Traveled for work. Location is tucked away off main streets but is close to airport and major highway. Easy to access for travel. Check in /out was simple. Hotel is average in appearance and accommodations. Nice basic breakfast and coffee set up in the morning. Would stay again during a work trip—not for personal travel. Only negative was parking is $25/night and there’s no other option.

The cleanest, most complete, hotel experience I've had in years. Excellent staff attending to every need very fast. I had to do laundry and had zero issues. Lobby had detergent and the machines were like new clean. Very highly recommend and I will for sure be back.

Great place to stay in Irvine. Mostly a business hotel so quiet on the weekends. Fairly new and nice kitchenette in room. They offer a wonderful breakfast. They also have bikes to ride. Very accommodating all the way around.

Stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic time. They’ve thought of so many things to make your stay easier like the perfect black out blinds, a very comfortable bed, filtered water in the ice room, smart tvs that actually work for your Netflix account, kitchen, coffee and tea in the lobby at all times with mugs you can use, a great gym and really nice new laundry machines. The room was spacious, clean and started to feel like home. You need a car but that’s pretty much a requirement for Newport Beach. Loved my stay and would definitely go back.

I have to say hands down the best stay at a hotel I've ever had. Staff is super friendly, The breakfast was awesome, and they had a lot of amenities that you could use, such as a pool, laundry facility, bicycles if you want. You want. And there was even a bar in the lounge area. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I left a Google review with five stars and detailed photos. Please take a look.

New hotel. Convenient to SNA and not too far from N/S 405 Freeway. Hotel offers 24 hour coffee in the lobby and a nice evening touch with relaxing tea serving area.

Room was dirty - toenail clippings throughout, someone else's hair in bathroom, splatters and smears on bathroom door, light fixtures, and walls surrounding the sink in room. I would add that the staff did promptly vacuum the room for the toenails, and other things when I complained about it, but they didn't get them all. Ouch!! Frankly, this place, other than having kind a modern design with a good breakfast, just isn't up to standard. And adding in $27.- a day parking to the room cost, it's overpriced for a below average hotel with frills. Look elsewhere. There's much better for a similar price.

Great stay! We always stay here when visiting our son. My only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is my room had dirty dishes in the sink and the body wash container in the shower was empty. I do recommend staying here. The breakfast is really nice.

I shared my review already but happy to again. My bathroom was covered in dark hairs. Gross to me picking up the hairs on floor and in shower. Also the included breakfast was a fiasco. No plates or utensils for 20 minutes. Ave the coffee machine wasn’t working next morning. I asked management how they were going to fix issues. She responded, “we just don’t have enough for everyone. We need to clean right now. I can give you plastic utensils.” She came back 5 min later with spoons and knives. I can’t eat pancakes or eggs with a spoon. I have stage 4 cancer and dealing with the breakfast fiasco was beyond frustrating. My daughter and I had to be somewhere, too not waiting around for breakfast. I want a refund. I called Expedia and they are working with the hotel. I’ll never stay at that place again.

The trash was often overflowing. The door on the second level that goes to the garage was not properly closing so it was not secure. When leaving my room there was trash in the hallway from other people staying there for well over 12 hours. The room is comfy, they touched up paint on the walls and it does not match.

The room was very clean and spacious (king bed with sofa). It was equipped with a kitchenette and the essentials (from dish soap to silverware). The bathroom was huge and made it so easy to have kids bathe while adults got ready. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and informative. I wish I took note of her name (pretty blonde female with blue eyes). I told her we were there for a family trip to Universal Studios and she pulled out a box of toys for my child to choose from. It’s a small memory my child still remembers from the trip.

Room 125 on the ground floor - right next to stairs so heard that door open and close both late and early. Our window view was into a wall and a parking ramp for the second floor of the garage. Lastly, our shower was unbelievable….no way to turn it on without getting completely soaked. We are assuming it is the worst room in the hotel….likely given to us because we booked through Expedia. We will not return.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend Loved my stay here! The studio-style room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—soft sheets, a good mattress, and Netflix ready to go without extra logins. The bathroom was spotless with a nice big shower and complimentary toiletries. Parking was easy with a two-level garage, and the staff was friendly and upfront about pricing (no hidden fees, which I really appreciated). Only small downsides: doors are a bit loud, and the bathroom door doesn’t stay open. Nothing major though. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and would 100% stay here again. 10/10.

