Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Wir waren auf einer Veranstaltung im Carlswerk, also in wenigen Minuten fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Direkt am Hotel gibt es wenige Parkmöglichkeiten,jedoch ein großes Parkhaus quasi um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben im Moxy Cologne Mühlheim eine Nacht vom 09.09.2023 bis zum 10.09. Verbracht. Als Privatpersonen für eine in der Nähe stattfindenden Veranstaltung im E-Werk. Die Parkmöglichkeit des eigegen Parkhauses ist sehr verwirrend ausgeschildert. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Parkplätze dort. Eine Ampel leichtet grün zur Zufahrt, aber erst beim Drücken des Knopfes am Monitor, sieht man, dass das Parkhaus belegt ist. Sehr ärgerlich, denn aus der engen Zufahrt zum Parkhaus herauszukommen ist schwierig. Naja wir haben dann einen kostenfreien Parkplatz an der Straße und in der Nähe gefunden. Der Check-in funktionierte sehr schnell und wir finden es super, dass man nur mit der Zimmerkarte den Aufzug bedienen kann! So fühlt man sich als "Landei" sehr sicher! Das Zimmer war sehr modern, ordentlich und sauber! Auf dem TV-konnte man sich alle wichtigen Details über das Hotel durchlesen. Hat mich sehr gefreut! Das Personal war jederzeit stets freundlich und gab Auskunft. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber! Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker! Ich habe mit den besten Latte Macchiato meines Lebens getrunken. Es wurde immer zeitig wieder aufgefüllt. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Der Check-Out funktionierte auch schnell und reibungslos. Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen, wenn sich eine Gelegenheit bietet!

Mooi en zeer net hotel: parkeren kun je in een zijstraatje doen voor niks of betaald voor 5 euro per dag. Zonde om 22 euro te betalen voor parkeren in de eigen garage van het hotel!

The hotel is really comfortable. I like Moxy very much and I try to stay at one whenever I can. The stuff at Moxy Cologne has been superb! Very friendly and helpful. However, I find the breakfast very poor for the price. Also, the fitness area is not as well equipped as other Moxy’s. That’s a pity.

Voller Elan und Vorfreude kamen wir am Samstag nach 8 stündiger Anreise an. Es sollte ein Parkhaus vorhanden sein. Wir fahren zur Schranke und erkennen, dass es keine freien Plätze mehr gibt. Durch die Lautsprecheranlage bekommen wir nur ein: Nein keine Parkplätze mehr, da müssen Sie sich draussen was suchen. Nach diversen Platzrunden finden wir ein abgelegenes Parkhaus. Naja - endlich ins Hotel. Zum Check-in: Es gab weder eine Begrüßung noch eine Erklärung der Fazilitäten oder Frühstückseinweisungen - gar nichts! Es wurde nur nach der Visa Karte gefragt und direkt gezahlt. Auf dem Zimmer fehlte Standardzubehör wie Shampoo/Duschgel - Wasserkocher/Kaffepulver usw. Was man bei 4 Sternen und 229,00 euro pro Nacht hätte erwarten können. Als wir morgens zum Frühstück kamen, sahen die Tische und Polstermöbel aus, als hätte hier eine Party stattgefunden. Verklebte Tischflächen, Chips auf dem Fussboden und Flecken Im Polster. Wir sind normalerweise nicht so empfindlich - aber in dem Fall, waren es einfach zu viele Faktoren, die dem Preis und Niveau einfach nicht entsprechen. Auch das Personal wirkte ungeschult - als wären es alles Studenten auf 400 euro Basis. Sorry - nie wieder!

Wir waren dort wegen einem Konzert. Zimmer total sauber und schön groß. Unser Auto konnten wir im Parkhaus parken. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass man etwas Glück braucht, wenn man einen Platz im Parkhaus möchte, da es sehr klein ist. Einchecken und Auschecken ging Problemlos. Allgemein ist es ein sehr sauberes, schönes und gutriechendes Hotel. Wir haben sogar den Sänger getroffen, auf dessen Konzert wir gegangen sind 😅 Immer wieder gerne

Schönes Hotel und moderne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken vor Ort ist etwas schwierig. Das Hotel selbst hat zu wenig Plätze in der Tiefgarage, weswegen wir auf ein Parkhaus in der Umgebung ausweichen mussten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber am Sonntagmorgen schon sehr ausgesucht. Das Team kam kaum mit dem Auffüllen nach. Wenn ich mir etwas hätte wünschen können, so hätte ich mir noch ein gekochtes Ei gewünscht. Der Rest war prima.

