I’ve stayed here before and always had a good stay. This time, room wasn’t cleaned once in 5 days, by the end the small garbage can was full and I was out of everything from napkins to towels. I could hear the maids as they woke me up early in the morning cleaning other rooms very loudly, but apparently by noon there’s no one in the hotel left to serve rooms. Room was also very cold. Spa is great.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. The view was incredible. The roof top bar was also very nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that the sink in our bathroom was clogged. In a five star hotel something like this has to be recognized.

Ikke 5 stjerner hotell skuffet over spa området, alt for mye støy og lite avslappende. Renholdspersonalet kom veldig tidlig for å rydde rommet, og gjorde ikke en bra jobb. Positivt, terapeutene på spa er kjempe flinke og betjeningen i resepsjonen kjempe hyggelig og behjelpelige. Meget god frokost og utrolig hyggelig personale.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected, with hairs and dust here and there. The lobby was surprisingly small for a 5-star hotel, making it almost impossible to meet someone there for coffee and a chat. However, the view from the room was gorgeous, offering a mix of the city and the gulf. The old town was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and a shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away.

Convenient location within easy walking distance of Old Town. Had a room on a high floor overlooking the Old Town which was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and I definitely recommend even if it doesn't come with your room. Staff was helpful. Overall the room was nice, but definitely need to have a deep clean of the shower space, it wasn't good. Told the front desk and maybe minor improvement was made by housekeeping.

Il riscaldamento della stanza era impostato come "centralizzato" e non c'era nessuna possibilità di settaggio sul display. Ho trovato la stanza fredda. La complimentary water a volte è stata lasciata, a volte no. Non è un problema, me la compro al centro commerciale, ma... in un 5 stelle mi aspetto un'attenzione leggermente diversa. La stanza era piuttosto piccola, e il bagno minuscolo, impossibile entrarci in due persone. La vista dalla stanza però era ottima perchè si trovava al 16esimo piano. All'interno della Spa le sdraio erano 5, ed erano sempre occupate dagli asciugamani bagnati altrui. Un encomio invece per la colazione, che incontrava anche gusti vegan e con cibi "sani" preparati al momento: questa è stata una sorpresa molto positiva, e spesso molto difficile da trovare. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la old town, e proprio di fronte all'albergo si trova un fornito centro commerciale. Nel complesso comunque "vacanza gradevole".

Stay at high floor with great vview of Talin old town and overlooking the city. Room is spacious with all the amenities and complimentary good coffee and coffee machine provided. I requested a repair for the drawer, but it broke again within minutes. Additionally, the refrigerator made loud cracking noises at night, making it difficult to sleep. At times, the air conditioner emitted a smell resembling exhaust fumes. When we came to the restaurant on 24th floor at 8pm, we were told we could only be seated at the bar, even though the dining area was half-empty and there was no special event taking place. This was quite disappointing. P.S. The breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was excellent, and the staff were very polite, speaking all available languages!

The hotel was lovely, great selection at breakfast and all fresh. Friendly staff. Great location for exploring Tallinn. The review would have been excellent if it wasn’t for our last evening. Our room was on the 22nd floor which offered great views but not great if you have a private event in the bar above on floor 24. We were kept awake with the boom boom boom beat booming through to our room. I rang down to reception at 1.30am asking when the music would stop and I was told 2am but that they would speak to the bar to see if the volume could be turned down. The noise level was not reduced, if anything it got louder! I rang reception again at 1.40am asking again if the music level could be reduced as it was keeping us awake, but we still could hear it. By 2.35am (I was previously told the music would stop at 2am) I had had enough of not being able to sleep and rang reception again, this time I spoke to a gentleman who apologised and said he would certainly speak to the bar. By 2.45am the music level was reduced so we were no longer able to hear the boom boom boom best, finally! By this time we were exhausted from lack of sleep but I was then unable to finally get to sleep until 4.30am. If the hotel know that the music in the bar can be heard in rooms on the 22nd floor and the hotel has a private event then they should not put guests on that floor unless they are attending the event! This was a disappointing end to our stay n Tallinn.

Room was really nice and clean, super comfy beds and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best i have had in my hotel visits, strongly recommend to try. Only minus about the stay was that there was a weird noise coming to our room during both of the nights that we stayed. Tried to sort out the issue with the staff, but the cause of the issue remained the same for the 2nd night also, hence leaving us with little less sleep than we would of wished for.

