Sant Efis Hotel

The check-in experience was very good, and we felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist gave us a nice tour of the hotel, and the room itself was cozy, clean, and well maintained, with good housekeeping throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not quite live up to expectations. The service at the bar was often lacking, as there was rarely any staff present, and we frequently had to look for someone ourselves in order to be served — both in the lounge area and by the pool. At the same time, the bar prices were extremely high compared to the quality. Overall, the hotel also lacked atmosphere and ambiance. The common areas felt very quiet and empty, without cozy lighting or music. Even after we politely asked if the lounge music could be turned up slightly, the request was refused, despite there being almost no other guests around. It also felt strange that the table lamps in the lounge were removed exactly at 10:30 PM while we were still sitting there. The restaurant experience was unfortunately disappointing as well. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We were not asked how we wanted the steak cooked, and it arrived almost completely raw. When we sent it back, the same pieces of steak were simply cooked further with the sauce still on them, which felt very unprofessional. Check in was great as done by Victoria who was only covering the desk as colleague was on lunch. She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable, sadly that's not to say for any of the 'normal' reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable if on the small side. Hotel garden with pools and access to beach is lovely and very relaxing. However, overall service leaves a lot to be desired; staff were inattentive at the bar around the pool and during breakfast time. The "hot" breakfast items were cold, the cold items took a while to get replenished and overall the choice wasn't great.

An absolutely incredible, serene property for relaxation on the island. Christina (the manager) has a wonderful crew working at the hotel. The staff was top notch, very professional, helpful and eager to make our stay the best ever. The grounds are lush with flowers and plants everywhere that provide an oasis feel. The pools and beach provide space and enough lounge chairs for everyone, so there is no cramped feeling. The morning breakfast buffet is top notch along with the coffee service. The rooms are very clean and we had a balcony to enjoy early morning sunrises. The town of Pula is a 5 minute drive with many options in the city center for dining. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sardinia. This hotel is the best.

Utterly beautiful property with two swimming pools and a lovely beach. The lush grounds are mesmerizing, the ambiance wonderful and the rooms are very clean and well designed. The overall vibe is one of relaxation. The breakfast was very nice and overall, the staff is welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Nice place , quite, clean, relaxing Brekfest & snacks where grate ( all served in bar area) , but restaurant experience needs improvement
