Not your upgraded Ramada- low quality on everything from parking, premises, surroundings, breakfast etc. The stuff was super nice. I cant believe Ramada gave this property their business name..

The hotel was closed for renovations upon arrival to check in. No notification sent to me in regards to the hotel status. Had to book a room in another Ramada, half a mile away. According to the hotel staff where I was able to book a room. Its a constant issue about their bad service. Waiting for my full refund!

The hotel was permanently closed and we didn’t get the room that we prepaid for - hotels.com is working on getting us our money back.
