We had a wonderful time at the property. Many Thanks to Maria Lug for all the help and advise. Special thanks to Housekeeping staff for wonderful job. Giving us super clean apartment every day. Thanks to Gardner - Patricia for sharing the knowledge about beautiful plants in the property with us :-). It was off season so most of the amenities in the property like Bar \ Restaurant \ Hot Tub \ Fitness centre etc. were closed. Expedia \ Hotel should make this clear to the guest while booking. Parking was convenient. Will be coming back !

Fantastic place and our room overlooked part of the golf course which was an added bonus. The Outside pool was amazing and very clean. Little disappointed with the indoor pool as it is far too shallow for adults to swim in. The only other issue was the bar facilities of an evening. The outside bar closed at 7pm which was a shame as the weather would have allowed us to stay out drinking a lot later and the inside bar was also closed so our options were either drink at the sister hotel across the road or taxi some place else.

Struttura molto bella e confortevole. Appartamento grande e pulito, piscine belle, quella esterna non riscaldata, la interna tiepida e sempre piena di bambini. Pulizia esterna forse da rivedere. Unico neo è la struttura un pò fuori mano, per il resto assolutamente consigliabile.

Stayed here at the end of our holiday. We had to check out of our apartment the day before we flew home so stayed here for one night. 2 bed apartment was very spacious, clean, well kitted out and nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Pool was great and breakfast was fab. Gym was good too and handy free parking. Would loved to have stayed for longer. Only problem is that it's a bit further out from the nightlife at the marina. Still loved it though

The Residences apartments are good quality with large rooms and well equipped. We have stayed at the Victoria hotel before, but this was the first time in the Residences. The Residences are no longer associated with the hotel. The lack of a shuttle bus was our biggest disappointment as previously we got the shuttle into the marina and it adds €30 onto your nightly evening meal for taxis. There is a new Taverna Pizza restaurant just over the road which is very handy and we went there a couple of times. No local shops for groceries and it was 1.5km walk to the nearest supermarket. The pool was good and plenty of sun beds, but a bit chilly if you are a toe dipper! Overall it was very nice, but I think next time we would chose somewhere closer to the marina.

The property was incredibly spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we were uncertain about the distance to the beach from the property. While they offered a free shuttle, if you plan to return earlier, you may need to rely on a cab or Uber. Despite this, we're eager to return and highly recommend this property to others.

It was a beautiful property with very spacious suits. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had ant problems on our first floor suit and they moved us to the 4th floor and we had no further issues. The indoor pool was also great to get away from the intense sun at times. Also located in a very beautiful clean area and short drive to the marina.

The complex was super. We were out of season so it was very quiet but that suited us. From the start the whole experience was exceptional. The staff friendly, apartment luxurious, whole place absolutely spotless. Our rooms were cleaned everyday if we wanted. There was everything included to make this completely self catering if required. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Obwohl Kommunikation wir sehr gut gefunden haben, hatten keine Lösung bei einer lauten Klimaanlage, die wir mehrmals reklamiert haben. die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön, leider nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Der Service von Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück sind nicht genug.

Nice place a few km's from Vilamoura. Car hire is essential. Apartments are lovely but starting to show their age. Area is quiet - it's a few minutes drive to nearest shop. I enjoyed my visit and will stay again.

This is a joke against any 5 star hotel. At best it would be a 2 star. We visited during low season. No room service available as the service was closed Bar was also closed. Towels are old and washed out. The beds were very hard.

