The room we stayed in was really fantastic, it has been upgraded with new carpets, microwave, new drawers an much bigger with ocean views. Would be nice if they can replace the current treadmills with newer versions. Also putting towels outside the indoor pool and sauna will be helpful. Online check in/ out will simplify the process as well. Highly recommend this place.

We booked about 3 months in advance. We were given a 3rd level floor facing the beach, which we had to be asked to be moved around the side as there was too much noise from the "Pink Hotel" across the road. The 2nd room also on the same floor was far quieter facing North West and over looked the pool. This was better apart from one of the deck door latches broke so unable to unlock this. We were impressed with the facilities which were indoor/outdoor pools, mini golf, gaming room, and tennis courts, free undercover parking, and internal access to Twin Towns Services Club. The best part of the stay would be by far the buffet breakfast. One of the best we have had so don't miss out on this. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebel Twin Towns. The location was perfect with a bus stop right out the front, beaches a block away and so many dining options all around you. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and we utilised the pool, spa and sauna all of which were great.

Excellent stay at The Sebel, check in with Daniella was quick and friendly. Our king suite was huge with great amenities and lovely views over the pool and surrounding areas of Coolangatta. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need including cooked to order omelettes and I noticed there were gluten free options too. Easy walk to Twin Towns RSL club… $10 membership gives you discounts on food & drinks too. The only suggestion would be to provide more sun beds and shade around the pool area as it was very busy with nowhere to sit. Would definitely recommend a stay here and I’m sure we’ll be back! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely weekend.

Stayed one night in a Queen Room, including breakfast. Very clean and modern decor throughout hotel and bedroom. Good size room and bathroom. Large outside balcony overlooking pool and beach. Comfortable nights stay. Tea n Coffee in room. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Only niggle, if anything, parking spaces under hotel bit small even for a small car. Would stay again.

Spotless room, great breakfast. I emailed needing to change the dates of our stay on 1/9/25, no one responded. When we got to the hotel and I explained we needed to leave a day early I was told the extra night couldn't be refunded because I hadn’t told them before the 10/9/25. I was able to produce the email but the lady stated said it hadn’t been received. So,I would advise not to pay in advance.

Large rooms with just the right amount of cutlery microwave and very clean. House keeping was slow to come around to clean the room. So we were home when they got there so didn’t have the room serviced in the 3 days we were there.

Clearly the hotel was overwhelmed. Peter at the front was exasperated and blurted out that it was impossible to have my room cleaned as it was dirty at check in with bits of chocolate on the rug and the tables had not been wiped. I told him that I would stay away from my room so it could be cleaned if they would just message me when it was ready. He told me it couldn’t be done and to just lodge a complaint. I explained that I didn’t want to do that. Peter insisted. Here we are.

As normal Room Service could count on Room Service to be poor. Arrived on Friday and showered for Show night only to have no Shower Gel/Shampoo or Conditioner. Had to use Hand Soap pump at the bathroom sink squirting it into a glass. Ask Room Service Saturday morning to fill them up please and they took the bottles away and told they would come back with them later. Showering for Saturday night Show now and had to follow up with a Hand Bar Soap being delivered to our room after we had left for Dinner/Show and too late!! Fed up with paying so much money for atrocious room service. Rest of the stay and service was great in the Club.

Lovely Hotel in the centre of Coolangatta, close to beaches and an abundance of Restaurants, cafes and a woolworths. The Sebel is a nice comfortable destination that offers modern designed guuest rooms with lovely bathrooms and a balcony. Everything was great except for the beds. They were definitely older mattresses that had a topper on them but they still felt a little uncomfortable and definitely have passed their lifetime. Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices and hard working attentive staff. I would definitely recommend the Sebel if you are wanting to be away from the the mass tourists of the central Gold Coast area and still enjoy beautiful beaches and a relaxed atmosphere.

The newly updated Sebel rooms have been very thoughtfully done, a kitchenette complete with an easy to use microwave was very handy. My pool room view on the 1st floor had a very large balcony with new furniture, a beautiful space to watch the sun setting behind Griffith St. Very comfy beds and gorgeous shower with duel showerheads (this curly haired gal has a dislike for rain shower heads 😉) The full buffet breakfast included in the price was vast and had choices galore, even a cooking station that you could for extras that weren't in the huge buffet display options. Shall definitely return 🌺

We loved the size of the rooms, the amazing all you can eat breakfast and how spotless and eqipped the rooms were. It was also no trouble from staff to have an extra blanket brought up at night. There was a bit of noise at night from the club across road, and a staff member at the desk was rude to us at one point. But overall we loved our stay.

Very impressed with my room. Immaculately clean, modern and everything I needed. I checked in around 3pm and although the check in was professional, there was no warmth or particular friendliness. My friends came to see around 6.15pm. Approached the front desk and asked same person who checked me in “could we ask your help”. The staff member said “no, go over there”, pointing to another desk. Disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Checkout was good. Friendly staff member and I actually commented to her that it was nice to have a friendly face on leaving. I would recommend the hotel for location, rooms and facilities

Great location, great amenities, nice breakfast, the only disappointment was checking in. One staff member to check in 6-8 couples and family's at 3pm was not a good first impression 😕. I use a walking stick so for me waiting 15 mins leaves me in pain.

Excellent stay for a few days to catch a show at Twins Towns club and enjoyed easy walk to the club and the beach Reception staff could smile a little more you are the first people see when they come into the resort I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering you when I approach reception

Spent 4 nights with breakfast included. It was great value for money. It's in a wonderful location and even though a block from the beach we could see waves crashing from our room. It was spacious, quiet and clean. You're right in the heart of the CBD and everything you need is at your doorstep. Breakfast was a real bonus and there's nothing more you could want for. A terrific stay.

The breakfast wasnt that good. Old dry croissants, a few fresh fruit only, eggs and bacon werent good at all. The buffet looked amazing but did not taste as good. A real shame.

From the moment we walked in the door our stay was fabulous. We arrived a bit early but our room was ready so they let us in which is very unusual these days. The staff were all very polite particularly the breakfast buffet staff. the buffet food was the best I’ve had. The chef made omelettes to order and it was superb, it was so nice to have pleasant staff. We have an oversize vehicle which was accommodated and just everything was amazing and made our little mini getaway perfect. We will definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone staying in Coolangatta.

Always like coming here to stay and enjoy the buffet breakfast, lots to choose from and delicious. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Great location. Easy parking. Can’t wait to come back again.

Dining room tables need to be looked at seem all the ones we sat at over our 7 days stay had a sticky feel to them however good breakfast choices
