Great location 2 minutes from Tallinn Old Town. A very quiet room - 501. We requested one beforehand and that's what we got. All very clean. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Friendly, efficient staff. Very good breakfast. Good swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. And reasonably priced! I couldn't fault it.

Great customer service, comfortable beds and a big room with a powerful shower. Room service was lovely, as was breakfast which had lots of choice, and it had a fab spa area also with pool jacuzzi, sauna, steam and gym!

I enjoyed my stay at the Tallin Palace hotel. Room was very nice, bed was extremely comfortable. The property was very nice. Off site parking is a block away. Would recommend the hotel

Everything was good except for two things that are in need of an upgrade: tv and toilet brush. Both were outdated and annoying to use. With tv you had to struggle to make it react to remote control (could be old batteries also). With toilet brush, you needed to hold the cup in place with your other hand to lift the brush, which was kinda disgusting. If you didn’t, the brush would lift the cup as it always got stuck there, no matter how gently you placed it there. The brush also felt old and hard. Oh, and please check the floor right in front of the toilet seat. The cleaning had repeatedly missed a spot, which is understandable since we didn’t notice it ourselves at first. Room 709.

Ok, good for a short stay. Great breakfast and nice staff otherwise nothing special. Nice to have a sauna option & small pool. Room a bit dirty/had signs that it has not been really properly cleaned for a while. Bed was good but was not a single sleeping area but had a gab.

The hotel was located very close to one of the gates to Old Town Tallin. It was right across the street from a beautiful war museum and a path way to a portion of the walled city. It was a spotless, oversized room with exquisite bed! We loved the sauna downstairs and enjoyed the buffet breakfast! Highly recommend!

Very happy with my stay here. The staff were all helpful, personable, professional. I particularly appreciated the late check-out - with a fee, true, but a very reasonable fee, I thought. I was allocated an upgraded room for my 3-night stay, which, again, I appreciated. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was of good quality and varied. I shall be happy to return, next time I visit Tallinn.

I stayed at this hotel for three days and really enjoyed it. It's only a 10-minute walk to Raekoja plats in the heart of the Old Town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was large, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I was very impressed by the fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. I chose this hotel primarily because of the large and beautiful wellness area, so I had a rainy-weather option. I highly recommend this Palace Hotel Tallinn! To the management: You manage this hotel really well. My bathroom had a slightly musty smell. I then discovered that the bad smell was coming from the floor drain. The housekeeper should pour some water into the floor drain once a week to close the trap and prevent the smell from rising.

An excellent location for exploring the Old Town, all the sights being within a comfortable walking distance. Particularly grateful for this as we visited the city during a cold snap, temperature barely rising above -10 degrees! The hotels location, whilst being extremely convenient for sightseeing, does sit on a very busy road and so one needs to be mindful of this when choosing a room. We chose to pay extra for a room overlooking the old town but this meant we were directly on the roadside thus somewhat troubled by traffic. Ok, the hotel provides earplugs but this didn’t really diminish the noise. If a quiet room really is important to you, then it may well be best to choose a room facing the inner courtyard. No view, but considerably quieter. Our room was a decent size, bright with a triple window outlook, well furnished with everything we needed for a few days stay. The bed was super comfy, dressed with quality linen and came with a heavenly seven pillow menu. M I but I’d have preferred a seperate shower to a shower over bath, particularly as water couldn’t drain quickly enough when taking a shower. It’s neither pleasant nor safe standing ankle deep in used water.

Fantastic hotel right on the edge of the old town. Beds are really comfy and the shower was the best! Literally a 3 min walk to the old town. Couldn’t ask for a better locational as also quiet - right opposite freedom square too

What a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Speedily checked in by the charming Ellina we were soon in our lovely, spacious room on the 6th floor. Everything about the Hotel Palace was impressive, it’s not difficult to see why it’s a serial award winner. It looks immaculate throughout and we just felt so very well taken care of. Breakfast was of excellent quality and wide ranging choice. I’d also recommend the Cafe where the pastries both look and taste, fabulous. The Hotel Palace is a superb place to stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Estonia. Quick final mention for Irena our housekeeper who kept our room looking super tidy and clean 🙂

Hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel room was spacious and the view of the Freedom Square was particularly nice. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful we encountered during our 3-week trip in Europe. Two thumbs up!

