We booked a 2 bedroomed apartment for just over 2 weeks. Was in building 3 on the 4th floor and loved the complex. The apartment was a lot bigger than ever imagined. Yes it could do with a little TLC but the pro's far outweighed that. Plenty of living space for us and the 2 kids. Both having ensuites and a 3rd toilet. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was big and sun facing in the evening after it had gone from the pool which was perfect and the view over the mountains and golf course (just about make out the kangaroos on the fairway in the morning!) The pool we used a fair bit and although the pool is quite cool (didn't bother the kids) the hot tub was more enjoyable for us ! . The bbqs to the side of the pool were also a nice surprise which we used a couple of times. Fridge to the side and plenty of seating and space to prep. Last thing, the complex was safe and relaxed I've felt. Only go places with your key card and security patrolling morning and evening. Basically didn't want to leave!

Check-in was easy and we had good communication from the property beforehand. It's assigned car parks and our allocated one was a little tight for our SUV but we got in it. There are dining options about 10-15 mins walk from the resort covering pub/grill food to Thai or Italian. The room was very clean and mostly quiet although there was still a bit of noise from the Motorway. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Would stay again.

Place was huge, 2 bed 2.5 bath place with a full kitchen, living room and laundry room. The patio was really nice to sit on in the morning to eat breakfast while looking over a nice neighborhood. Parking is gated and underground with an elevator up to the room's floor.

Property was good - location was good. Actual apartment needed some work and we had some issues with a few things but the managers worked to do the best they could to improve these. Pool was freezing and unusable. Spa was good though. Room was not as clean as we would have hoped and there was an issue with the fridge.

I would never recommend this property to anyone! The rooms were filthy dirty and no maintenance done whatsoever. There were stains on the carpet in every room, mould in the bathrooms and uncleaned toilets!

The property and accommodation were good. However, the company employed to clean the room needs changing. The first 24 hours here involved purchasing cleaning products and doing a total clean of the residence. It was appalling! After a good clean, my family enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again as it was close to theme parks, shops, etc. The property is well secured and general areas such as the pool are well maintained.

For the price of the room, it was generally disappointing. Peace’s of steal on the balcony. Limited tea and coffee. Not the cleanest room. Furniture in room and decor out dated and in extremely average condition.

It was a nice resort but the bathroom wasn't very clean. Shower had yellow stains and moulds. The single beds kept moving as they had wheels and the stopper plate underneath didn't work well. Under the beds were very dusty and lots of rubbish. Very disappointed. As we stayed there for 10days, they only serviced it once.

Our apartment had dirty pillow slips, a washing machine that jumped around due to an balancing issue, the drain pipe from.washing machine leaked all over laundry floor, TV lost reception about 7pm for the 3 nights we were there, the curtains had broken hooks and were dropping. We contacted after hours the first night to be told he had left the premises and there was nothing he could do.We saw the reception the next morning with the list, as we had to do our washing, but nothing had been fixed by that evening.Rang recetion again the next day and told them nothing had been fixed, they said they were looking at everything that day.Rang again in the afternoon to check and got told they had fixed everything.Double checked about TV, and was told issue had been sorted.When we got back, washing machine and leak was rectified, curtains hadn't been,TV definitely NOT.The unit we had was on level 1 above entry gates to unground carpark, you could hear these opening and closing through the night as people came in

Check in: Very very bad process, I sent email with my photo and bond paid as check in is only 2PM-4:30PM. It took multiple international calls to get the key. Use WHATSUP and send instructions as soon as BOND is paid. Size: The property is in good place, great size apartment. Internet: Dismal it was not able to load Netflix. Kitchen: most amnesties are older - Not big issue. This place can be a lot better, fix internet, get whatsup for check in, buy some new knives and utensils, change drapes in living room they have wholes.

We loved this apartment! 3 massive bedrooms, two with mounted televisions and two ensuite bathrooms and a main bathroom, a gorgeous kitchen, lounge and dining area, great laundry with modern washing machine and dryer as well as a massive courtyard/ outdoor area. The complex had a gorgeous pool and spa area with lots of Sun lounges as well as a small gym. Just a bit far out from Surfers but having a car made that not a problem. Highly recommend.

