Our room was at the front on the ground floor with the garden right by the sea. It seemed to be brand new and tastefully designed. All furniture and lighting was tasteful. This is a great place to enjoy the beach away from the crowds but close to the bars and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel across the street from the beach. The standard suite has very spacious common area and our unit (#105) had a private outdoor patio with sun loungers and a table with chairs. It was perfect. We arrived after the end of the season for the Lido but we were still able to separately rent chairs. Good restaurants nearby too. We will definitely incorporate the AR Palace into our future travel plans to Palermo.

Room was nice, area was great, sunset was beautiful. Bed and pillows were terrible, all to hard, made it uncomfortable to sleep

What a fantastic beachside apartment. The decor is lovely and beds very comfortable and cool, we slept well for the entire stay. It was also very quiet inside. Everyone was helpful and friendly, a great location with a number of good restaurants and beach clubs within 1 to 2 minutes walk.

Good beach view close to the airport. Lots of construction noise while we were there and faint smell of smoke in the room I assume from previous guests smoking on the balcony.