If you open the windows your room will fill with smell and smoke of grill, grilled beef from restaurant called HANEDAN downstairs . Gym is not a gym, ots a joke.. I will not stay gain., and beware double charge for room, I paid with expesia, bit o got charged again for my stay. Tgey will refund but that's because I received sms from my credit card and realozes ot. Not a pleasant experience at Moxy at all.

I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip! Wir haben eine Nacht im Moxy Hotel Köln verbracht, da wir für ein Konzert in der Stadt waren, und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, bei der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

- breakfast was limited and boring - room was big but also very empty. No hooks for coats, only two coat hangers and which feels overcomplicated just hang your jacket. If there are more than two jacket, bad luck - no real wardrope for my clothes. Fancy a oom divider furniture with build in rotational tv was the only place. That means i get to look at my clothes when i am watching tv. Seems like there was missing some furniture - the room was quite cold (6th floor). I put on the AC which helped bit sill felt quite cold - bed was nice Bathroom was nice an big - it was cool to be able to watch tv in bed and on the coach Room was not very well lit if the curtains were drawn. I would have liked better lighting

The hotel was great, the tram stop is just around the corner so made getting into the city centre was easy. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, which resulted in not much privacy for the bathroom. The motion activated lights underneath the bed was great, made getting around the room during the night much easier. It would have been nice to have a little more storage, such as bedside drawers, and for the plug socket to be nearer the mirror in the room. The bar and seating area is really great, there's lots of different seating options and games to play, as well as lockers to leave your items once checked out of your room. Overall, I had a great stay and slept well, the welcome drink was a nice touch too.

Der Service ist freundlich und professionell. Mich hat gestört, dass es im Zimmer keine klassische Aufhängmöglichkeit für Kleidung gibt. Gerade wenn ich beruflich unterwegs bin, ist es mir wichtig, dass Jacken und Hose ordentlich aufgehängt werden, damit sich keine Knitterfalten bilden. Im Moxy Standardzimmer konnte ich die Bügel nur an ein Gitter an der Wand hängen. Das sah unaufgeräumt aus und die Kleidung hing über den Schreibtisch. Für einen Preis von fast 200 €/Nacht ist mir das zu spartanisch.

Close to the u Bahn, big bathroom, quiet despite being on a busy street. We slept well. There was no back to the shower, that made it difficult to not make a mess. Small room but it had everything we needed and good air conditioning.

Das Hotel ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Es gab leider keinen Kühlschrank, um Getränke zu kühlen. Es gab keinen Schrank, in dem man die Kleidung hätte ablegen können. Das Bad war groß und behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Die Dusche mit Duschvorhang. Leider keine Haken um ein Kleidungsstück aufzuhängen.

Never again! The decor is like a teenagers' room. No wardrobe, only 4 hangers on the wall! No Chester draw. Makes it all look messy, no kettle, no safe, no daily house keeping, same towels for a week, expensive, boring neighbourhood. The shower sprays water all over the floor. The mattress only had one single layer sheet. The good reviews of this hotel are really misguiding. It's not a hotel but a hostel in my view.

Nice modern room. Air-con didn’t work so did get a little hot, but windows open so not too bad. The service was lacking. Check-in and out was great unfortunately bar experience was shocking. Two female staff didn’t want to serve as their shift finished in 10 minutes and told colleague through back and will be out soon. They were not doing anything they just didn’t want to do work.

Hôtel annoncé surbooké à notre arrivée sur place à 21h, après nous avoir fait patienter 30min. Rapatriés sur un autre hôtel du groupe, en plein milieu d’un aéroport, alors que celui ci était en centre ville. L’hôtel en question faudrait un soirée DJ, rempli de personne éméchées. Aucune considération pour le client, parking excrément cher sur place remboursé une nuit sur nos deux nuits.