Our room was amazing, so big! The verandah was fantastic with so much space. The location was unbeatable being only 10mins from the theme park attractions and close to supermarkets, food outlets etc.Access in and out of the property was easy and straightforward. The only thing we found as a begative was our sons room (2nd bedroom) the ceiling fan did not work and the aircon would make a loud humming noise every 5 minutes or so which made it difficult to sleep so we couldnt have that on which he found too hot to sleep without. We loved our stay and will definitely be back and recommended to others.

The area and surroundings are very nice. I have stayed a few times ad the apartments are starting to look a bit tired. The after hours key collection did not work and I had to call out a member of staff. Then there was an issue with the key drop on checkout this morning. My key would not let me enter the foyer, so I had to use a side gate and walk all round the property to get inside to drop the key. Key drop box should be outside if your fob key cannot open the front doors.

It was my second stay at Azzura Greens resort and i came back because i had such a good experience the first time. Easy parking, clean rooms, very quiet & each room had its own en-suite bathroom. Check in was fine but as experienced the last time… the receptionist tends to walk away from the front desk for other chores which means you have to wait for too long to get attention
It was my second stay at Azzura Greens resort and i came back because i had such a good experience the first time. Easy parking, clean rooms, very quiet & each room had its own en-suite bathroom. Check in was fine but as experienced the last time… the receptionist tends to walk away from the front desk for other chores which means you have to wait for too long to get attention

Should have been awesome but the room wasn't ready on time and the Wifi was unavailable which meant no internet or TV for the kids. It looked like there was a wifi unit but it had chords plugged into it, nor to the foxtel or tv. I tried calling reception but it was 5pm by the time the room was available and no answer when calling reception. When I told reception the next morning they didn't seem to care. We specifically organised this 2 bedroom apartment so that we could have a break from the kids, but instead they had nothing to do all evening.

There are dining options about 10-15 mins walk from the resort covering pub/grill food to Thai or Italian. The room was very clean and mostly quiet although there was still a bit of noise from the Motorway. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay around Hope Island and Sanctuary cove. There was a mix-up with bedding on check-in however that was fixed very quickly. The pool area was great and the showpiece. The room was spacious and well-equipped. 10 mins to Theme parks by car. We walked most days to the Sanctuary Cove marina. Supermarkest and eating places close by. Not sure about public transport as we hired a car. Would definitely stay here again. Easy Drive to the outlets.

Room itself is great, clean and with everything you need for a short stay, though for the price you can do better than International Roast instant coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location leaves a bit to be desired. I like to walk wherever possible and the entire precinct has NO footpaths. To get to the supermarket 300m away you have to walk on the road and cross a busy intersection with no crossings. To get to the cafe at the golf club within the precinct you pretty much have to drive or walk on the road.

The apartment was very spacious and had great lighting. The pool and spa was nice. Very close to supermarket. Tidy resort. A couple of things needed attention to fixing in our room but it still was fine. Really close to the Theme Parks and Harbour Town. Out of the hustle of the GC. We really loved our stay here

We booked a 2 bedroomed apartment for just over 2 weeks. Was in building 3 on the 4th floor and loved the complex. The apartment was a lot bigger than ever imagined. Yes it could do with a little TLC but the pro's far outweighed that. Plenty of living space for us and the 2 kids. Both having ensuites and a 3rd toilet. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was big and sun facing in the evening after it had gone from the pool which was perfect and the view over the mountains and golf course (just about make out the kangaroos on the fairway in the morning!) The pool we used a fair bit and although the pool is quite cool (didn't bother the kids) the hot tub was more enjoyable for us ! . The bbqs to the side of the pool were also a nice surprise which we used a couple of times. Fridge to the side and plenty of seating and space to prep. Last thing, the complex was safe and relaxed I've felt. Only go places with your key card and security patrolling morning and evening. Basically didn't want to leave!

apt was very spacious, but tv was a cheap model and we had to get an upgrade on it- after a couple of visits to reception. But we were given a bigger one which had apps. Crockery was poor with only 2 mugs, one of which was chipped.

Stained sheets in both bedrooms and still waiting for my holding deposit be be released a week and half later which is ridiculous. Lucky we got the room so cheap through Wotif otherwise the rating would have been lower.
