El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero tienen convenio con uno que está a 2 cuadras del hotel y se tiene que pagar aparte. El principal inconveniente es que si necesitas disponer de tu auto en horarios en que el estacionamiento está cerrado (solo abre de 8am a 7pm) tienes que pedirle al personal del hotel que vaya a abrirte, algunos si lo hacieron pero tenían que dejar desatendido el lobby, otros solo nos prestaban las llaves para ir a hacerlo nosotros lo cual fue poco conveniente y tardado. Fuera de eso, las instalaciones están en buen estado y limpias. Ubicación muy céntrica.

This is a nice property and would be acceptable if you were visiting outside the hot season which in Merida is brief. But what is completely unacceptable is the treatment that you will receive if you book this property through a certain travel website or its subsidiary website that focuses exclusively on hotels. Specifically, we booked the most expensive room option at this hotel (a master suite) but were downgraded to the most basic accommodation as a consequence of not booking through the hotel's website where the hotel charges higher rates. We were offered no options, in particular a refund of the extra monies that we paid for the master suite that we were refused access to. There was no coffee service and no refrigerator in the room. The pool was tiny, received solar gain the entire day, and lacked any privacy being located next to a wall of glass next to the office. It was of no use whatsoever in trying to regulate our temperature in a very hot stretch of weather in Merida. The master suite that we booked and paid for had a private plunge pool and was the ONLY reason we booked this place. If sensory deprivation and a sweat lodge experience sounds good to you, this place would be a great choice. Caveat emptor.

Ubicación: el lugar cerca del centro, calle bien iluminada y apacible. Instalaciones: un lugar muy bien conservado, en perfecto mantenimiento y siempre muy limpio, no hay ruidos que incomoden. The hotel shouldn’t be rated 4 star. It’s more like 2.5-3 star. The location is good but the place has major plumbing issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, they came to fix it but it didn’t work. No air flow in the rooms downstairs ( the junior suits). The towels were old too. I wouldn’t go back to that hotel.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. First I was in a junior suite, I didn't like the fact not to have a window, and the A/C blowing over the bed. Gabriel at the front desk was very accommodating and fast thinking, the next morning he moved me to a studio de Luxe. Spacious, very clean, lots of space. Great staff all over. One of the best boutique hotel I had in the last 7 years I come to Mérida. Tuve una estancia increíble en el hotel. Primero estaba en una suite junior, no me gustaba el hecho de no tener una ventana, y el aire acondicionado soplando sobre la cama. Gabriel en la recepción era muy complaciente y de pensamiento rápido, a la mañana siguiente me trasladó a un estudio de Luxe. Amplio, muy limpio, mucho espacio. Gran personal por todas partes. Uno de los mejores hoteles boutique que tuve en los últimos 7 años vengo a Mérida

Beautiful and well presented boutique hotel We had some issue within the room Poor quality pillows and towels (cheap fabric rather yellow than white with marks on it! My wife was coughing all night as they were mould on the ceiling and walls They offered us another room more (healthy) for our second night hopefully but if not they refused to refund! Also the room chosen was with a small interior pool that I was not able to use as the bath plug was not sealing

Compared to room 4 which I also stayed in at this hotel, room 3 smelled significantly moldier which made me worried about my health. Also, the shower didn't drain effectively, and there was no hot water-- issues we did not have in room 4.

No daily cleaning service or changing of towels. After a week stay we resorted to hunting for the cleaning lady. Great hot water Location is great.

I liked the rooms with high ceilings, they were clean and comfortable. The washroom was also well maintained. The location was perfect, away from noise but close enough to get to La Plancha, Montejo, Santa Lucìa etc.

A nice and pretty hotel, good facilities but due to the fact that it is only adulta it should be quiet and relaxing to be able to rest, which we could not do since our suite was next to the cafeteria and it was too much noise that they made in the mornings (6:00am) to try to get ready for breakfast I guess.

Even with a very late arrival, there was someone at reception that could secure day trips for me. Very friendly and helpful staff always. The hotel was very clean, extremely quite, great wi-fi and comfy bed. Easy walking to everything. An excellent stay!

