The only entrance to this hotel is via cable car, and can get so busy that waiting time is long. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Nice bathroom. The pool area is always full of kids in the evening its impossible to swim! Or to take a dip in jacuzzi! There should be limited time for kids use! The system of QR codes in the room is so terrible, we didnt get any new towells, or there was no explanation what coffee you are drinking or how much cost the mini bar. The information of services is different from the room’s book to reception. This is not a 4* hotel. Now I know why it was cheap.

hôtel idéalement situé à 500 mètres de la station de Tram Andèl qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre ville de Prague en quelques minutes. Parking sécurisé sous l'hôtel. Etablissement très propre, personnel souriant et aimable. Très bonnes prestations (sauna, piscine et spa), restaurant sur place, déjeuner copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses (junior suite) et bien équipées. Le téléphérique pour rejoindre notre chambre a rendu notre fils admiratif.

Der Seilbahn Shuttle zum Hotel war defekt - der dann erfolgte Bus Shuttle kam erst nach ca 20 Minuten , da nur ein Auto zur Verfügung steht . Der Check In dauerte ebenfalls eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, da nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war. Downgrade auf eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie ohne Teilerstattung . Zudem funktionierte die Klima in keinem der gebuchten Zimmer . Laut Mitarbeiter ist das normal , da die äußeren Temperaturen das nicht zulassen - so etwas hab ich bisher noch nie gehört . Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich .

The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises. The rooms are fantastic, pool and wjitlpoolwith a sauna is a plus

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time one of us turned around and smell of drainage coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid I expected a better/more comfortable and up to date room but overall people working there made up for it.

Hotellet er rigtig fin, personalet er gode og serviceminded, dog er rengøringen ikke særlig god. Vores værelse var ikke særlig ren og vores seng og dyner var rigtig støvet. De bruger ikke poser i skraldespanden og det bliver bare tømt, så madrester eller evt klistrede ting sidder inde i skraldespanden og ikke så hygiejnisk at se på.

Hotellet er rigtig fin, personalet er gode og serviceminded, dog er rengøringen ikke særlig god. Vores værelse var ikke særlig ren og vores seng og dyner var rigtig støvet. Vi hade ett väldigt bra och stort rum till väldigt förmånligt pris. Fräscht och rent överallt med en fantastisk utsikt! Det var ca 5 min bort från ett stort köpcentrum och massa restauranger. Ca 20-30 min att gå in till gamla stan/centrala centrum men vi tyckte det var skönt och lugnt ifrån det mest centrala i Prag.

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was Nice and had a few glutenfree items. Our child like the lift from the main building to the NH Collection building. Public Transport is close by and also the shopping mall is close to the hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Glutenfreie Produkte verfügbar. Große Zimmer, gut für Familien. Gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, ruhige Lage. Cablecar zum Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Seilbahn Shuttle zum Hotel war defekt - der dann erfolgte Bus Shuttle kam erst nach ca 20 Minuten , da nur ein Auto zur Verfügung steht . Der Check In dauerte ebenfalls eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, da nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war. Downgrade auf eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie ohne Teilerstattung . Zudem funktionierte die Klima in keinem der gebuchten Zimmer . Laut Mitarbeiter ist das normal , da die äußeren Temperaturen das nicht zulassen - so etwas hab ich bisher noch nie gehört . Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich .

A nice stay but i was dissapointed that the hotel did not bother to answer our multiple requests regarding a forgotten item. (our 7 year old daugther forgot her teddybear.) A simple answer would have made a big difference for her. I would expect that from a hotel in this catagory.

The only entrance to this hotel is via cable car, and can get so busy that waiting time is long. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Nice bathroom. The pool area is always full of kids in the evening its impossible to swim! Or to take a dip in jacuzzi! There should be limited time for kids use! The system of QR codes in the room is so terrible, we didnt get any new towells, or there was no explanation what coffee you are drinking or how much cost the mini bar. The information of services is different from the room’s book to reception. This is not a 4* hotel. Now I know why it was cheap.

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was Nice and had a few glutenfree items. Our child like the lift from the main building to the NH Collection building. Public Transport is close by and also the shopping mall is close to the hotel.

Vi hade ett väldigt bra och stort rum till väldigt förmånligt pris. Fräscht och rent överallt med en fantastisk utsikt! Det var ca 5 min bort från ett stort köpcentrum och massa restauranger. Ca 20-30 min att gå in till gamla stan/centrala centrum men vi tyckte det var skönt och lugnt ifrån det mest centrala i Prag.

Vi hade ett väldigt bra och stort rum till väldigt förmånligt pris. Fräscht och rent överallt med en fantastisk utsikt! Det var ca 5 min bort från ett stort köpcentrum och massa restauranger. Clean and spacious rooms, our toilet was not clean on arrival but it was quickly sorted by the reception/cleaner. Comfortable beds, quiet location....we slept well. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Wellness area is lacking slightly, the pool is very small. The lift to rooms is currently out of service so they operate a shuttle from the main entrance. The restaurant/room service are pricey but there is a shopping mall with large Tesco nearby. Overall a good stay.

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options.
