New and nice hotel. Great room and breakfast. Gym and outdoor pool are really good too. Zero complaints. The only issue I can think of is that it’s a few blocks off Highway 101 which makes the location a little inconvenient if you need to use H-101.

Our stay was very good overall, aside from some confusion about the happy hour (one night cider was included, the next night it was not). The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. EV chargers work well.

The hotel is new and feels that way. The gym is exceptional. The perks like hot coffee and convenience goods are ready available. The staff is very helpful. I come here for business every week and keep coming back even though there are many other choices.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, area has lots of food and gas station nearby. Check-in/out was friendly and quick, Debi was great. Lobby was clean and large, liked they have a well-stocked snack area and plenty of seating for bar/breakfast area. Room was large and great design. Barn door for bathroom/closet which was unique and fun. Shelf to put cosmetics on so not all over the bathroom counter and large bottles of soaps and lotions on walls so easily accessible but not in the way. A little tricky to get the temperature where we wanted it and beds were firm but kept us warm with the lower temperatures. We only stayed one night for a concert and love that it was so close to the LBC for the Arts venue. Overall one of the best places we've stayed and would definitely stay again and recommend!

The room was clean and smelled fresh (not perfumed, just well-aired and neutral), the finishes seemed sanitary and in good repair, and the shower was immaculate and worked well. The building overall seemed clean, bright, and well-maintained. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There was absolutely no inconvenience at any point in our stay. Breakfast was my main reason for choosing this hotel. A good hotel breakfast really makes it more pleasant and convenient to travel with kids. This one was as good as the other reviews suggested. It was served in a large room and had everything you might expect in a good hotel breakfast- the breads included mini scones, mini muffins, bagels, English muffins, and sliced bread. There was a warming pan with fresh oatmeal, not instant packets, and a choice of toppings. There were chafing dishes of sausage links, hash browns, and mini omelettes, and a dish of cold hard-boiled eggs. There were also yogurt cups, cereal, waffle irons with a selection of batters, and fresh whole fruit. The teas were a step up from Lipton; there was earl grey and English breakfast. Several kinds of coffee were available, including decaf. The attendant was really on top of cleaning and re-stocking the breakfast. The location was within walking distance of at least one department store, and within a mile of a Trader Joe's. This hotel was perfect for a family trip.

We've stayed in this hotel many times recently, as we're moving to this area soon and have been house shopping. We keep coming back because of the friendly staff, microwave and refrigerator and the fact that we can bring our little Yorkie. The area is great too; close to groceries, restaurants and shopping.

While looking for a house to purchase in Santa Rosa, we routinely stay here. The best part is the staff! They've very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room, especially the suites, with microwave and refrigerator, pet friendly. Convenient location, close walking path.

The fan on heating/AC unit in the room could not be turned off, even when the call for heat was met. We called the front desk and they said the fan does not turn off. After going to bed and listening to the incessant loud fan we called and asked if we could get another room. Finally the lady said we could take the grill off the unit an unplug it. After we did that, we were able to go to sleep. I learned something about those units and now know what to do if we experience the same problem.

We chose this hotel because of the location close to our family. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. A staff member checked in with us to make sure everything was well with the room. The included breakfast buffet had hot and cold items, and I was able to eat there despite being gluten-free. Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

We had an one-night stay here. Everything looked new. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. About the noise: Our room was quiet enough. I am satisfied in general. 1. The air conditioner window unit was much quieter than those I had seen in other hotels. It was not loud. I still had to turned it off eventually b/c the fan would not stop after the room temperature reached the setting, even I set it to auto. The unit just blew out cool air until the temperature dropped, when the hot air came out again. I guess it had a faulty control board. 2. The bathroom fan. It was constantly on. There is no switch in the bathroom. But I could not hear it after I closed the bathroom door. 3. Wall insulation. I could hear the next door guest coughing at night but the sound was not loud. 4. Traffic noise. My room does not face the road. I guess the traffic was also light at night. I did not hear much traffic noise at night. I'd definitely stay at this hotel next time.

I don't often leave glowing reviews for hotels because I'm a light sleeper and they always fail me, but this place checked my only boxes: comfy bed and quiet at night. It's possible that I just stayed at the right time, but I doubt it. The hotel was very clean, well run, had an extra blanket (bonus points for that!) and the friendliest staff I've met in a long time. Breakfast was good and everything felt really brand new and well appointed.

I very much enjoyed the staff. They were all so welcoming, kind and responsive. They may me feel like they really cared about me during my stay. I appreciated the welcome message on the TV screen when I arrived and shortly later I received a text to see how my room was and it there was anything I needed. I appreciated how clean the entire facility was. I was very impressed. You have a great team working for you.

Very clean and in an easy access area. The beds were comfy and the facilities were very nice. The only thing I’d say needed improvement was the evening shift front desk staff. They seemed disengaged and not very friendly.

Front receptionist on Friday morning was very rude. She did not make us feel welcomed at all. We came back Friday night to check in to our room. There was a different receptionist and she was very friendly very helpful.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The hotel and the room itself was great. My only complaint was the bartender. She was extremely rude and was put off that we wanted to order food; she went as far as to try and get us to go somewhere else. Even though we tried to be nice she never cracked a smile. I think they need to explore getting new staff for that area.

Check in was a nightmare! We arrived early, but we were not able to check in, which was understandable. The manager said that he was putting a note on our reservation for housekeeping. 5 hours later, near check-in time and we still couldn't get into a room. We settled for a different room, because I was exhausted from keeping my dog occupied all day.

My husband and I stayed here for a simple weekend trip. It looks like this property is brand new or newly renovated. It was super clean and easy to navigate. Check in was a breeze. I loved the constant access to fruit infused water, coffee, and tea in the lobby. They have a standard breakfast each morning. It's in the middle of a suburb, so you're not there for the surrounding area. You definitely have to drive to museums, restaurants, etc. Still. If you're looking for a great, comfy place to stay at a reasonable price, this is it! We're definitely coming back.

Excellent affordable location to stay in the wine country for a tour. The rooms in the lobby had been updated, and the television and streaming services were all available. Not too far from the downtown or the wine country.

They hyped up the restaurant in the evening and the food and service was poor at best. We had been traveling all day and just wanted to stay there for dinner. Not one of our party felt the food was good and definitely not worth the price. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.

I previously stayed in the same hotel chain in Windsor and was excited to have something closer to Santa Rosa where I have a sister. I really like that she could come and share breakfast BUT the 2 breakfasts were disappointing, eggs underdone and overdone and maple flavored sausage 1 day and bland biscuit gravy the other. Windsor does a much better job. The room was clean and comfortable, missed maid service in 3 days so trash piled up and towels used up and YES I know i could have called but I was exhausted and stressed and sad.

Most hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They do not provide daily cleaning services which was unusual but I think most hotels are doing that now. They have a small bar where you can order food which was nice; however, the Bartender seemed overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers. I placed an order to go and asked if the food could be delivered to my room she replied “we don’t have staff for that”. A simple “No we offer that service” would had been a better response. Overall, place was clean and breakfast was satisfactory.