Pareras till tallin , hotellet mycket bra på alla nivåer , frukosten var mycket bra men som svensk saknar jag Kalles kaviar men den hade allt annat. Rummen var mycket bra stora och sköna sängar. Bara tråkigt att brandlarmet satte i gång kl 02,00 och alla sprang ut , dåligt skött av personalen ingen var där och informerade vad som hänt troligen falsk larm. Folket ledsnade efter ett tag när det slutade att tjuta och gick upp på rummet. Tur att det inte var riktigt larm. Om någon från hotellet läser detta var det mellan 26/27 april

The hotel is very conveniently located for public transport and the Old Town. Buses from the airport and bus station stop within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. The Old Town with numerous restaurants and sightseeing opportunities is about a 5 minute walk. The staff were very polite and friendly but not necessarily as efficient as they could be. We had opted for the green housekeeping option which meant we should have got clean towels and the bins emptied every day. They just missed our room altogether and had to be asked for towels later in the evening. They were provided almost instantly but it's a scheme that needs a bit more fine-tuning. The water pressure was excellent for the shower. The bathroom needed a bit more thought. The basin looked good but was fairly impractical. There was no basin plug which made laundry difficult. It also lacked the standard toiletries. Just a fairly harsh combined shampoo and shower gel substance. No conditioner or body lotion. None of the other nice bits like vanity sets or sewing kits that other hotels in this price range tend to provide. Overall it was a nice enough stay and the location means you can forgive the minor negatives.

Hotel stay was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Breakfast area was small but you can site outside the area. Good breakfast but not amazing as others nearby with similar rating. Great location right across the street from Freedom Square which is the entry into the Old Town. Also, the number 2 bus from Terminal A stops a block away. My girlfriend and I came over from Helsinki on Viking Line for one night. We loved the hotel. The breakfast was just as good as Finland. Tallinn exceeded our expectations. We only spent one night, we could have spent two. Really good hotel!!

Great location 2 minutes from Tallinn Old Town. A very quiet room - 501. We requested one beforehand and that's what we got. All very clean. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. The hotel was located very close to one of the gates to Old Town Tallin. It was right across the street from a beautiful war museum and a path way to a portion of the walled city. It was a spotless, oversized room with exquisite bed! We loved the sauna downstairs and enjoyed the buffet breakfast! Highly recommend!

The location is amazing, close to the bus stop from the airport and to the ferry terminal. There's a supermarket three minutes away, to buy water and snacks. The Old Town is just across the road, so it's easy to explore the area. The room was nice and cozy, with a big comfy bed and a very nice shower. The staff was kind and helpful. I would stay here again, it was very good.

Fantastic hotel right on the edge of the old town. Beds are really comfy and the shower was the best! Literally a 3 min walk to the old town. Couldn’t ask for a better locational as also quiet - right opposite freedom square too

What a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Speedily checked in by the charming Ellina we were soon in our lovely, spacious room on the 6th floor. Everything about the Hotel Palace was impressive, it’s not difficult to see why it’s a serial award winner. It looks immaculate throughout and we just felt so very well taken care of. Breakfast was of excellent quality and wide ranging choice. I’d also recommend the Cafe where the pastries both look and taste, fabulous. The Hotel Palace is a superb place to stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Estonia. Quick final mention for Irena our housekeeper who kept our room looking super tidy and clean 🙂

Great smaller hotel! Location is very convenient and hotel is lately renovated. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits etc. Am traveling quite a lot for work, and Palace will be my choice when in Tallinn for future.

Our tour guide started her walking tour in the hotel as it has historical background. The location was close to the center of old town, restaurants, shopping and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, bathroom has big bath tub. The bed was comfortable and clean room, linens and towels, The staff were kind and helpful. I will stay here again if we are back in Tallinn.

Great stay at the radisson Palace in tallinn. Lovely decor and great gym and Spa facilities. Breakfast was very good and with a wide range of foods. Also only 15 mins walk from the popular old town.