Don’t check into this hotel expecting to claim the benefits of being a gold tier member. Was refused upgrade even when there was availability and offered a smaller cheaper room as an upgrade. The staff lied saying no availability till i showed them on multiple sites there was even on their own website. After contacting hotels.com to resolve this they still refused. I even had to let them know breakfast was included as my perks to which they reluctantly agreed. Marketed as a vip property but doesn’t cater to the vip clients hotels.com brings them. Hotel facilities are great and so is the location. But let down by the staff at check in who also gossiped about us in Russian thinking we couldn’t understand because we spoke english at check in.

Amazing hotel in every aspect. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed, covers and pillows were one of the best, the view from the room, landing and roof were amazing, the breakfast room and breakfast are top class. Only tiny thing that bothered me, I booked with breakfast through hotels.com but the guy at the reception insisted on paying extra €25 pp per day, luckily next day I talked to Allessa who sorted it out immediately and confirmed breakfast was included, otherwise I would have given 5* for the service.

Everything was excellent about our stay at the Radisson Collection hotel in Tallinn. Everything from check-in to dining to the amazing staff and service. The location was perfect too, just a short stroll from the Old Town. Breakfast was incredible too. We dined at other 5* hotels whilst in Tallinn (Hilton Tallinn Park/Telegraf) but were so glad we chose to stay at The Radisson Collection.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but it was nothing of the sort. My stay was completely ruined by loud, inconsiderate neighbors, and despite contacting the staff multiple times, absolutely nothing was done. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, the lack of action was shocking. A 5-star property should ensure peace, comfort, and professionalism, but instead I was left with sleepless nights and a sense that guests’ concerns simply don’t matter. When management can’t handle something as basic as providing a quiet environment for rest, the “five stars” mean nothing. If you value proper service, respect, and a restful stay, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is all show and no substance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest. We stayed at Radisson Collection Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel made a lovely gesture by offering us a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco, which we truly appreciated. There were a couple of issues during our stay, though. Our room cards didn’t provide access to the spa or breakfast, even though it was included in our package, so we had to spend extra time at reception to resolve it. Bei Ankunft (im Dezember) war die Eingangshalle voll mit Menschen. Wir stellten uns an. Als wir endlich dran waren wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer in einer Stunde fertig s er i und jetzt auch noch kein Check-in erfolgen würde. Wir verließen das Hotel erstmal. Bei Rückkehr war es noch voller. Der Check-in-Prozess ist ein Disaster. Wir standen fast 1h an.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The view of the old town from our room on the 17th floor was spectacular. 10 minute stroll to the old town. No noise. Great breakfast. Buffet and a la carte. €5 in an Uber from the Ferry terminal.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, and excellent restaurant upstairs. We also lucked out with a room on the 16th floor looking towards the old town - amazing view! The only two points I would say - if trying to be eco friendly they should have large shampoo/body wash bottles in the shower rather than the small bottles that get half used and then thrown out. Also for breakfast, the restaurant gets extremely busy towards the end of the service period and the staff can't keep up. Would recommend going early if possible. We did on the second day and had a lovely relaxing meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed the room (Collection) – it was fantastic. The gym was also excellent, offering everything you could possibly need and more. The spa area was delightful as well. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a separate sauna next to the female locker room showers. We had breakfast, and it was superb – something for everyone. The buffet was abundant, and the à la carte dishes were beautifully composed and delicious. We also enjoyed a memorable dinner at the rooftop restaurant ISSEI. It was truly an outstanding experience! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!

Ovrall, great. However, some small niggles. Complementary water only provided on night 1 . Most 5 star hotels we stay in give you 500-1000ml water per day. Breakfast choice good, but some basics need attention: Bacon overcooked, scrambled egg too wet, hash browns soggy every day. Prosecco only available at weekends. Not bad, but room for improvement.

Really nice hotel and room (junior suite) but the service with the breakfast are was not at the same level at all. You could expect sparkling wine to be served with the breakfast if hotel advertise them to be 5* hotel. When we noticed that it was not available we tried to order one bottle, but waitress said that the bar is closed and will be open one hour later. The bar was 5 meters from that place and it would have taken max 3min to pick it up. After one our the bar was still closed and we asked that question again. The waitress said that she can’t help because it’s not her job… are you serious?