Néanmoins cette année quelques bémols: - un personnel à l'accueil qui n'est pas formé (perte de temps) - des éléments endommagés dans l'appartement: cafetière, tuyau de douche, plus de gel douche... qui montre que l'appartement n'a pas été vérifié entre les deux locataires - plus de serviettes disponibles à la piscine à 16h... - quelques personnes en formation pas encore en place (au petit déjeuner) alors que d'autres très efficaces. The complex was super. We were out of season so it was very quiet but that suited us. From the start the whole experience was exceptional. The staff friendly, apartment luxurious, whole place absolutely spotless. Our rooms were cleaned everyday if we wanted. There was everything included to make this completely self catering if required. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Obwohl Kommunikation wir sehr gut gefunden haben, hatten keine Lösung bei einer lauten Klimaanlage, die wir mehrmals reklamiert haben. die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön, leider nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Nice place a few km's from Vilamoura. Car hire is essential. Apartments are lovely but starting to show their age. Area is quiet - it's a few minutes drive to nearest shop. I enjoyed my visit and will stay again.

Struttura molto bella e confortevole. Appartamento grande e pulito, piscine belle, quella esterna non riscaldata, la interna tiepida e sempre piena di bambini. Pulizia esterna forse da rivedere. Unico neo è la struttura un pò fuori mano, per il resto assolutamente consigliabile.

Stayed here at the end of our holiday. We had to check out of our apartment the day before we flew home so stayed here for one night. 2 bed apartment was very spacious, clean, well kitted out and nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Pool was great and breakfast was fab. Gym was good too and handy free parking. Would loved to have stayed for longer. Only problem is that it's a bit further out from the nightlife at the marina. Still loved it though

The Residences apartments are good quality with large rooms and well equipped. We have stayed at the Victoria hotel before, but this was the first time in the Residences. The Residences are no longer associated with the hotel. The lack of a shuttle bus was our biggest disappointment as previously we got the shuttle into the marina and it adds €30 onto your nightly evening meal for taxis. There is a new Taverna Pizza restaurant just over the road which is very handy and we went there a couple of times. No local shops for groceries and it was 1.5km walk to the nearest supermarket. The pool was good and plenty of sun beds, but a bit chilly if you are a toe dipper! Overall it was very nice, but I think next time we would chose somewhere closer to the marina.

The property was incredibly spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we were uncertain about the distance to the beach from the property. While they offered a free shuttle, if you plan to return earlier, you may need to rely on a cab or Uber. Despite this, we're eager to return and highly recommend this property to others.

Well equipped spacious 2 bedroom serviced apartment overlooking swimming pool. Allocated parking spaces in underground car park.In an nice area of mainly apartments next to the Anantara hotel and Victoria golf course.No restaurants or shopping close by and a short drive to the main marina area.l would say a car is needed although taxis/ubers available .One or 2 minor areas of wear and tear but in all another excellent stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. Many Thanks to Maria Lug for all the help and advise. Special thanks to Housekeeping staff for wonderful job. Giving us super clean apartment every day. Thanks to Gardner - Patricia for sharing the knowledge about beautiful plants in the property with us :-). It was off season so most of the amenities in the property like Bar \ Restaurant \ Hot Tub \ Fitness centre etc. were closed. Expedia \ Hotel should make this clear to the guest while booking. Parking was convenient. Will be coming back !

Fantastic place and our room overlooked part of the golf course which was an added bonus. The Outside pool was amazing and very clean. Little disappointed with the indoor pool as it is far too shallow for adults to swim in. The only other issue was the bar facilities of an evening. The outside bar closed at 7pm which was a shame as the weather would have allowed us to stay out drinking a lot later and the inside bar was also closed so our options were either drink at the sister hotel across the road or taxi some place else.

This is a joke against any 5 star hotel. At best it would be a 2 star. We visited during low season. No room service available as the service was closed Bar was also closed. Towels are old and washed out. The beds were very hard.

Property is showing its age, no legal TV subscription from the leading TV providers, just an IPTV box with pirated limited content. TV is 14years old and system is ultra cumbersome to use Very quiet area, bar by the pool area Limited kitchen accessories and utensils Parking underground is awful, columns everywhere, we just end up parking outside If you want peace this is the place, Condo is large .

Nice property. Check in was from 4pm however our room was not ready until 4:50pm. I thought this was disappointing. The complex is nice & clean and our apartment was stunning. Well out the way of everything. No shops or supermarkets near by.