Overall, stay was excellent. If I had one critique, it would be the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Took a while for the bathroom to “dry out” after a shower. Otherwise, stay and staff were excellent.

The best part of my stay was the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and there was ample seating, and a kitchenette and table/desk with a chair to eat and work at The TV signal was fuzzy and glitchy, so trying to watch anything on the TV in the morning or evening was frustrating and when I asked to get it fixed or switch rooms, they said they unfortunately that’s how the tv signal was and that were sold out of rooms.

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was professional and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, with freshly made pancakes and eggs to order. Everything was perfect until check-out… the gentleman at the front desk thought it was okay to keep me waiting and engage in a conversation with staff even though he was halfway through looking up my account to get me checked out.

I will check in process was actually really difficult this time. Someone else with the same last name was checked in under my name and that made us wait for at least 40 minutes to get a resolution. We almost missed our show at the Honda Center that night.

When I arrived the receptionist wasn’t friendly, to the point of being rude. Room was right next to elevator so got hear it all night (so much for taking care of Bonvoy members). The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Just not great.

When I checked in the person checking me in was struggling to operate the computer system. It took almost 30 minutes just to hand me keys to the room. I had limited time due to a pending appointment. He handed me my keys somewhat rudely and then I proceeded to go up to the room. It was necessary to go back down to the lobby three times because the door did not open to the room. After the third time of walking back down to the lobby, I asked the guy if he was sure that he assigned the keys to the right room. For whatever reason he started telling me he was not comfortable with the way I was speaking to him as if my questioning aimed at solving the issue somehow suggested he was less than capable of programming the keys. This is NOT the kind of person you want in customer service. He was very confrontational and downright rude. I won’t be staying at your hotel again.

Clean hotel. A bit noisy from other floors and next door. Staff were great, except the cook at the breakfast service on Tuesday March 18th. He was quite rude even though I didn’t say anything and waited patiently on the side for my eggs. He gave me my eggs and the mumbled to himself that “You should “learn some patience next time and we’d be all good”. I didn’t think that was appropriate by him and was a bad reflection on the service of the hotel.

With a few options in the area around SNA to choose from, we settled on this relatively low frills property for a multi-night stay as we didn't need all the bells and whistles and fit our budget with its reasonable rates. Mainly wanted to also avoid the larger hotels with their higher nightly parking rates (with easy access from the lobby). The ease of access onto the 55, 405 and I-5 to get around Irvine and beyond was great at this property. Being in a business park area, it was quiet at night, so sleep disruption from outside. The front desk staff (all three ladies during our stay during the day and night shifts) were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was a nice surprise with good options. Seemed to be a mix of traveller types, from people in for white/blue colar work, familes on vacation, and couples traveling, etc. Only annoying issue we had was that the soundproofing on the ceiliing was weak, as we could hear stomping quite loudly above on two of our nights. The bathroom door in our room seemed to be like the ones for the external hallway, so it wasn't possible to keep proped open (nor was it a pocket door), which was odd. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We thought the hotel was well designed and energy conscientious, an example being the automatic turning on and off of lights. It was nice to have access to a refrigerator, microwave and sink in a well planned room. The staff were very helpful and friendly with the breakfast way above the average. We were visiting from out of state and were happy to be in a quiet neighborhood so close to SNA. We parked the rental car on the street without any problems. But the nearest restaurants were half a mile away and after our long journey we did not want to drive. It was a lovely evening and we did walk.

Room was very clean, bed super comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked including coffee. Best part of our stay was the breakfast inc in our stay. It was only of the BEST ever! Hot eggs to order, crepes and even a gourmet coffee machine!! Loved this hotel. Will definitely be back!!
