SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mammoth Lakes

Very small offerings at breakfast.

This place has no stairs at all. If you park under ground, have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to floor one. Breakfast is also downstairs. So if any mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. Also pumped/sprayed a floral smell into the halls. Front desk was not friendly at all. Didn’t even look up from their phones when you’d pass by. Breakfast - none on one day, eggs (were rubber), sausage, waffle maker and breads only on second day. Room - huge gaps in the floor tile, when I showered, the shower doors kept rolling open because the floor was uneven. Had to pull multiple hairs out of the sheets, was gross. Has heat, has AC, window opened, bed was fine. Was close to a bus stop to head up the mountain, good proximity to downtown if you have a car. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean and nice but...there is no elevator here and when we asked if we could have a room on the first floor, we were informed there were no options "in our category" (booking through hotels.com) even though the hotel was not fully booked. We went down to breakfast 15 min before end time and there were no eggs and they said "no eggs for today." The breakfast area is in a dark basement next to the indoor hottub. Will not be staying here again especially with options in town for nearly the same price.

Hotel location and staff are the best. TV in room wasn't working. Breakfast menu was mid and repeat everyday. I highly suggest to upgrade the menu items to make it more family friendly.

I never gor to have breakfast there. Because the dining area was down stairs! They are not equiped for disabled travelers. No elevator, and the disabled parking was not cleared of snow! The beds were not made during the 4 days I stayed.
