I rented the better option and it was great, the other ones seemed like noise would get through. The room had everything i needed including a fridge.

En la primer noche apareció una rata en la habitación comiendose nuestra comida. Al dia siguiente salimos corriendo de ahí por cuestion de higiene y salubridad. Se niegan a darnos nuestro reembolso y sigue operando con normalidad. Además, no hay muchas cosas que prometen esta plataforma. Está super chiquita la habitación, se escuchan todos los ruidos de todas las habitaciones. No hay toallas, ni batas de baño. No tiene bar en la playa, la piscina está sucia y super pequeña. No tiene ni recepción, con trabajo puedes recibir atención, no hay trabajadores en el lugar en la noche.

My spouse and I stayed five nights in bungalow with kitchen #15. It was clean, had everything we needed, and a block from the beach. The area was definitely noisy at night, say 11 PM to 3 AM, since many people come to party. Believe it or not, we got good nights’ sleep here anyway. We would stay here again for the price point.

Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. We had to wait more than one hour and we were in a rush. There was some confusion with the rooms since after all they gave us another room (which was ready all the time). They also didn´t have a note that we had already paid the room. There´s no real reception so you have to call someone if you need something. These are not really "bungalows" and our room was extremely small. A lot of noise from the street. Location is good though, right in the middle of the town. Maybe we were just unlucky with the service. We saw some other room and that was much bigger and looked more decent. The "swimming pool" is tiny.

Nos gustó mucho la recámara que más bien era todo un depa completo, está aparte del hotel, tiene su entrada de porton con llave, terraza, cocina completa! Nos gustó mucho ! Sin duda regresamos !

El tamaño de la habitación minúscula!; cucarachas; todo se escucha de las demás habitaciones; el humo de cigarro se mete a la habitación!; la alberca mide 2x2!; no hicieron el aseo de la habitación!

Los cuartos están bien si lo que quieres es ir al baño y dormir solamente, la tv no funciona, solo cabe la cama y un pequeño pasillo para el baño, la alberca no estaba llena, la taza de baño es muy pequeña, las paredes son de madera y se escucha todo lo qué pasa en las habitaciones de un lado como si no hubiera pared! Pero la ubicación está muy bien, solo a una cuadra de la playa principal y de la plaza donde al réferi hay restaurantes, todo está muy cerca!

Bad experience, towels, sheets, mattress, sink, etc. Bad condicion, no one take care the guest, they advertised pool, wich was empty.

The walls are so thin you can hear when the people next door turn over in bed. No loo paper, no towels, very noisy at night. Not very clean and couldn’t sit on the loo straight on as wall too close. Luggage was just left unattended for a one to help themselves to. No one there when I was told to turn up t for check in. The blue loo water was leaking all the way into the shower, it was gross.

Tiene buena ubicación, está muy cerca de la playa en un punto medio entre punta cocos y playa mosquitos, lo malo… no nos dieron toallas de baño pero creo que se les olvidó, es algo pequeño, pero tiene lo necesario para una buena estancia

La habitación físicamente me gustó, buena limpieza, el problema fue el ruido, todo se escuchaba, el ruido de las motos, las conversaciones, las escaleras están pegadas a la pared y se superescuchaban los pasos de los que la usaban, En la noche no pude dormir, pues los ruidos son realmente fuertes. Es una lastima porque el cuarto es realmente lindo. Sin embargo creo que los cuartos que están al fondo no tienen problemas con los ruidos, .

El colchón está muy incómodo , el baño huele horrible

las amenidades que publica dentro de la descripción no va con lo que realmente tiene el hotel, es un hotel sencillo sin comodidades de ningún tipo, tu contratas una habitación con ciertas caracteristicas y cuando llegas al establecimiento te entregan otro tipo de habitación y si quieres la que contrataste te cobran mas. No hay agua caliente y esta toda como en construcción

All good but no real window in the room, just one that looked in to a hallway so curtains had to stay closed all the time. Made the room dark n gloomy.

Desafortunadamente nos tocó lluvia, comenzaron a salir las goteras en la habitación y no pudimos dormir tan bien además de lo pequeño de la habitación. Sin embargo nos la pasamos muy bien con amigos en Holbox y nos gusto lo céntrico del hotel. Gracias

El aire acondicionado es ruidoso, a final te duermes con el ruido, todo lo demás, muy bien

El personal y hotel excelente

Pague una habitación y al llegar me dieron otra qué yo no quería muy mal....

Absolument horrible! Nous n'avons pas pus dormir là-bas puisqu'il n'y avait personne pour procéder à notre enregistrement. Nous avoms cherché l'hôtel pendant plus d'une heure car il n'y a aucune identification sur la porte d'entrée. Des habitants nous ont indiqué l'endroit. Une fois arrivé, nous avons cherché pendant une dizaine de minutes quelqu'un pour nous enregistrer, sans succès. Il y avait un numéro de téléphone sur la porte de la réception que nous avons appelé. Une personne a répondu puis a immédiatement raccroché sans rien dire. Une employée d'un restaurant à côté a appelé à plusieurs reprises le même numéro et quelqu'un a fini par répondre et lui dire qu'il arrivait dans 5 minutes. Plus de 30 minutes plus tard, toujours personne. L'employée du restaurant a rappelé plusieurs fois pour finalement se faire dire que nous devions prendre la chambre #9 car elle était débarrée et que nous aurions les clés le lendemain. En entrant dans la chambre, celle-ci était occupé. Nous avons donc fait demi-tour et sommes allés ailleurs. L'hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser et, malgré les nombreuses tentatives de communication avec eux, nous n'avons toujours pas eu de réponse près d'une semaine plus tard. Pour votre bien, allez ailleurs!

Awesome budget hotel, close to the beach, many food options close by. Staff really nice folks. Area pretty chaotic, looks beat up, no fault of the hotel. I noticed lots of garbage on the streets, unfortunately it was being created by the locals .

Lugar muy pintoresco y súper bien ubicado, a 2 calles de la playa y en la zona centro.

Muy buena ubicación y habitación por el precio, pero no había casi agua para bañarse
