nuestra reservación pagada. Deberían ser más claros con las indicaciones del estacionamiento antes de la llegada, si mejoran esa logística, su servicio sería mejor.

Giving a four overall instead of a five because there was no wifi in the hotel. They said it was a problem and they were trying to fix it. I think an upgrade to the place would be a breakfast place with more options (vegan for example). The location is really great and couldn't be better. The owner is very sweet. I think her staff were great. I think if I owned this hotel, I might offer more concierge type services and people would pay for that.

The Casa Lucia Hotel Boutique is located right next to Santa Lucia Square, which is the perfect location if you want to partake in Merida's cultural offerings. Every evening there is almost always something going on in the square, and if there is not, it is only about a three block walk to the central square were there are almost always nightly activities as well. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern with good wifi and there is a nice pool. It is clean and safe and the service is excellent. However, some of the furniture in the rooms are dated. The flooring in our room was nice but very old tiling. If you are expecting the Ritz, this may not be the place for you. Personally, I thought these things added to the hotel's charms. We stayed a week here and did not want to leave. I would not hesitate to book with this hotel again.

Beautiful property. Very clean and very beautiful. The two queen bedrooms were enormous. Location is spectacular — cannot be beat. It’s both lively and quiet (i.e. no loud bars or clubs but a lively small square with lots of sit down restaurants and cafes and family-friendly music).

El hotel es bonito, la atención del personal es buena, especialmente la del recepcionista Alejandro. Sólo que tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Estuvimos 4 noches y 3 noches sin agua caliente!!!! la 1er noche estuvo bien, pero a la mañana siguiente ya no teníamos agua caliente y dijieron que quedaría resuelta la falla durante el día... llegó la noche y nada... y así pasó la 2da noche... y pasó la 3r noche y nada y así pasó toda nuestra estancia y no tuvimos agua caliente... dejamos el hotel y viajamos a Tulum por 2 noches y regresamos a Mérida (de hecho nos guardaron equipaje) por otras 2 noches mas, pero la verdad a pesar de que el hotel es muy bonito y todo bien, por esa falla del agua caliente que no se resolvió en 4 días 3 noches, no nos quedaron ganas de volver y preferimos buscar otro hotel.

Great stay at Hotel Casa Lucia. Walking distance from everyhting and the rooms were big and comfortable. Sunday morning the church bells are very loud (the church is 2 buidlings down) but i was already awake so it was not an issue. Overall would definitely recommend & stay here again !

The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with a small balcony that we could go out on just to enjoy the nice evenings. The restroom had all the extras you could want. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but property is aging & not being update to the standards that the price is being charged. On this stay the room was not ready at 3:00 PM. Waited 15 minutes but room ready but was complete in a rushed manner: no extra toilet paper, now vault instructions,TV remotes don’t work properly & no instructions.

I've traveled plenty of times and so far this stay has been the most amazing place. The 1st time was Alex the front desk personnel. He was always there for anything we needed or had questions about tours and places to eat. The 2nd thing thats amazing and was truly amazed about the breakfast. I never had hotel breakfast that taste so delicious. The restaurant member were super nice and friendly. They were able to have our complimentary breakfast ready before they open and delivered to our room. The 3rd the hotel in general very clean, pool side very relaxing and we didnt heard noises. Its on a busy area but it was so peaceful. I highly recommend it and ill stay here again.

El personal de recepción es completamente nefasto, no nos dieron la habitación que era, y aún así son groseros y dicen que hay clientes mas importantes. Llamaron a la policía para sacarnos “por escuchar música en piscina” Definitivamente carecen de empatía y reflejan sus problemas personales en el trabajo.

I’ve written reviews for this property before (always fantastic) and this one is no different. Carlos was absolutely fantastic. Especially since we needed his assistance for an early pick up (4am). Had our taxi booked the night before and had it confirmed by the time we got to the desk in the morning. He was always so pleasant to deal with. He always makes our stay enjoyable.

No better location than this - in front of Santa Lucia Plaza for the Thursday evening serenade and steps away from great meals at Teya, Chaya Maya, and Mercado 60. Nadia and colleagues were helpful and patient.

Pas d’eau pas d’électricité. Je me suis pré enregistrer a 11:00 am aucune mention du problème. Je suis revenu à l’hôtel a16:00 j’ai confirmé a la réception de mon arrivé. J’ai reçu ma clé et lorsque que je suis arrivé à ma chambre j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’électricité et pas d’eau . Je me suis rendu à la réception pour les informer c’est alors qu’ils m’on informer du problème et que ça devait être réglé avant 19:00. À 18:30 j’ai demandé à la réception de trouver une solution pour nous accommoder. Leurs réponse à été . Ce n’est pas de leurs faute c’est problème électrique. J’ai du insister et demander de nous relocalizer. Ils nous ont envoyé dans un hôtel de bas de classe . Rien à voir avec ma réservation à la casa Lucia . Lorsque tu est relocalisé normalement tu dois avoir le même niveau de qualité d’hébergement ou même plus ce qui n’a pas été le cas . Nous voyageons beaucoup et c’est la première fois qu’une tel situation affecte nos déplacements. Je vous demande un remboursement pour les inconvénients et aussi pour les problèmes que cela nous a causé. Après avoir parlé avec d’autres clients qui avait le même problème avec la casa Lucia nous avons été informé que le problème avait débuté 1 jour avant mon arrivé à l’hôtel donc j’aurais dû être informer à mon arrivé. J’attends de vos nouvelles à ce sujet.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lucia hotel . The property is centrally located between historic center and Calle Montejo. Everything is walking distance to historic landmark and great restaurants. I will definitely stay at Casa Lucia again.

Casa Lucia Hotel is just as promised by the description, photos and prior reviews. Great walkable area, lots to see and do and the people that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. There is construction on the streets nearby so if you have mobility challenges this may be a consideration until the city is done with the work. For us it was not a problem and our stay has been fantastic.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient with walking distance and access to the city center. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms comfortable and spacious. I stayed with my sister and my son in a double room. Merida is extremely hot, but that is not at the hotel fault. It has a nice small pool, where you can cool off the afternoon heat. The restaurant next door Soberana, had amazing breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