This is a Marriott property that doesn’t have the basic level of service when it comes to hotels. They don’t clean the rooms unless you inform them one day in advance, which I did and they didn’t bother to clean it, claiming that this is for “sustainability” reasons which is not true, it is just to save money. On the other hand they are pushy and doing whatever possible to force the guests to subscribe to their remarks program. For instance they will not accept to put what you consume on your room bill even if you provide your credit card, unless you are a “Bonvoy memeber” which is a cheap trick in my opinion. Staff don’t smile (not all of them of course) and they treat the guest as if they are doing them a favor. Epic fail if I may say.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Konzerts in Köln. Dieses Hotel war in der Nähe der Location und wir waren schnell zu Fuß Vorort. If you open the windows your room will fill with smell and smoke of grill, grilled beef from restaurant called HANEDAN downstairs . Gym is not a gym, ots a joke.. I will not stay gain., and beware double charge for room, I paid with expesia, bit o got charged again for my stay. Tgey will refund but that's because I received sms from my credit card and realozes ot. Not a pleasant experience at Moxy at all.

Wir hatten zu dritt ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Was evtl. fehlt, wären eine Art Schrank oder Regale. Es gibt nämlich nur Kofferablagen und eine offene Garderobe mit ein paar Bügeln. Ist aber auch ausreichend. Einziger Minuspunkt war die lange Wartezeit beim Check-In. Ab 15:00 Uhr soll man aufs Zimmer können. Wir waren um 15:45 Uhr dort, unser Zimmer war aber leider erst gegen 17:00 Uhr fertig. Es gibt aber einen kostenlosen Welcome-Drink. :)

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Wir waren auf einer Veranstaltung im Carlswerk, also in wenigen Minuten fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Direkt am Hotel gibt es wenige Parkmöglichkeiten,jedoch ein großes Parkhaus quasi um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited.

The hotel is really comfortable. I like Moxy very much and I try to stay at one whenever I can. The stuff at Moxy Cologne has been superb! Very friendly and helpful. However, I find the breakfast very poor for the price. Also, the fitness area is not as well equipped as other Moxy’s. That’s a pity.

Ein gutes Hotel wenn man eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines in Fußweite erreichbaren Konzerts benötigt. Dann leider aber auch immer recht teuer. In unserem Fall diesmal ca. 150,-€. In der Preisklasse übernachte ich beruflich wöchentlich 1-2x um Längen besser. Das Personal beim Frühstück hat sich sehr bemüht nachzukommen, aber eigentlich waren die warmen Speisen (Rührei etc.) permanent vergriffen. Man hatte den Eindruck das die Kapazitäten (Frühstück vs. Gästezahl) insges. nicht passen. Das Zimmer hatte ein schönes Bad. Aber extrem schlecht schallisoliert.Man hörte gefühlt jede Wasserbewegung aus Waschbecken,Dusche & Toilette der Zimmer neben & über uns. Ein Thema welches selten offen angesprochen wird: Modern, cool & zeitgemäß zu sein, bedeutet nicht, das im Hotel alle Angestellten die Kundenkontakt haben offensichtlich queer oder zumindest homosexuell sein müssen. Wir für unseren Teil bevorzugen da ein neutraleres Bild.

Das Hotel ist absolut ok. Die Betten sind hart und die Kopfkissen sin Ziegelsteine. Das ist aber sehr individuell/subjektiv. Ich habe dadurch extrem schlecht geschlafen was für ein Hotel natürlich das wichtigste ist. "Guter Schlaf" war mir nicht gegeben, daher werde ich auch nicht mehr buchen. Das Frühstück ist so ziemlich das schlechteste der letzten 3 Jahre. Einfach nur billig, billiger, am billigsten. Nicht mal geschenkt möchte ich es. Der Kaffee war aber gut. Der Rest, ist echt sehr schön und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Echt gut aber nicht mehr für mich.

Die Zimmer waren wirklich unglaublich stylisch und man konnte sein Handy mit dem Fernseher verbinden und so Serien auf dem Riesen TV schauen. Es gab einen kostenlosen Welcome-Drink den wir abends in der Bar genossen haben.Das Frühstück war überteuert! Sonst alles wirklich top! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt hier!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived late in the evening after a long drive. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt welcome. Street parking was easy to find nearby and reasonably priced, which made things very convenient for us. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