The room we booked and had paid for was not available for the first night. Instead they downgraded us for the first night and merely offered 2 free drinks for compensation. I had an incredible stay at the hotel. First I was in a junior suite, I didn't like the fact not to have a window, and the A/C blowing over the bed. Gabriel at the front desk was very accommodating and fast thinking, the next morning he moved me to a studio de Luxe. Spacious, very clean, lots of space. Great staff all over. One of the best boutique hotel I had in the last 7 years I come to Mérida. Tuve una estancia increíble en el hotel. 1.- El lavabo me toco tapado totalmente. 2.- La regadera no servia el tubo para abrirla. 3.- Toda la noche prendia un motor cada 5 min pegado a mi cuarto. 4.- La recepcion se quedo el sabado 20 min no habia nadie quien atendiera. Dejo mucho que desear el servicio.

This is a nice property and would be acceptable if you were visiting outside the hot season which in Merida is brief. But what is completely unacceptable is the treatment that you will receive if you book this property through a certain travel website or its subsidiary website that focuses exclusively on hotels. Specifically, we booked the most expensive room option at this hotel (a master suite) but were downgraded to the most basic accommodation as a consequence of not booking through the hotel's website where the hotel charges higher rates. We were offered no options, in particular a refund of the extra monies that we paid for the master suite that we were refused access to. There was no coffee service and no refrigerator in the room. The pool was tiny, received solar gain the entire day, and lacked any privacy being located next to a wall of glass next to the office. It was of no use whatsoever in trying to regulate our temperature in a very hot stretch of weather in Merida. The master suite that we booked and paid for had a private plunge pool and was the ONLY reason we booked this place. If sensory deprivation and a sweat lodge experience sounds good to you, this place would be a great choice. Caveat emptor.

I liked the rooms with high ceilings, they were clean and comfortable. The washroom was also well maintained. The location was perfect, away from noise but close enough to get to La Plancha, Montejo, Santa Lucìa etc.

Very limited dining options (only breakfast). It would be good if they had at least some snacking options available throughout the day. The hotel itself was great and the service was good. Only downside is that even though the area is walking distance to Merida's attractions it is somewhat sketchy.

We had a great time staying here. It is centrally located-almost everything is in walking distance. The staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself is super cute. I loved hanging out by the pool. There is a filtered water machine, so you’ll have plenty of drinking water. It was a great stay! Highly recommend!

Lovely, kind staff. Pretty lobby and pleasant courtyard with a pool. The “breakfast provided” is consists of white bread and margarine. Clean room and comfortable bed. The bathroom fan makes a terribly annoying sound. More light needed in the bathroom.

Stunning little hotel a short walk from the town center. The hotel was comfortable, clean and it was a nice walk to the center. The room was big and well ventilated. The common areas are very nice. A very nice retreat when you need a break from the adventures of traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the breakfast that consists of white bread, butter and jam. I would have liked a bit more. Or at least a fridge where you could put your own food, and a kettle to make tea. Even though I was there around during Easter, high season, it felt like it was very quiet. Mérida is a super cute and colorful town. With lots of restaurants and very fairly close to Chichen Itzá which is a must. Chichen Itzá was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend the hotel!

Es un Hotel centrico, ubicado cerca de varias plazas, restaurantes y tiendas. Por lo que caminando, puedes ir. El area del desayunador esta muy pequeño y limitado. Yo no desayune ahi, y ni se me antojo, ademas les recomiendo ir a lugares que realmente te ofrzcan mas opciones de comida. No me permitieron tomar cafe, y no tenian en el cuarto la opcion de cafetera, por lo que me tuve que esperar hasta llegar a un restaurant

The room was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was very helpful. Only issues I had were the room was either too cold or too warm. Had to ask for a blanket. Our view was a wall. One of the nights, I guess there was a septic issue and they had a crew working late at night and they were loud and using a loud pump to drain. Couldn’t not sleep. The walls were very thing and could hear a lot. It’s not as close to the Cathedral so there was a bit of walking required to get to the main streets (not far at all, just be prepared to walk)

Beautiful property but above all the staff is amaaaazing! 100 out of 10! There is parking available and the room is clean with excellent wifi and AC. I can't say enough about the staff who greet you each time you come and go and ask you if there is anything you need. So grateful for them and their hospitality. I regret not taking the time to look at the dresses they have for sale in the lobby. Wish I had more time!

Breakfast was made on the spot and very affordable only $100 pesos for guests. Rooms Were clean and minisplit kept room Nice and cool. Place is super cute. 3-4 Blocks from the cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend the hotel. But I do have to say Merida is very hot. I would go again but in winter.
